Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai etika bisnis islam di Swalayan Berkah Bima, sudahkan Swalayan Berkah Bima menerapkan etika bisnis yang didasarkan pada etika bisnis Islam mengingat Swalayan Berkah Bima adalah swalayan Islam yang didirikan karena kehendak dari jamaah dan jamiiyyah. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1).Bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis Islam di swalayan Swalayan Berkah Bima. 2).Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi Swalayan Berkah Bima dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam .3). Bagaimana solusi yang dilakukan Swalayan Berkah Bima untuk mengatasi kendala penerapan etika bisnis Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripti, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus yang merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif, dimana peneliti melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap program, kejadian, proses, aktivitas terhadap satu atau lebih orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: penerapan etika bisnis di Swalayan Berkah Bima sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islam, dimana ditunjukkan melalui setiap aktivitas di Swalayan Berkah Bima yang disesuaikan dengan ajaran agama islam. etika bisnis islam di Swalayan Berkah Bima menggunakan tauhid yaitu keseimbangan maupun tanggung jawab dalam hal ini Swalayan Berkah Bima tidak hanya mencari keuntungan semata, akan tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar, hal lain yang dilakukan Swalayan Berkah Bima dalam mengimplementasikan etika bisnis islam adalah dengan melakukan tuntunan ihsan atau kebajikan dimana pihak Swalayan Berkah Bima selalu memahami bahwa segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Swalayan Berkah Bima selalu di awasi oleh Allah SWT. Dalam hal ini penerapan ihsan yaitu dengan mempertanggung jawabkan produk-produk yang dijual yaitu aman dan halal. Kendala dalam penerapan etika bisnis islam Swalayan Berkah Bima belum bisa terlepas dari produk asing, lalu solusi dalam kendala dengan pemenuhan produk-produk yang diinginkan masyarakat dan selalu menjalankan setiap aktivitas dengan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islam.

Pada masa pendemi Covid-19 saat ini Yayasan Pendidikan memiliki masalah utama yang menyebabkan kinerja tenaga pendidik belum optimal dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 101 responden melalui penyebaran kuisioner via google-form. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan variabel dependent adalah kinerja. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analysis structural equation model (SEM). Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja merupakan intervening variable pada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan dan kinerja sama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lingkungan kerja di yayasan pendidikan yang menerapkan hal ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, aman, damai dan selarang agar tujuan dari yayasan dapat tercapai dengan maksimal ketika lingkungan kerja sangat mendukung terbukti mampu mengikatkan kinerja dan kedua hal tersebut baik lingkungan kerja dan kinerja juga dapat atau mampu dilalui melalui kepuasan secara tidak langsung. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas dicapai oleh seorang tenaga pendidik sesuai dengan tanggung jawab dan wewenang masing-masing dalam rangka mencapai tujuan dari suatu organisasi atau yayasan.

Research aims to study the effect of the use of productive economic funds (PEF) in the coastal community (fishermen, traders and processors) empowerment program on coastal communities’ income level in Mataram Township. Based on simple regression analysis, it was obtained the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.475. That means there was a fairly strong relationship between the PEF-income coastal community (fishermen, traders and processors). In general, PEF affect on the level of coastal community income (fishermen, traders and processors) by 22.55%, while another 77.45% was influenced by other variables or factors. It can also be determined that the regression pattern between the PEF and a total income of fishermen, traders and processors was Y = 723,076.2 + 0.503 (x), meaning: each additional amount of IDR PEF of 1, will increase the amount of income of fishermen, traders and processors by IDR 0.503. PEF or any increase of 1% will increase the amount of income of fishermen, traders and processors by 0.503%. It can be concluded that the use of PEF in the Coastal Community Economic Empowerment Program has a significant influence on increasing income coastal community (fishermen, traders, and processors).

Quality health services can only be realized with the benefits of professional health services, as well as nursing care should be done with professional nursing practice. The function of motivation, communication, supervision, delegation and conflict management function can improve nurse's performance in applying nursing care. This research can be done by overcoming the nursing care in hospital wards RSUD Bima. This research use descriptive research design with cross sectional approach. The instrument used is questionnaire. The number of research samples was 86 nurses who were in 7 inpatient wards taken at random. The data analysis process used a chi-square test to determine the relationship with performance, and some lig- istical regression tests applied the most severe variables associated with nurse performance. The results showed that the variable of directive function (motivation pv = 0,005, communication pv = 0,019 supervision pv = 0,006 delegate pv = 0,026, conflict management pv = 0,004) relate to nurse performance with confounding variable (age, sex, marital status, occupation and Education) has no relationship with the performance of nurses. The majority of nurses apply a well-headed room head function. The most severe variable to the performance of the nursing service is the conflict management function

