We consider the problem of rational statistical control technical parameters of automatic spacecraft (AKA) in the process of their ground testing in autonomous and complex testing in a three-tier hierarchical structure: independent product testing, independent testing systems and comprehensive testing of the AKA in general. The mathematical model of control, the formalized statement of a problem and algorithm of optimization of statistical control of sets of products and their technical parameters on hierarchy of working off is given. At the same time, the model and algorithm allow you to select the optimal product range of each level of the hierarchy from the sets that are subject to mandatory control, take into account the specified requirements for technical parameters and the results of monitoring the technical parameters of the lower levels of products when planning and carrying out control of the parameters of the higher levels.

The article proposes an algorithm for solving a linear programming problem (LPP) based on the use of its representation in the form of an antagonistic matrix game and the subsequent solution of the game by an iterative method. The algorithm is implemented as a computer program. The rate of convergence of the estimates of the solution to the actual value with the required accuracy has been studied. The software implementation shows a high speed of obtaining the LPP solution with acceptable accuracy in fractions or units of seconds. This allows the use algorithm in embedded systems for optimal control.

An assessment of the quality of call centers (CCS) can be described as the process of listening to recorded conversations between an operator or technical support service and a customer to assess the effectiveness of the operator and its performance. The main problem with quality control is that managers or supervisors do not have time to listen to all records, and therefore only a few of the total number of saved conversation records are randomly selected. This leads to inaccurate measurements of performance, since most of the records of calls are not tapped. This article presents a distributed call monitoring system to evaluate all recorded calls using multiple quality criteria. In the proposed system, we analyze a large number of call records using the popular Hadoop MapReduce platform, and using text algorithms such as cosine transformation and N-gram. Lists of slang words were also integrated into the monitoring system. Empirical call records are used to demonstrate the performance of the proposed call monitoring system.

Reviewed and analyzed the questions related to the description of signals and radio interference aerospace systems in lahaussois models. Reviewed and analyzed detail oligopsony algorithms for optimal reception of digital signals on the basis of the specific characteristics of the signal-to-noise conditions. The functional schemes of the basic units of the receiver of rectangular radio pulses are analyzed. An optimal algorithm for detecting-distinguishing signals with noise with random power and single streams of chaotic impulse noise is obtained. It is shown that this algorithm is precorrelation in the General cases of arbitrary fluctuations of the useful and the interfering pulses.
