Battling Fake News: A Survey on Mitigation Techniques and Identification 打击假新闻:缓解技术和识别调查

Fake news are generally characterized as misdirected news, which are often constructed with a feeling of conviction and tricking people towards accepting a specific incident. Fake news spread widely due to its social associations. The multiplication of fake news via web-based media has opened up a new plethora for performing recognizable testing and regulation on fake news ideals and to alleviate its great influence on the popular hypothesis. Although different existing research works focuses on the distinguishing evidence obtained from fake news that depends on its substance or that abuses customer engagement with news via web-based media, there has been a growing enthusiasm on proactive advocacy methodologies in order to counteract the spread, deception, and its effect on society. This study describes the current topic of fake news and specifically presents the specialist difficulties related to it. This research work discusses about the existing strategies and procedures relevant to both DI and moderation by leveraging significant attention to the critical progress in each strategy along with their points of interest and constraints. Furthermore, the search was regularly limited by the nature of the existing datasets and their particular application settings. To mitigate this problem, this research work completely sort and summarizes the brand highlights obtained from the accessible datasets. Additionally, new exploration headings to further advance workable interdisciplinary agreements are also reported.

Deep Learning Based Hand Gesture Translation System 基于深度学习的手势翻译系统

Sign language plays an important role for the people who have the hearing and speech problems For the Non-verbal communication between the deaf-mute people. For the Kinetics gestures plays a crucial role in our day-to-day life. There are different sign languages that are available Hand Gesture Translation is one among them. The sign language is a collection of different Hand Gesture symbols and Each Hand Gesture symbol have special meaning. It is mostly used by the deaf-mute persons to express their views and thoughts very quickly with the normal people. Main problem with this system is very difficult to translate the symbols and required special training on sign language. To overcome this problem we have implemented a Hand Gesture Translation System it provides an ability to interact with the machine efficiently. It will help the deaf-mute to express their feelings and views more effectively with the normal people. In this paper implemented software prototype that will automatically recognize the hand gestures with an accuracy of 93.4% for gesture Translation which will help the deaf and dumb people to interact easily with the normal people. The main aim of the project is to provide the easy way of communication between the normal people and the deaf-mute through gestures.

COLPOUSIT: A Hybrid Model for Tourist Place Recommendation based on Machine Learning Algorithms COLPOUSIT:一个基于机器学习算法的旅游地点推荐混合模型

Tourism is an important sector for a country's economic growth. The travel recommendations should be made focused on better growth and attract more travelers. There is a huge amount of travel information and ideas available on the web that allows the users to make poor travel decisions. This paper focuses on building a hybrid travel recommender system by implementing collaborative-based, popularity-based, and nearby place weighted recommender system. The proposed system recommends the travel spots to the users based upon their interests and other criteria specified. In order to implement these methods, we applied a comparative study on different machine learning algorithms for collaborative-based approach and have performed weighted hybridization. These methods provide a personalized and customized list of similar places with respect to places of interest to the users. Thus, a hybrid system built using these methods provides a better recommendation of places with the advantages of these methods. The obtained results confirm that the hybrid method better than other recommender approaches when used separately.

Intelligent Extension with Smart Connections using Bluetooth with IoT 智能扩展与智能连接使用蓝牙与物联网

Wise work is always appropriate to achieve the comfort and ease of working style of life. Through low energy consumption, smart communication can make the campus useful to all living people. By achieving higher goals and improving in a more comprehensive way, results can be achieved from a customized level. With the core concepts of Bluetooth, IoT came in various faces to underline different results with various improvements. With the advancement of technology and advanced IoT networks, the range and capacity of communication channels are becoming very wide, and the ability to communicate with each other within their range also comes into consideration. Without using the Internet, the proposed paper shows a wide range model via a limited range of Bluetooth to extend the direct communication of IoT devices over a wide area without any loss in data and network connections. Extensive communication is offered through many Bluetooth-based IoT devices that act as slaves and communicate via their master Bluetooth which acts as a central device and Bluetooth for all other areas Devices are working. The entire network area will be divided into areas monitored by Masters Bluetooth devices that enable communication between different regions with extended range. Moves from one device to another and moves it to the active phase.