Pasar adalah tempat pembeli dan pedagang bertemu melalukan transaksi jual serta beli barang maupun jasa. Pasar Semparu termasuk pasar mingguan, pasar ini salah satu pasar yang mendapatkan renovasi pasar sehingga terkesan lebih luas dan tertata rapi dengan bangunan barunya, namun adanya renovasi pasar Semparu mempengaruhi keadaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk menjelaskan persepsi pedagang terhadap renovasi pasar Semparu Desa Semparu, Kecamatan Kopang, Lombok Tengah. 2) Untuk mengetahui dampak renovasi pasar terhadap para pedagang pasar desa Semparu Kecamatan Kopang Lombok Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan informan kunci dan informan biasa. Jenis data adalah data kualitatif dan bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, penarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa persepsi pedagang Semparu terhadap renovasi pasar Semparu desa Semparu Kecamatan Kopang Lombok Tengah yaitu kurangnya kepuasan pedagang terhadap renovasi pasar Semparu, yang tidak sesuai dengan harapkan para pedangan terutama disain bangunan pasar yang menghadap belakang beserta perubahan-perubahan yang ada di sekitar pasar Semparu. Dampak renovasi pasar Semparu terhadap pedagang pasar ada dua macam yakni dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari segi fisik yaitu kenyamanan pasar Semparu sedangkan non fisik ada dayak tarik pasar dan pendapatan pedanag dalam menempati renovasi pasar Semparu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik UMKM di Kota Mataram berdasarkan kondisi internal dan eksternal UMKM kemudian menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha yang sesuai dengan UMKM di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data primer dan sekunder.Data primer diperoleh dari survey sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber publikasi lembaga/institusi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis deskriptif, SWOT dan AHP.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik UMKM di Kota Mataram berdasarkan kondisi internal memiliki kekuatan pada kemauan yang kuat untuk maju dan kelemahan pada keterbatasan modal. Sedangkan kondisi eksternal memiliki peluang pada pangsa pasar yang cukup banyak dan ancaman pada persaingan dalam perdagangan bebas. Sedangkan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha yang sesuai dengan UMKM di Kota Mataram dimulai dengan analisis faktor strategis internal dan eksternal dan diperoleh total bobot skor rata-rata dari matiks IFE 2,088 maupun EFE 2,308. Kemudian menentukan posisi UMKM di Kota Mataram melalui matrik IE yang menunjukan bahwa UMKM di Kota Mataram memiliki kemampuan internal yang sedang dan eksternal yang sedang. Kemudian hasil analisis dikaji menggunakan SWOT untuk menentukan beberapa alternative strategi pengembangan usaha. Setelah ditawarkan beberapa alternative strategi pengembangan usaha kemudian di analisis menggunakan AHP untuk menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan usaha UMKM di Kota Mataram. Dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa strategi yang sesuai dengan UMKM di Kota Mataram adalah pada peningkatan kualitas dan kreatifitas produk UMKM

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data primer dan sekunder.Data primer diperoleh dari survey sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber publikasi lembaga/institusi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis deskriptif, SWOT dan AHP.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik UMKM di Kota Mataram berdasarkan kondisi internal memiliki kekuatan pada kemauan yang kuat untuk maju dan kelemahan pada keterbatasan modal. Sedangkan kondisi eksternal memiliki peluang pada pangsa pasar yang cukup banyak dan ancaman pada persaingan dalam perdagangan bebas. Sedangkan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha yang sesuai dengan UMKM di Kota Mataram dimulai dengan analisis faktor strategis internal dan eksternal dan diperoleh total bobot skor rata-rata dari matiks IFE 2,088 maupun EFE 2,308. Kemudian menentukan posisi UMKM di Kota Mataram melalui matrik IE yang menunjukan bahwa UMKM di Kota Mataram memiliki kemampuan internal yang sedang dan eksternal yang sedang. Kemudian hasil analisis dikaji menggunakan SWOT untuk menentukan beberapa alternative strategi pengembangan usaha. Setelah ditawarkan beberapa alternative strategi pengembangan usaha kemudian di analisis menggunakan AHP untuk menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan usaha UMKM di Kota Mataram. Broiler chickens are superior breeds of chicken produced by crosses from chicken nations that have high productivity, especially in chicken meat production. Until now broiler chickens have been known to the Indonesian people with various advantages. Broiler chicken farms have a relatively short maintenance time and harvest time which is considered fast among other meat-producing livestock commodities. This indicates that the availability of broiler chicken meat supply tends to be continuous. In addition, many consumers tend to prioritize the consumption of broiler meat to fulfill their animal protein needs, so that many business people are interested in pursuing broiler farming because of their rapid capital turnover. In value added analysis there are three supporting components, namely: 1) Conversion factor, showing the amount of output produced from one unit of input, 2) Factor coefficient of labor, indicating the amount of labor needed to process one input unit, and 3) Product value , shows the output value per input unit. The average output value of the sale of broiler chickens obtained by large cutter traders is Rp. 28,500 per head, for small cutter traders Rp. 33,650 per head while at retailers Rp. 33,650 per output value is obtained. from the multiplication of the output price variable (selling price) with the conversion factor. The price of output for large cutter traders is smaller because the sale of products to small cutter traders and retailers. The added value of broiler chicken marketing obtained by large cutter traders is Rp.7,909.23 per head (27.75%) and small cutter traders get Rp.10,195.45 (30.30%) per head, while retailers get value added Rp.3,940.52 (11.71%) per head. Overall, small cutter traders get greater profits than large cutter traders and retailers, this is because small cutter traders buy live chicken raw materials to large cutter traders and sell them in the form of carcasses and non carcasses to end consumers. The average marketing margin obtained by large cutter traders is Rp 10,000 per head, while for small cutter traders Rp 10,500 per head, and retailers Rp.5,150 per head.

