Consumption is a human activity reducing or depleting the use value of a good or service to meet needs, either gradually or all at once. Consumption has a great position in every economy, because there is no life for humans without consumption. In the economic system, consumption plays an important role. The existence of consumption will encourage production and distribution. This will drive the wheels of the economy. The purpose of this article is to analyze how consumption theory is in Islamic economics. The conclusion in this article is that consumption in the Islamic economy is not merely reducing or depleting the use value of an item or service to meet needs, either gradually or all at once, but more than that, consumption is regulated by the provisions that apply in Islam. namely the Qur'an, Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, ijma' ulama, qiyash and others. Consumption that is allowed includes consumption that is halal, not haram, good and has benefits and gets ridho 'and the blessing of Allah SWT.

The focus of research in this paper aims to find out how the history of the Arabic language and its influence in the development of Islamic economics is. The main discussion in the research in this paper is about the development of Islamic economics in the use of Arabic, the sources in this paper are Islamic law sources and experts in various books, books, journals and other sources. The method used in the research in this paper is grouped into the type of research that uses a qualitative approach. From the discussion, including descriptive research, it only describes, describes, writes, and reports a situation, an object or a factual event as it is, and is in the form of disclosing facts. ABSTRAKPemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat merupakan upaya penggunaan sumber daya dan pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki untuk meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat. Tujuan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya alam yang ada di sekitar masyarakat desa itu sendiri. BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) merupakan sebuah lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa. Dari beberapa desa yang ada di Kecamatan Cugenang, peran BUMDes masih belum menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan harapan pemerintah dan masyarakat karena berbagai alasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui BUMdes beserta implikasi BUMDes Tunas Mandiri di Desa Cibulakan Cugenang Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh BUMdes Tunas Mandiri Desa Cibulakan yaitu dengan cara memberikan bantuan modal kepada masyarakat, membantu pemasaran, melakukan kemitraan, dan dengan penguatan lembaga BUMDes. Hal tersebut mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Cibulakan. Sedangkan implikasi dari BUMDes Tunas Mandiri yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat diantaranya; adalah kemudahan menambah modal usaha, menambah jumlah produksi masyarakat, kemudahan mendapatkan sarana prasana, peningkatan pendapatan dan kehidupan sosial ekonomi yang lebih baik. Kendala yang dihadapi sekarang yaitu masuknya toko retail modern yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi perkembangan usaha BUMDes.ABSTRACTCommunity economic empowerment is an effort to use resources and develop the potential that is owned to increase community productivity.
