Sự thiếu vitamin D ảnh hưởng sức khỏe và một số bệnh tật 维生素D缺乏影响健康和一些疾病

Vitamin D deficiency are increasing at a global level, and they are associated with increased risk of various diseases. In Vietnam, the prevalence of Vitamin D deficiency ranged from 20% to 46%, up to 81.6% in the population in South Asia, 69.5% in the US and 86.4% in European countries. Vitamin D is one of the essential nutrients to sustain the human health. As a member of the steroid hormone family, it has a classic role in regulating metabolism of calcium and a non-classic role in affecting cell proliferation and differentiation. With the finding of the vitamin D receptor in nearly every tissues and the more recent discovery of thousands of VDR binding sites throughout the genome controlling hundreds of genes, the interest in vitamin D and its impact on multiple biologic. Therefore, vitamin D has many effects include xenobiotic detoxification, oxidative stress reduction, neuroprotective functions, antimicrobial defense, immunoregulation, anti-inflammatory, anticancer actions, and cardiovascular benefits. Thus, Vitamin D deficiency is closely associated with common chronic diseases such as bone metabolic disorders, tumors, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes.Key words: Vitamin D deficiency, health, diseases.

Sugary carbohydrates in foods are sweet-tasted carbohydrates of mono or disacchride, most commonly is saccharose (sucrose). This is a disaccharide consisting of two molecules of glucose and fructose.While glucose is completely metabolized in all body cells to produce energy, fructose is metabolized differently in the liver causing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and free fatty acids in the blood …. and causing many complications.Key words: Sugary carbohydrate, diabetes, overweight, obesity

Classic vegetarian diet focuses on plants for food, including: fruits, vegetables, dried beans and peas, grains, seeds and nuts… In general, these vegetarian diets can supply enough energy and nutrient for human body. Nevertheless, plant-borne foods lack some essential amino acids, contains a great amount of sugary carbohydrate and a small amount of vitamin B12, vitamin D...may causing the harmful effects. Familial non-medullary thyroid cancer (FNMTC) comprises about 5-15% of non-medullary thyroid cancer (NMTC) is a heterogeneous of diseases including both non-syndromic and syndrom forms , Non-syndromic FNMTC tends to manifest paillary thyroid carcinoma,usually multifocal and bilateral.Several high-penetrance genes for FNMTC have been indentified but they are often confined to a few or single families and other susceptibility loci appear to play a small part ,conferring only small increments in risk . Familial susceptibility is like to be due to a combination of genetic and environmental influences . The current focus of research in FNMTC is to charactetise the susceptibility genes and their role in carcinogenesis .FNMTC can also occur as a part of multitumor genetic syndromes such as familial adenomatous polyposis ,Cowden’s syndrome, Werner’s sydrome and Carney complex . There tend to present at an early age and are multicentric and bilateral with distinct pathology . The clinical evaluaion of these patients is similar to that for most patients with a thyroid nodule.Key words: Familial non-medullary thyroid cancer (FNMTC)
