E-learning has become an important way and practice content of higher education and teaching reform. By applying the ISM method of information science, this paper analyzes some e-learning influencing factors, forms the hierarchical structure diagram of the influencing factors, discusses the relationships and meanings of the factors in the hierarchical structure diagram, and reveals the essence of e-learning through inherent logic of factors in the hierarchical structure system.

With the development of educational technology, Human Performance Technology (HPT), a theory and systematic method formed in the process of improving enterprise performance, is beginning to gain increasing attention in educational technology. In this paper, it analyzed the connotation of the HPT and the current condition and the acquirement of development of Quality Course network construction. It also summed up some problems at this stage such as it focused on the re-building rather than performance during the construction of Quality Course network construction. Based on the concept of HPT, the present paper offers some thoughts and suggestions on the construction of Quality Course network, and applies the model of HPT to the construction of Quality Course network in order to product a model of the construction of Quality Course network, so that some valuable ideas that can promote the development of the construction of Quality Course network can be provided.

Considering the facts that all the current 3D patching algorithms use curves of fragment as match features and there is no algorithm takes full advantage of 3D shape features, this paper proposes 3D digital patching method based on height-map of fragment’s broken surface. The 3D data of fragment’s surface is segmented based on region dilation strategy firstly. Then the broken regions are determined via surface coarseness. The global-best patching scheme is achieved by employing height-map as matching feature and complementariness between height-map as matching performance functional. The performance of proposed method is finally verified by simulation tests.

Skin detection is well known to detect the appearance of human and human parts within an image. However, there are several limitations exist in skin detection when using skin colour as cue to detect skin appearance. These limitations include problems such as illumination, skin-like pixels and camera characteristic. In this paper, a set of modified fuzzy rules has been introduced to deal with the skin-lie pixels problem. These modified fuzzy rules were integrated with skin modelling method in order to discriminate skin pixel and non-skin pixel. The experiment conducted in this paper is classification of human skin image and animal images. The experimental result is then compared with explicitly defined skin region and fuzzy sugeno classification method. From the experiments, we have found that the proposed fuzzy rules are applicable if the RGB value of pixel does not close to low value.

In this paper, the honey bee mating optimization (HBMO) algorithm is used to improve the detection of the concave region connected with the control points of active contour. In the traditional active contour model (ACM) method, the updating of control point is based on its local energy within a small searching window. As a result, it always results in the failure of precisely searching the boundary concavities. In order to vanquish these drawbacks, the HBMO-based snake scheme is adopted in this paper to search for the optimal position in a lager searching window around each control point. In this proposed scheme, to each active contour there is a chromosome that includes several genes as well as the control points of active contour. These control points are moved iteratively by minimizing the total energy of the active contour. Experimental results reveal that the proposed HBMO-based snake scheme can locate the object boundary of concavity more precisely without requiring large of computational time.

Web service composition makes it possible for Web service reused, assembled, providing value-added service. The key problem of web service composition is to find an effective modeling language and to describe it with composition definition language.BPEL4WS is a newly process definition language which is relatively complex and difficult to use. And BPEL4WS only supports static binding of existing services, and put binding of process and services as a known condition. But most of time dynamic service composition is needed to cater to the high dynamic environment. In this paper, firstly a process modeling language e_SPDL based on XML is proposed by simplifying and extending BPEL4WS.e_SPDL is used in the prototype system (e_Scope4WS) which supporting web service composition. The basic structure and control structure of e_SPDL are presented in detail, and a composite service instance described in e_SPDL is given. Then the concept of service container is introduced in e_SPDL which provides the basis for dynamic service execution strategy. And the structure of service container is given. Finally the dynamic execution strategy of the process (i.e. composite service) based on e_SPDL and service container is given.

Combining phase space reconstruction theory and least squares support vector machines (LSSVM) method, a novel fault prediction model is proposed in this paper. The model reconstructs phase space for fault characteristics time series of the system and fit the nonlinear relationship of phase point evolution by use of least squares support vector machines according to the laws of phase space evolution. Fault prediction model based on gyroscope drift time series is established for single-step and multi-steps prediction compared with RBF neural network prediction results. The results show that phase space reconstruction method can effectively determine the input and output vectors of prediction model, and in the case of limited samples, the fault prediction model established by the least squares support vector machine has better accuracy and stronger generalization ability.
