This research was intended to create a fast and accurate spelling correction system with the ability to handle both kind of spelling errors, non-word and real word errors. Existing spelling correction system was analyzed and was then applied some modifications to improve its accuracy and speed. The proposed spelling correction system is then built based on the method and intuition used by existing system along with the modifications made in previous step. The result is a various spelling correction system using different methods. Best result is achieved by the system that uses bigram with Trie and Damerau-Levenshtein distance with the word level accuracy of 84.62% and an average processing speed of 18.89 ms per sentence.

Internet banking service has been renowned as one of the importantchannels for banking institutions to retain customers, increase its productivity, expand its customers’base and maximize revenues. Despite increasing attention has been given on the examinationof internet banking adoption, lack of research has been carried out to identify the issues surrounding the continueduse of such services by customers. In addition, researchers in the past decade started to studyfactors that affect the continued use of internet banking, however most of them ignored thesignificant role of mixing factors from different research views. Neglecting the views that factors belong towhen mixing different factors and ignoring to take strategies and philosophy of those views into account,makes it more difficult to understand and explain how users make continued use ofsuch technology.This study developed a model to determine factors that influence the continued useof internet banking by combining factors from the socio-cognitive view and the relational view.Using a survey questionnaire, 450 questionnaires were distributed to users of internet banking in Libya. The results demonstrated that socio-cognitive view and relational view were applicable to give better understandingto issues of continued use of internet banking. Managerial implications and limitationsfrom the empirical findings were discussed.

A necessity of the availability of communication network to provide data transfer amongst the coordinated single-phase rooftop photovoltaic (PV) in unbalanced three-phase low voltage (LV) feeder is essential since fetching data within the sensor of each PV unit requires real-time measurement and reliable data exchange within smart grid (SG), loads and other PV units. The main objective of this paper is to modeling the popular Wi-Fi, WiMax and ZigBee wireless data communication techniques into algorithms using numerical analysis. Those communication technologies have low cost and low power consumption. The benefits and drawbacks of those considered wireless data communications are shown as the required data that transferred and appropriate coding is also proposed. The number of transmitted symbols and the processing time delay of the proposed data coding are numerically analyzed, the results indicated that the 100% penetration level of PV that resulted higher injected reactive power back into the networks is able to be overcome since the coordinated PVs along the feeder is communicating to lower the unbalanced voltage profile.

There are many advantages to being able to track in real-time the movement of things or humans. This is especially important in tracking goods in the supply chain, in security and also in health and safety. The Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system works well in outdoor environments but it cannot track items indoors. There is also the problem of power hungry sensor chips inherent in some GPS trackers. Mobile Cellular triangulation also works well for many outdoor solutions but problems with cost, accuracy and reliability make it difficult to deploy for indoor tracking scenarions. The levels of accuracy can vary by up to 50 meters which hinder its ability for adoption in many use case scenarios. There are also problems with poor cellular coverage in rural areas. Solutions built on WiFi–the IEEE 802.11 standard overcome many of these issues. WiFi location tracking works via sampling of the received signal strength (RSS) which along with triangulation and prior mapping allows systems to locate items or humans with fine-granularity. This WiFi fingerprinting is a viable cost-effective approach to determining movement within indoor enviroments. This paper presents an overview of popular techniques and off-the-shelf solutions which can be used to determine movement of people and objects indoors. We outline the Locator frameworks which is built on both active and passive indoor localisation techniques for tracking movement within indoor environments.

The presence of police sketcher play an important role in making investigation in purpose of making arrestment to fugitive or suspect. The lacking presence of police sketcher is making a lack in investigation process, because lack of information gathered for the further process. This limitation is overcome by developing an expert system using gadget as a helping device to making sketch, with adding sketcher knowledge. Sketching method already been used since long time in process of investigation and effective making the result. The result of expert system on case given showing the system to real object which made sketching reach 85% of accuracy level.

This paper studies the globally stochastic synchronization problem for a class of neutral-type chaotic neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters under impulsive perturbations. By virtue of drive-response concept and time-delay feedback control techniques, by using the Lyapunov functional method, Jensen integral inequality, a novel reciprocal convex lemma and the free-weight matrix method, a novel sufficient condition is derived to ensure the asymptotic synchronization of two identical Markovian jumping chaotic delayed neural networks with impulsive perturbation. The proposed results, which do not require the differentiability and monotonicity of the activation functions, can be easily checked via Matlab software. Finally, a numerical example with their simulations is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented synchronization scheme.

Fuel cells are considered as one of the most promising devices for standalone/grid connected distributed generations due to its cleanliness, modularity and higher potential capability. In the present energy scenario, Fuel cells combined with other renewable technologies are gaining attraction. This paper focuses on the combination of Fuel Cell (FC) and Ultra-Capacitor (UC) systems for sustained power generation. Model of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cell have been developed in the MATLAB/Simulink Environment. To supply the required hydrogen moles, Electrolyzer model was developed. Hydrogen storage tank was modeled such that the generated moles of hydrogen from the electrolyzer are stored in the storage tank and the fuel cell receives the required amount of hydrogen moles from the storage tank rather than the electrolyzer. The combined system was synchronized to the grid and when the load demand exceeds the capacity of the fuel cell system, then the additional power is supplied by the grid thus ensuring continuity of supply to the load. In the paper a template technology has been applied to the complex platform of machine olfaction system. The simulation sensor array template receives field odor data or simulates the data via recorders in database, then transmits to the platform which consists of several distributed monitoring subsystems. Each subsystem matches a set of gas sensors array, and has functions of logging data, communicating and simulating industry application. The data from the subsystem and the preprocessed data are sent to the web server center and stored in the databases. Then sensors perform analysis by several layer algorithms. And the exchanging algorithms convert the field odor data to gas concentrations with ppm values, the expert systems or recognition algorithms analyze the ppm values and show the application results. All data of each layer are stored in server database systems, and each layer algorithms can be updated and saved. The simulation sensor array template receives field odor data or simulates the data via recorders in database, then transmits to the platform which consists of several distributed monitoring subsystems. Each subsystem matches a set of gas sensors array, and has functions of logging data, communicating and simulating industry application. The data from the subsystem and the preprocessed data are sent to the web server center and stored in the databases. Then sensors perform analysis by several layer algorithms. And the exchanging algorithms convert the field odor data to gas concentrations with ppm values, the expert systems or recognition algorithms analyze the ppm values and show the application results. All data of each layer are stored in server database systems, and each layer algorithms can be updated and saved. Finally, the supporting platform that applied to industrial monitoring systems, was developed with a kind of industrial configuration softwares, web MIS and databases, and was utilized to realize monitor to the environmental systems by the simulation template. Combining the practical situation, this article analyzes the heritagevalue of Middle Eastern Railway buildings in Hengdao Hezi from various perspectives.Research framework is established, including overview, architectural scale andpattern, building components, structure and space,and this paper designs heritagevalues mathmatical model of Chinese Eastern railway architectural complex.
