Current methods of remotely sensed image change detection almost assume that the DEM of the surface objects do not change. However, for the geological disasters areas (such as: landslides, mudslides and avalanches, etc.), this assumption does not hold. And the traditional approach is being challenged. Thus, a new theory for change detection needs to be extended from two-dimensional (2D) to three-dimensional (3D) urgently. This paper aims to present an innovative scheme for change detection method, object-oriented simultaneous three-dimensional geometric and physical change detection (OOS3DGPCD) using GIS-guided knowledge. This aim will be reached by realizing the following specific objectives: a) to develop a set of automatic multi-feature matching and registration methods; b) to propose an approach for simultaneous detecting 3D geometric and physical attributes changes based on the object-oriented strategy; c) to develop a quality control method for OOS3DGPCD; d) to implement the newly proposed OOS3DGPCD method by designing algorithms and developing a prototype system. For aerial remotely sensed images of YingXiu, Wenchuan, preliminary experimental results of 3D change detection are shown so as to verify our approach.

As the effect of fire detection can be severely affected by the following two problems: the extraction of moving target area with low accuracy and fire detection with a single feature, this paper puts forward a new method of moving target detection, then analyzes and extracts the features of flame, such as color, energy, flashing, and contour features. So whether there is a fire occur in the motion area can be detected exactly. Experimental results show that the proposed fire detection method can reduce the error rate, improve the real-time and anti-interference ability.

Vehicle tracking plays more important roles in modern transportation and logistics operation. This paper deals with a new approach to track vehicles based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. The vehicle tracking system is designed overallly supported by Axiomatic Design theory. The basic steps of vehicle tracking based on RFID are developed and a six-layered architecture for the vehicle tracking system integrating databases, RFID tags, RFID readers, data centers, networks and user interface is presented, where the positions of vehicles are attained directly by compared the RFID readers collecting vehicle RFID tags their position information in the database. It is shown that this vehicle tracking method uses RFID more fully, the architecture with clear levels, adapts to the future technical and practical requirements, and can help fuse more complicated applications like intelligent charging and cargo tracking. We propose a 3D localization algorithm used in ship area networks (SANs) in the literature before. In this paper in order to explore more performances of ELCV we made some other comprehensive simulations. In ELCV a classic noise model is introduced to characterize the acoustic background noise observed in SANs. Meanwhile random communication range nodes are placed in the SANs. ELCV is addressed to provide robust estimation of unknown nodes in the presence of outliers. In this algorithm sensor nodes are also equipped with random communication range that can be changed during a set scope. With ELCV, each individual unknown node will acquire data packages from anchors and then solve for a spatial node on some given point in cube space formed by eight neighbor anchors. With other three related anchor nodes around symmetric tetrahedron can be formed. Finally by centroid algorithm, in this symmetric tetrahedron, estimated node positions with accuracy and robustness are obtained. In this work more parameters are changed and different environment arguments are taken into account and then simulation results are given. By these simulation results we further prove the accuracy, efficiency and robustness in SANs. Meanwhile simulation processes are finished in MATLAB software. Taking LGJ150/25 as the study object, a finite element simulation model of space around the wire with fretting wear particles was built, which was used to study the influence of the size, the shape and the distribution of the fretting wear particles on electric-field intensity distribution around transmission wires. It is of important the theoretical significance and application prospects for this work to reduce the energy loss and the electromagnetic interference. The simulation result are as follows: in the case of the same loading voltage, when particles is higher than wire maximum diameter, the maximum field intensity around the wire is sharply increased; Along with increase of the radius of curvature of the particles, the maximum field intensity will be reduced; The degree of irregularity of particles distribution is larger, the maximum field intensity value is bigger. According to the relationship between the field intensity distribution and the corona inception voltage, it can be concluded that with the increase of the maximum field intensity, the corona inception voltage can be reduced, so corona inception voltage will be directly affected by fretting wear particles. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, in the traditional measuring method based on, by avoiding wave speed influence on fault location of transmission line method, and compares it with the combination of wavelet transform. This article selects dBN wavelet and three B spline wavelet contrast, compared them with new methods, through the Xi'an City Power Supply Bureau of the actual fault data validation. The results show that, with3 B spline wavelet and the new method combined with the location results are closer to the actual distance, its accuracy is higher than that of db3wavelet transform and a new method derived from the results, the error is far less than the db3 wavelet function, location is satisfactory.
