Non-destructive Detection the Content of Acid Detergent Fiber in Corn Stalk Using NIRS 近红外光谱无损检测玉米秸秆中酸性洗涤纤维含量

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) with its nondestructive and high-efficiency advantages can be qualified for the quantitative detection. This study demonstrated that NIRS combined with random forest (RF) algorithm was applied as a rapid analytical method to predict the content of acid detergent fiber (ADF) in corn stalk. In order to select representative samples for modeling, Kennard-Stone (KS) method was proposed as a tool to partition samples. Then after optimized by various pretreatment methods, the performance of RF model was enhanced. Subsequently, the combination of correlation coefficient method (CCM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) performed on the spectra was used to reduce data redundancy and improve the accuracy of model. It turned out that the performance of RF calibration model was best when the data's dimension reduced from 1050 to 8. The determination coefficients (R2), root mean square error (RMSE), residual predictive deviation (RPD) of test set were 0.9923, 0.3759 and 11.3356, respectively. Finally, the overall results indicated that the proposed method provided a nondestructive and effective technical to predict ADF content in corn stalk.

Combination Multiple Faults Diagnosis Method Applied to the Aero-engine Based on Improved Signed Directed Graph 基于改进符号有向图的航空发动机组合多故障诊断方法

In signed directed graph (SDG) fault diagnosis model, only single fault can be diagnosed. In order to meet the requirements of multiple faults diagnosis, in this paper, improved signed directed graph (ISDG) fault diagnosis model was proposed. The logic and influence between nodes were included in ISDG model. With ISDG model, complex logic can be shown, multiple faults can be diagnosed and the optimal sequence can be determined. Two algorithms are proposed in this paper. One algorithm can obtain the multiple faults combine logic, and the other algorithm can obtain the optimal path of fault diagnosis. According to these two algorithms, the efficiency was improved and the cost was reduced in the multiple fault diagnosis process. Finally, the faults of an aircraft engine bleed system were diagnosed with the interactive algorithm. The proposed algorithms can obtain a diagnosis result effectively. The results of two cases prove that these algorithms can be used for multiple fault diagnosis.

Research of High Accuracy Detection on Plates with Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Lamb Wave 电磁超声兰姆波对板材高精度检测的研究

Due to the particularity of electromagnetic ultrasonic lamb wave excitation, it is difficult to satisfy demand for GJB 3384-98 which requires the Lamb wave detecting device to detect through-holes whose diameter is 1mm and groove whose depth is 0.4mm in a 4mm thick plate. In this paper, the detection capability of Lamb wave is analyzed to find a proper working point satisfying the demand detection. In addition, considering the low signal-to-noise ratio, the receiver matching circuit is redesigned to enhance the echo signal. Finally, a detecting platform is set, and the experiments shows the effectiveness of the method.

Radar Sensor Fusion via Federated Unscented Kalman Filter 基于联合无气味卡尔曼滤波的雷达传感器融合

In this paper, a three-dimensional maneuvering target tracking algorithm in which radar sensors their tracks are fused at a federated Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF), has been presented. The federated filtering is composed of three levels namely sensors, local processors and a global processor. In the sensor-level, target range, azimuth and elevation are all measured by radar sensors in the Sphere Coordinate System (SCS). Each local processor uses UKF to proceed state estimation in the Reference Cartesian Coordinate System (RCCS). Meanwhile, the UKF processes the recursion and update of the state vector and the error covariance matrix through the unscented transformations. Finally, the state of each local processor is transmitted to the global processor for fusing as a final track for system output and information feedback. Two tracking schemes based on SCS (non-linear model) and RCCS (pseudo-linear model) measurements have been studied and their performance evaluated using simulation data. It is concluded that federated UKF processing in the nonlinear model has computational effectiveness and supplies almost the same tracking accuracy compared with federated UKF processing in the pseudo-linear model.

Research on Cognitive Diagnostic Model Based on BP Neural Network 基于BP神经网络的认知诊断模型研究

This paper proposed a cognitive diagnostic model based on BP neural network and maximum likelihood function, with an ultimate goal of realizing the cognitive diagnostic computerized adaptive test. The model was verified through the actual data from 1029 British middle school students who participated in the English reading test of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA). The experimental results show that both the model’s mode accuracy rate and the average attribute accuracy rate are relatively ideal. Moreover, the model, which is of flexibility, can be effectively applied to cognitive diagnosis in small-scale classrooms.
本文提出了一种基于BP神经网络和极大似然函数的认知诊断模型,以实现认知诊断的计算机化自适应测试。通过1029名参加国际学生评估项目(PISA)英语阅读测试的英国中学生的实际数据对模型进行了验证。实验结果表明,该模型的模式准确率和平均属性准确率都比较理想。该模型具有一定的灵活性,可以有效地应用于小规模课堂的认知诊断。

Nondestructive Testing of Elongated Ferromagnetic Members Based on Extruded Structure 基于挤压结构的细长铁磁构件无损检测

The traditional electromagnetic nondestructive testing probe structure includes magnets and yokes, and forms an excitation circuit with the wire rope. The wire rope is excited to a near-saturation state. The magnetic sensor is used for qualitative or quantitative detection of leakage flux from defects. The yoke is essential in the traditional excitation circuit. However, the use of a yoke in a detection probe of such an excitation mechanism has a large volume and is heavy. Through simulation, we improved the magnetization direction and installation position of the permanent magnets. Without a yoke, the permanent magnets were placed in the direction of co-extrusion. The wire rope was excited to near saturation in the permanent-magnet part. However, there was no excitation in the center of the two permanent magnets. The magnetic sensor was placed in the center of two permanent magnets to pick up the magnetic-flux-leakage signal for nondestructive testing of the steel wire rope. This method simplifies the permanent-magnet magnetization. The excitation probe with the yoke removed was also reduced in volume and weight. Through experimental testing, it was proven that the proposed shoving-magnetic-field structure and the traditional detection structure have the same detection effect.

Research on the Optical Observation Method for LEO Objects with Small Inclination 小倾角LEO天体光学观测方法研究

The LEO satellites with small inclination have unique advantages in astronomical observation, remote sensing, surveillance and other fields. However, because of its low altitude and small inclination, the target visibility of observatories in high latitude area becomes a problem. With the increasing number of LEO satellites with small inclination, in order to meet the application requirements such as satellites collision warning and on-orbit fault analysis, it is necessary to carry out objects observation by ground-based optical telescopes. In this paper, the orbit distribution of space objects was analyzed, then the observation method and the requirements for optical telescope were proposed, simulation analysis were used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

A New Measurement Method for Resonance Frequency of Fiber Optic Interferometric Vibration Detector 光纤干涉振动探测器谐振频率的一种新测量方法

This paper proposed a new resonance frequency measurement method for fiber optic interferometric vibration detector. The harmonic components’ number of the interference signal is only modulated by the modulation depth varying in theory, simulation and experiments demonstrate with piezoceramics. Sweeping the vibration frequency and maintaining the shaking amplitude of the vibration excitation, the resonance frequency can be measured while the number of harmonic components of interference signal dramatically increases and contains the maximum value. The experiment takes about 10 s for test, it verifies that the proposed approach is an efficient and practical method.
