Strategy of the School Principal in Developing Teacher's Professional Competence to Improve the Quality of Education at SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung 学校校长在发展教师专业能力以提高南榜港中学教育质量方面的策略

Quality is an important thing in the world of education. To create the quality of education, intervention from every component of education is needed, including the principal and teachers. Researchers used qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. This study aims to identify patterns or strategies used by school principals in improving the quality of education by taking into account the teacher's professional competency factor. So that this research will provide an overview of reflection regarding efforts to improve the quality of education through the development of teacher professional competence at SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung. First, the strategy taken by the principal as an effort to develop the professional competence of teachers at SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung can be said to be good, this is realized from the actions taken by the principal both formally and non-formally. Second, there are several obstacles faced, less creative teachers, lack of mastery of technology, and lack of teacher productivity in making scientific work.

There has been a change in the buying decision process of the customers to buy a particular kind of product. Also, there is a need of the hour to change this mindset and develop something which can be used to analyze the behavior of the customers in making decision regarding a particular product. This can be done by using the term Neuro marketing. This research paper presents how Neuro marketing can act as a future of marketing system in India. Neuro marketing is an emerging interdisciplinary field connecting psychology and neuroscience with economics. The goal of neuro marketing is to study how the brain is physiologically affected by advertising and marketing strategies. It involves the use of certain scientific techniques like FMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) and EEG (electroencephalography)

This study aims to answerresearch problems regarding catholic religious teacher skills in developing 21st century skills in students at RK Deli Murni Delitua Senior High School.This study applies a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research is conducted at RK Deli Murni Delitua Senior High School from March to April 2023. The informants used in this study are 10 people, namely school principals, catholic religious teacher, peer teachers, and 7 students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data are analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusions. The results of the study show that the skills of religion teachers in 21st century learning are divided into facilitating and inspiring student learning and creativity, designing and developing learning development, being a model and way of learning in the digital era, encouraging and being a model of responsibility and digital society, and participating in professional development and leadership. In the 21st century students are required to have skills such as communication, collaborative, critical thinking, and creativity. The process of implementing learning is divided into initial stages (pre-instructional), teaching stages (instructional), and evaluation and follow-up stages.

Gender Politics in English Language: Exploring theFactors that Affect the Use of the Epicene Pronoun inEsl Context 英语语言中的性别政治:探究影响英语语境中Epicene代词使用的因素

The English language lacks a pronoun for a singular genderless nominal antecedent. Due to that, different schools of thought have emerged in language studies over what item to be considered appropriate for such role. The pronouns that are used to play the role are collectively known as epicene pronoun. Over the years, the debate has lingered on three epicenes- generic he, coordinated he or she and the singular they, with recent debates tilting towards the singular they. The APA’s (2019) style manual, in its latest edition, i.e. the 7th edition, instructed scholars to use they/them/their pronouns for situations where gender is unknown or irrelevant. While several studies have confirmed that the singular they has become the most preferred epicene in L1 context, minimum studies have been conducted in L2 contexts. This study explores the factors that affect the use of the epicene in the L2 context, in Ghana precisely. 20 English major tertiary students were recruited for the study and data were collected using questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The data were analysed using thematic analysis. The outcome of the analysis confirms that the coordinated he or she is the most preferred epicene in the L2 context. However, it is revealed that when the singular antecedent evokes a plural ‘sense’, the singular they is the most preferred. The study also reveals that three factors account for the use of the epicene- socio-cultural factors, input/amount of exposure factor and grammaticality factors. It is recommended that, as the concept of gender evolves and expands beyond the simplistic binary male and female, the singular they becomes more gender responsive and should be introduced into the language curricula of L2 contexts.

This research is to answer and offer alternative policy strategies for reducing work stress. Work stress consists of individual level and group level to analyze of effect on employee performance. This type of research is correlational research. Population in this study is PT Centrindo Palmax employees, totaling 150 employees. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method with a specified sample of 100 respondents. To answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that individual level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Group level has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

How Can I write a Discussion that is Effective? 如何写一篇有效的讨论?

Writing scientific papers needs a high level of ability, scientific understanding, and adherence to accepted scientific practices. Every article should fundamentally adhere to the IMRAD format, which is virtually reflected, with slight variations, throughout the entirety of contemporary scientific publishing. Writing articles requires staying on topic, having a clear beginning and finish, and drawing from every aspect of the context. Additionally, it highlights the paper's strengths and weaknesses by highlighting any confusing issues that may require additional investigation in some future research by the same or a different set of authors. Therefore, the Discussion chapter serves as the core of any scientific work. The discussion itself must make reference to the particular of the work's outcomes. When scientists prepare their papers by presenting their own results and comparing them with those of other authors with comparable topics, the author aims to emphasize the relevance of a high-quality chapter discussion.

An Error Analysis on the Written Speeches of Grade 8 Students 八年级学生书面演讲的错误分析

This study examined a corpus extracted from the cohesive errors found in the written speeches of Grade 8 students in one of the schools in Tagum city. This study sought to analyze the errors found in the usage of cohesive devices. Moreover, it aimed to identify the cohesive errors found in the written speeches and classify the errors found. Error occurrences were identified based on Halliday and Hassan’s (1976) Grammatical cohesion. Results revealed three error categories of which are the following: Demonstrative, Ellipsis, and Conjunction. Insights were drawn based on the errors found.