Purpose – For every country’s economy, air transport is strategically and vitally important. For improving the quality of air transport services provision, partnerships between airports and airlines need to be encouraged more. The application of partnerships leads to quality improvements of services provided by companies and raises the efficiency of used practices. A number of the factors, which determine the effective partnership between organisations operating in the aviation sector, is examined on the basis of specialised literature. The study addresses the question of how organisations interact with each other and what factors determine the need for partnership. Having identified common factors in the organisation’s operational interface and the need for it in the aviation sector and having analysed the practical examples of partnerships, the ways to enhance these factors are explored in order to achieve effective partnerships between airports and airlines. Research methodology – consists of comparative analysis, methods of logical analysis and abstraction, multi-criteria evaluation. Findings – The solution to the problem is expressed by identifying the factors of an effective partnership between the airports and the airlines and selecting the criteria for the assessment of the favourable effects of airport cooperation activities, and their hierarchical schemes from the positions of the airlines. Practical implications – Using multi-criteria assessment methods is easy to construct matrices of initial estimates, calculate final estimates and thus decide which airport is the most appropriate partner for an airline or vice versa.Originality/Value – A unique and, at the same time, a universal system of criteria, the application of which provides the preconditions for the development of the partnership, is created. Research limitations – The availability of data is limited to determine the reasonable values of the partnership criteria.

Purpose – In this work, a reflexive experiential learning process is collected, which relates concepts the strategic management and learning the game of chess in a flipped classroom and blending learning process for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 courses. Research methodology – The method followed has been the initial approach of the learning curves and the time series of the analysis of learning patterns in the game of chess. Also, for the study of the relationship between the game of chess and its analogy with strategic management, we used a questionnaire, and we apply cluster and network analysis. Findings – The main results reveal the existence of different learning patterns (linear, quadratic, random walk), associated with the various skills of the students. Likewise, different learning groups have been identified concerning the times and learning levels by activities. The underlying idea is the motivation that the game of chess exerts on students to foster greater understanding. Research limitations – The limitations are related to the size of the classroom and the different initial levels of chess knowledge, which have been a real challenge to carry out this work. Finally, the combination of activities, between chess and strategic management knowledge is complicated to handle, requiring large doses of planning. These limitations are perhaps challenging to solve, although possible help could be associated with more teachers being involved in the process. Practical implications – The simultaneous learning of chess with the consequent increase of cognitive skills and Strategic Management concepts could intensify the motivation of the student and generate a virtuous circle that drives both areas. Originality/Value – This new experience in Spain contributes to filling a perhaps significant gap in the literature. In parallel, the practice of chess in the classroom has corroborated a level of commitment and motivation of students in the knowledge of the concepts of strategic management. The results achieved could suggest the incorporation of chess practice as a motivating factor in management subjects.

Purpose – the main purpose of the study is to analyze the institutional factors that are usually considered as components of economic freedom, as well as to assess the level of economic freedom as a prerequisite for improving structural proportions and stimulating the investment process in an economy with excess raw materials sector (such as Ukraine). Research methodology – the methodological basis is a system of complementary mathematical, general scientific and special methods, in particular system-structural comparison of retrospective, diagnostics and mathematical methods of studying possible dependence, general methods of analysis and synthesis, etc. Findings – the main result of the study is that increasing the degree of economic freedom in Ukraine contributes to structural shifts in favour of non-resource exports. Research limitations – our assessment methodology does not take into account the specifics of most European countries and is mainly aimed at countries of Eastern Europe so far. Practical implications – our proposed methodology for assessing the dependence of structural changes in a country’s exports on the economic freedom index IEF can be used in the practice of public administration in countries of such countries as Ukraine and others. Originality/Value – a proposed method for estimating the dependence of structural changes in Ukrainian exports on the IEF Index of Economic Freedom.
