Civil liability caused by land motor vehicles is one of the most important and widely used topics in the field of law. Especially in the current era, the emergence of these devices, which is known as the era of industrial and technological revolution, has brought about a huge transformation in human life, which on the one hand has brought comfort and social welfare to mankind, and on the other hand, caused many losses. It has entered into the body of the society, which is considered as the limitation of social life. For this reason, the civil liability arising from these devices has always been the concern of jurists and they presented various views and theories regarding its basis. The most important of them are the presumption of fault, failure to protect, absolute responsibility and group guarantee theory. But today these differences have faded. According to the opinion of the majority of Iranian jurists, the basis of the civil liability of the owner of the vehicle is "pure liability" without fault. But in Afghan law, the responsibility of the keeper of the land motor vehicle is based on assumed fault. In Islamic jurisprudence, from the very beginning, the Prophet (peace be upon him) has established responsibility without fault, i.e., objective responsibility, with his beautiful words (No harm and no harm). The method of this research is analytical, descriptive and comparative, and the library method was used to collect its contents.

Child labour refers to the exploitation of minors through any type of employment that robs them of their youth, prevents them from attending a regular school, or is detrimental to their mental, physical, social, or moral development. Child labour enriches minors and infringes their rights. MGNREGA lacks funding but offers unskilled labour. By utilizing women's self-help groups and microfinance, UBIS hopes to eradicate child labour in rural areas by 2025. Prioritizing knowledge production and evidence translation, rescuing and rehabilitating labourers, and implementing free education are essential. By 2025, governments have to prioritize law enforcement, coordinated policies, and small labour rights. Over 75% of Indians are farmers, and large-scale income strategies like MGNREGA and agro-based enterprises are needed to reduce child labour and poverty. By 2025, UBIS, increased budgets, social safety nets, and stronger public policy are needed.

Participating in volunteer activities is widely acknowledged as a manifestation of humanitarianism, encapsulating numerous social and ethical advantages. The impact of such initiatives goes beyond simply assisting others and improving their situations; volunteers themselves also stand to benefit greatly. Volunteering can play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' psychological and emotional wellness, thereby adding depth to their lives and outlook. As a result, this article will focus on three key elements through which volunteer work can yield positive impacts: social skills, behavioural deviations, and quality of life.

In the process of organ transplantation, several factors are involved, any of which may cause civil accountability: the organ donor, the recipient, or the transplant medical centers. Currently, there is no special law for compensating people who suffer through organ transplantation, and the traditional law of civil accountability is not capable of proving some of the elements and conditions, especially the relationship of causation. Therefore, a special system should be created to compensate for the damages caused by organ transplantation by establishing a special law. According to the results of this research, those who may be held responsible for causing damage include doctors, medical groups, laboratories, hospitals, and other persons who caused the damage. If the fault of any person is proven, it is obvious that compensation for the damage is the responsibility of the person causing the damage, provided that other conditions are met. It seems that the basis of civil accountability in the transfer and handling of body parts follows the theory of fault.

In today's digital age, the authenticity and integrity of evidence play a crucial role in legal, financial, and various other domains. With the advent of block chain technology, a new paradigm for evidence protection has emerged. This paper presents an innovative Forensic Evidence Protection System (EPS) that leverages block chain’s inherent characteristics to establish a secure and tamper-resistant framework for safeguarding different forms of evidence.

The sociological study of the interaction between doctor and patient involves the study of the interaction between two different cultures. Both the doctor and the patient have different perceptions of the illness, the patient’s perceptions being shaped by general cultural and social understandings of the illness, while the doctor’s perceptions are shaped by professional training and therapeutic experience in the medical field. This interaction occurs through the physician’s role as a primary actor in the therapeutic process and his or her relationship with the patient as a secondary actor, completing this reciprocal relationship. Throughout this therapeutic process, the patient may be exposed to medical negligence, including diagnostic errors, especially those that occur in the operating room, resulting in the deterioration of the patient’s health and possibly even death as a consequence of the physician’s negligence in fulfilling his role and monitoring the case with the required medical responsibility.
