This article describes the advantages and the examples of song to support English language learning process. Children have unique characteristics that could be employed for the supporting factors. One of strategy that teacher should be used to take the students’ attention is song. The use of children’s songs for learning English showed that songs can increase the enthusiasm of children to learn English because learning is fun and does not feel stiff while steps are taken to create learning English is an effective English teachers should consider some aspects, types of songs, number of students, the type of learning activities with the song, and the character of the students.

So far, writing skills are mandatory abilities that must be mastered by teachers, both scientific and non scientific writing. The importance of teachers having the ability to write later will be their own stories for students being taught. Students will certainly be more motivated if a teacher is able to produce their own work as teaching material. However, during writing sometimes the teacher encounters obstacles. One of the schools that continues to grow, but has limited resources is the Ghilmani Integrated Islamic Elementary School Surabaya. SDIT Ghilmani is an elementary school that continues to grow. As the development of this school continues to require teachers who are creative and can provide interesting lessons. The goal is of course to make students enthusiastic about learning. The implementation method uses a coaching clinic, so participants can practice directly. Broadly speaking activities refer to the 3C concept, namely Creativity, Communication, and Create. Low understanding of gymnastics members in improving fitness, so the solution is given as follows: 1) Introducing aerobic exercise, 2) Introducing anaerobic exercise, 3) Introducing the principles in the exercise program and 4) Helping to introduce the key to successful training.The method used is Training of Trainer (TOT) with lectures and direct previews. Physical fitness is a person's condition at any given time. A person's physical fitness condition is not permanent, but the quality rises because of regular exercise and will descend if not. In principle to improve physical fitness need to pay attention to the following things: 1) Aerobic exercise exercises such as jogging, fast walking, swimming, cycling, and aerobic gymnastics. 2) do fitness exercises and muscle tightening (anaerobic) to improve the quality of strength, speed, Kelentukan, power, and so on, 3) understand the principles of fitness exercises such as overload (load more), specifics (specificity), Riversible (back origin), 4) keys to a successful exercise. Saat ini kelompok Tani Madani yang berlokasi di Desa Gunung Silanu Kecamatan Bangkala, Kabupaten Jeneponto menghasilkan beberapa produk alami hasil budidaya masyarakat. Salah satu produksi yang paling diminati adalah kunyit bubuk asli yang mengandung banyak manfaat yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Pada pemasaran produk kunyit gunung silanu masih bersifat konvensional karena masih menggunakan kebiasan umum yang lazim digunakan atau dengan istilah word of mouth, dimana pembeli mendatangi langsung penjual secara bertatap muka untuk mempromosikan barang daganganya atau pihak distributor mendatangi customer untuk menawarkan produk kunyit tersebut. Hal tersebut dianggap kurang maksimal dalam peningkatan penjualan karena hanya dipasarkan pada daerah sekitar saja, padahal produk kunyit gunung silanu sangat bagus didistribusikan di masyarakat luas, baik dari dalam atau luar provinsi di Indonesia. Sistem pemasaran online berbasis website merupakan salah satu penerapan teknologi informasi pemasaran digital yang efektif mempromosikan produk ke berbagai kalangan masyarakat yang terkoneksi dengan akses internet. Dimana dengan adanya penerapan e-business dapat memperlancar proses transaksi bisnis, dapat meningkatkan layanan kepada para customer diberbagai daerah sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dari operasional dari kelompok tani madani.