In general, air pollution refers to the introduction of chemicals into the atmosphere, that are harmful to human health and environment. It is frequently portrayed as one of the most dangerous threats that humanity has ever faced. It also endangers the other creatures, crops, woods and so on. Tha main cause fo air pollution is transportation. To avoid the pollution from these transporation zones, Artificial Intelligence [AI] algorithms can be used to predict the air quality from contaminants. As a result, air quality evaluation and forecasting has become a major research area. The evaluation of the obtained datasets can be done by by using a regulated AI (to urge a few of knowledge based techniques like variable ID, uni-variate examination, bi-variate, and multi-variate examination missing value medication and perform the information endorsement, information cleaning/arrangement, and information discernment on the given dataset. This paper proposes an AI based strategy to precisely anticipate the Air Quality Index [AQI], an incentive by expectation, which brings about the type of best exactness by contrasting direct order AI calculations. Also, this research work aims to analyse and examine different AI calculations from the given vehicle traffic dataset with assessment of GUI based UI air quality expectation by credits.

Multiplex Regulation System With Personalised Recommendation Using ML 基于ML的个性化推荐的多路调节系统

The main aim of this research work is to conduct a feasibility study and requirement analysis for a Multiplex Management system (MMS). This research work includes the design diagrams that facilitate the production of the software and its use in making a frontend and backend for the system according to the elicited requirements, by integrating them. Its alpha version, which strictly adhering to relevant software engineering practices that test the software with suitable methods has also developed. It automates various functions of Multiplex Theater with particular emphasis on ticket reservation, show screening, personnel management, statistical report generation, and increasing ticket sales by giving personalized movie suggestions by learning from the previous booking history or characteristics of users. MMS is a Web application that provides different interfaces for different stakeholders like users, admins, and employees. The admins can add movies and schedule screenings and evaluate the booking statistics and the users and employees can book and cancel tickets. The system also analyzes various factors using Machine Learning to suggest movies to the User to maximize their chances of booking them. The data and model generated from this system are also a precious commodity that can be leveraged successfully to bring in large gains for the Service.

The admins can add movies and schedule screenings and evaluate the booking statistics and the users and employees can book and cancel tickets. The system also analyzes various factors using Machine Learning to suggest movies to the User to maximize their chances of booking them. With the rapid development of information technology, college enrollment expansion has become more and more common. A large number of students to expand the source of employment of college graduates in recent years, so the university began to use the system software to achieve intelligent management of employment information. In the actual statistical process, statisticians are required to establish a scientific and effective data screening mode, which includes intelligent screening and manual screening. At the same time, intelligent screening has been called the inevitable choice of data statistics work. As big data covers more and more extensive fields and deals with more and more in-depth businesses, data types become more and more complex and diverse. With the help of big data tools and data intelligent analysis methods, this paper constructs an intelligent employment management system in colleges and universities.

The range resolution and target detection capability in Radar Pulse compression techniques can be improved efficiently by a Linear frequency modulated (LFM) waveform or a chirp signal. As the conventional method of generating Linear frequency modulated waveform causes several limitations like instability and nonlinearity, this paper has proposed a digital technique to generate LFM signal by using a multi-DDS approach. For hardware implementations of any digitally designed module, the Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) plays a vital role in real-time processing. The JTAG standards in Field Programmable gate arrays (FPGA) are allowed to debug any design with the help of Hardware Co-Simulation JTAG block. In this paper, a linear frequency modulated waveform is generated using a Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) and System generator Xilinx block set. The Generated chirp signal is further implemented on FPGA-ZYNQ board (ZC7045-2ffg900), by generating a Hardware Co-simulation JTAG block, essentially required for radar signal processing.
