In order to promote excellent teaching resource sharing and provide a reference for the training of high school English teachers, this research mainly explores the structure and characteristics of outstanding high school English teachers, In this article, outstanding high school English teachers has been selected as research object, and award-winning English teachers of Hundred Flowers Award held by a high school are selected as the example. Based on the strategy of high school English teachers' TPACK, this paper has carried out mainly the following aspects of work developed: firstly, based on the framework of TPACK, design teaching event record chart, teaching activity record chart, teaching event TPACK coding schedule and classroom behavior code schedule, formulate the TPACK encoding rules of high school English teachers, and also determine the encoding rules of classroom behavior. Secondly, based on encoding rules above, record teaching events and learning activities in detail. Thirdly, statistic the frequency and time length of both the TPACK elements in the teaching events and classroom behaviors using data analysis methods below: frequency statistics, time length statistics, comparison step by step and deep analysis. Depending on the results above, the author also explored the relationship between the TPACK elements and the classroom teaching behavior based on the specific teaching activities and teaching material analysis.

Learning activity (LA), a linear sequence structure consisting of several learning steps, is a popular method to integrate the learning content with the pedagogical strategies for facilitating efficient learning. However, how to efficiently analyze the linear learning sequence of a LA in terms of the Grade at each step (G), the learning attempt Count (C), and the learning Time (T) is an issue because it can be regarded as the multidimensional data analysis (MDA) problem. In order to efficiently understand the learning status, how to propose a fast method using the fuzzy pattern matching technique to efficiently analyze the multidimensional learning data in terms of G, C, T dimensions is our main concern. Therefore, in this study, a Fast Multidimensional Learning Activity Data Analysis (FaMiLaDa) scheme is proposed to solve the defined Multidimensional Learning Data Analysis for a LA (MLDA-LA) problem. According to the experimental analysis, FaMiLaDa scheme is able to fast analyze the learning data concerning the G, C, T dimensions in constant time complexity and perform the learning query in real time. The word "STEM" has come into public in recent years. And as the delivery of a series of policies on promoting STEM education in the USA, it has drawn the government and the public's attention to area of STEM education. Lots of scholars and experts are working hard on STEM education, aiming at finding out how can it be performed efficiently. In this research, a case study will be conducted over the Canada/USA Mathcamp, analyzing its mission, features and evaluation so that to make clear these research questions:(1) what STEM education focuses on;(2)what the case characterize;(3)how the case organizes efficiently;(4)how the case works in the STEM area. By analyzing the case, the research finally figure out that Canada/USA Mathcamp focuses on the design of the academic and residential life activities, features as lots of choices in learning topics, learning activities, classes for students and giving students freedom to choose. The mathcamp has organized qualified staff to support the camp and the camp has made great success. Taking example by Canada/USA mathcamp, the research also gives out some suggestions for those who are operating a STEM program.

This Paper aims to research whether the three factors (computer experience, Internet attitude, and computer self-efficacy) can affect digital citizenship among college students. A quantitative approach was implemented, the objects were 115 undergraduate students from Huang Gang Normal University (HGNU) in China. The results show that the college students approximately have good level of digital citizenship and perceived Internet attitude, however, students' computer self-efficacy is at a moderate level. Further, the computer experience has no effect on the level of college students' digital citizenship, however, Internet attitudes and computer self-efficacy have a significant impact on college students' digital citizenship. College students who have learned computer related courses or possessed a relevant certificate tend to participate in activities related to educating oneself and connecting with others online. And positive Internet attitudes cause the high level of digital citizenship related to the dimension of "respect yourself and respect others" and "educate yourself and connecting with others". Moreover, higher levels of computer self-efficacy are associated with higher levels of digital citizenship. Finally, several recommendations are conducted for cultivating college students' digital citizenship.

This study creates a reading environment on the smart phone and utilizes WeChat public platform as a tool to push reading materials to 60 English majors for 3 months so as to explore its effect on improving English reading abilities by comparing the test results before and after the experiment. The results indicates that WeChat public platform can be effectively applied in teaching English majors' reading and help them improve their reading skills efficiently. By questionnaire, it is highly recommended that the pushed reading material should be designed and adapted in accordance with students' demand and their reading abilities. There is also a need to provide students with guidance on reading skills and methods.

Technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) provides a new knowledge framework for the professional development of teachers, and since then, it has become an important direction for teacher's educational research. In order to explore core factors and major issues that restrict the development of teachers' TPACK, this study conducte empirical and interview studies on current situation and characteristics of language teachers TPACK in Huaxian. The results show that: (1) The overall level of TPACK of the language teachers is at a low point; (2) TK is the core factor restricting the development of teachers TPACK; (3) Whether or not language teachers have received curriculum training related to modern educational techniques also affects their TPACK development. Finally, according to results of survey, the paper puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for the development of language teachers TPACK in local junior high school.

The social development and the popularization of instructional technology in higher education have higher standards and requirement on the method that college teachers apply in teaching. The instructional technology training of college teachers has been concerning its effectiveness and the influence in many countries. This paper explores the current situation of the instructional technology applied by Chinese college teachers. It specifies the demands of instructional technology teachers and also investigated the differences in the methods that teachers in different ages and disciplines applied to instructional technology. To gain insights into the term, this paper reviews and discusses 24 academic articles related to horizon content knowledge. This review disagrees with locating the horizon content knowledge in the content knowledge. Instead, it argues that the notion of horizon content knowledge leads a new horizon to the context domain of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge framework. Horizon content knowledge will have a deep influence on smart learning and learning system design.
