The importance of ecomuseums resides in the power they have as social cohesive and, at the same time, as a reference in a territorial space endowed with identity based on the relationships between the actors involved. However, this article explores the importance of the Government as a fundamental actor in the consolidation of this type of project which, although its purpose is social, is conditioned by the number of economic resources and dissemination strategies provided by government financing in the case study. Based on a qualitative methodology that uses observation and interviews, the actors involved in this type of project have been mapped, and with the support of strategic foresight software, the importance of the Government as a fundamental actor in the projects is explained museums of this type. It is concluded that, despite the centrality of the Government in the existence of the Tepic Ecomuseum, it is necessary to implement strategies that complement social cohesion and promote processes of community identity, appropriation of the territory and the promotion of culture among the actors.

Cadernos de Receitas: Uma tradição familiar explícita do compartilhamento do conhecimento 食谱笔记:一个明确的家庭分享知识的传统

The present study takes knowledge and its variants as a guideline, applying the basic theories to the field of gastronomy. Understanding this area as an intangible human heritage, this study aimed to explain the existence of sensory impacts in culinary preparations from the making by subjects with different knowledge. Using notebooks of family recipes as the object of study, the researchers selected four preparations that were made and replicated at different times so that, supported by sensory analyses, the levels of acceptance by the public could be evaluated and compared. Such comparisons allowed the authors to infer observed points about the cooks' knowledge variants; even having identical environments, inputs and recipes, the finished preparations were presented in different ways. The subjectivity of each subject was present in each of the evaluated versions, that is, the preparations did not follow a certain standardization. Finally, new knowledge gaps were observed that new researches can address.

Levantamento e mapeamento de iniciativas de turismo em territórios indígenas no Brasil 调查和绘制巴西土著领土的旅游计划

Tourism is an important economic activity for indigenous people; however, it is necessary to understand the magnitude and breadth of tourism involving indigenous peoples in Brazil. Thus, the present article has the objective of carrying out a survey of tourism practices in Indigenous lands in the country. The survey was carried out in databases, using ‘snowball’ technique, on official websites and supplemented with the researcher’s empirical knowledge. Thus, it was possible to mapping the practices, representing an important effort to understand the dimension of indigenous tourism in Brazil, with the potential to contribute to new research, public policies, and articulations of indigenous peoples.

Best Destinations for Women: Uma análise das 100 primeiras listas de indicações de destinos para mulheres na plataforma Google 女性最佳目的地:谷歌平台上100个女性最佳目的地提名名单的分析

Even being the majority in the tourism sector, it is possible to observe that women worldwide share insecurities and constraints when travelling. It is also known that virtual communication could be an ally of an empowerment process to the traveler. Based on these reflections, the study aims to explore the content of the indications and information available on the most visible websites found on Google® Platform when searching for ‘best destinations for women’, in order to understand this communication and its possible process of strengthening women autonomy in travel, drawing an analogy to the concept of user-generated content [UGC]. The text of 100 destinations lists for women was coded; a Descending Hierarchical Classification [DHC] was performed, and an interpretative analysis of the obtained results was carried out. Four classes represented what was presented on the websites: Nature Tourism: adventure and sea & sun; Urban Tourism and its attractions; Security and the solo travel; and Security and public spaces. Back to the UGC concept, it seems that the narratives and indications, produced by common travelling women, are permeated with reliability and security. Because of that, it was possible to notice that most of the indications are not based on accurate data, thus cannot be pointed to as the best destinations for women. On the other hand, it was possible to find out motivations, interests, tips, stories, textual construction choices, contradictions, assumptions, and what composes the authors’ narratives of the lists. Analyses that deepen the interrelation between media role, women as a representative part of travelers, personal stories, and touristic destinations are suggested.

Coquetelaria e turismo criativo uma proposta pedagógica reflexiva em curso de tecnologia em Gastronomia 鸡尾酒和创意旅游美食技术课程的反思教学建议

Taking into account the General National Curriculum Guidelines for the organization and operation of the Technology Courses and the National Catalog of Technology Courses (2016), this paper derived from research in Master course aims at proposing a unit study plan of the Cocktail Preparation discipline (this is, as a rule, part of the curriculum structure of Technology in Culinary courses). Its didactic-pedagogical process, theoretically and methodologically based on meaningful learning, aims at promoting the articulation of knowledge related to Cocktail Preparation and the drinks involved in it, with other areas of knowledge and the passage from a know-how restricted to the technical domain (elaboration of cocktail recipes) to a reflexive theoretical-practical action. For this, the Study Plan concludes the proposition of learning activities in the direction of co-creation and development, by students, of a project of a tourist circuit linked to Creative Tourism. This will bring to the course of the discipline the perspective of professional insertion in the applicability of these studies, as well as the design of an alternative tourism product that could be implemented.

Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes: Domínio da produção científica e percursos das agendas de pesquisa 智能旅游目的地:科学生产领域和研究议程路径

Studies indicate that the scientific debate around smart principles' application to tourist destinations has been intensifying. However, its domains of interest for the scientific advancement of the subject are still under construction. This research aims to map the theoretical and domain structure of the Smart Tourism Destinations [STDs] field to reflect on the current research agendas and possible theoretical-methodological gaps. A systematic review was conducted on 28 scientific paper samples indexed in the Web of Science, with bibliometry support. The main results pointed out that the network of the most cited studies is grouped into five clusters; five most frequent agendas are detected; and the centrality of the theme on the European continent is observed according to the authors and scientific journals' origins. Yet, the topic of sustainability is tangential in the studies, suggesting a gap in the researches; and conceptualizations to support smart tourism development in practice are also neglected.
