Introduction: The practice of breast self-examination (BSE) does not adopt a community-directed approach, and hence lack the influence of community dynamics. Community-directed strategy to promote BSE through Breast Examination Health Education Network Advocator (BEHENA) acknowledges the impact of collective support. Objectives: To increase the knowledge and empower women aged ≥20 years with the help of BEHENA in correctly performing BSE and to identify the perception and challenges encountered by BEHENA in promoting BSE. Methods: A mixed-methods study design will be employed, wherein in the first phase, local women satisfying eligibility criteria will be selected as BEHENA and trained in BSE. In the second phase, these BEHENA workers will sensitize and train the study participants in BSE. In the third phase, the participants will be periodically monitored to monitor BSE sustenance practice. Finally, focus group discussions will be conducted to identify their perceptions and challenges encountered in promoting BSE. Results: An improvement in awareness levels and empowerment of rural women with the skills necessary to perform accurate and effective BSE. Conclusion: Upon the completion of the project, the best practices and lessons learned during the entire duration of implementation will be documented. The findings of the study will be shared with all the concerned stakeholders.

Stress among females is double fold than males in developing countries like India. Stress of working women not only impacts the mother but also the family as a whole. Stressors arise in women from the workplace and from their own homes. Stress can be caused by stressors in the home such as unexpected guests and family relations. In countries like Spain have started 4 day per week work hours in pilot basis to reduce stress and improve productivity.. This should be done universally to tackle the stress among working population predominantly females..Stress is unavoidable nowadays and the ways to tackle them is only by whole hearted connection with family and friends outside the working hours..A less stressed life of a women will bring more prosperity to the family as a whole..This is the reason stress among working women is called SILENT SERPENT.

This comprehensive review delves into the intricate world of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and hormonal treatments, exploring their profound psychological effects on women undergoing IVF treatment. The psychological distress of infertility, combined with the demanding nature of ART, has been widely acknowledged, yet a comprehensive examination of the psychological impacts has remained elusive. This study examined the psychological repercussions of hormonal medications used in IVF, addressing the complex interplay of hormones and their effects in each stage of the IVF process. This review followed PRISMA guidelines and included studies from PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. A total of nine papers were collected. The findings of this study identified that depression, anxiety, mood swings, irritability, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes were the most commonly seen medically induced psychological effects among the IVF patients. This review offers a holistic understanding of the psychological intricacies of IVF treatment, highlighting the imperative need for a more comprehensive approach to address the emotional wellbeing of individuals undergoing fertility procedures.

Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between parents' educational level, child's birth order within the family, and family size with psychological stress in parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Parents of children with ASD were recruited through convenience sampling at Hospital (n = 230). The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) assessed psychological stress. Independent-sample t-tests and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. Results: The average score for the PSS among parents with children diagnosed with ASD was 19.83±6.13. Parents with higher educational attainment reported lower psychological stress compared to those with lower degrees. Parents of firstborn children diagnosed with ASD experienced greater stress than parents of children diagnosed later. Parents with one child with ASD reported higher stress compared to parents with two or three children. No significant difference in stress levels was observed between mothers and fathers. Conclusion: This study highlights the influence of educational level, child's birth order, and family size on parental stress in families with ASD children. These findings inform the development of targeted support strategies to create a more supportive environment for families coping with ASD.

The marketing strategy used in tertiary care hospital medical services uses a variety of tactics to attract, keep, and engage patients. The primary objective is to provide patients with excellent medical care and positive practice. The methods are intended to increase the confidence and trustworthiness while giving them a unique and memorable experience. Digital marketing is one of the most critical marketing strategies for healthcare services. Social media, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and other powerful techniques are required to attract new patients and keep them interested in the hospital. Another strategy to encourage current patients to tell their friends about the hospital is to use patient referral programmes and word-of-mouth advertising. Implementing patient-centred services and individualized treatment is another tactical approach.

Introduction: The most basic function of life, breathing promotes awareness, attentiveness, alertness, and focus in women. The Lamaze technique's goals are to promote, maintain, and protect a healthy pregnancy and a safe delivery. In this study, primigravid and multigravida women were compared with respect to the effects of the Lamaze technique on duration of labor and neonatal outcomes. Methodology: Primigravid and multigravid women who met the eligibility criteria were randomized into intervention and standard care groups in a parallel group randomized controlled study. After 36 weeks of pregnancy, the researcher introduced the women in the experimental groups the Lamaze techniques. The length of labor and neonatal outcomes between the primigravid and multigravid women in the intervention group and the standard care group were used to measure the result. Results: The mean duration of labor was shorter in the intervention groups. The Mann-Whitney U test indicated a statistically significant difference in the duration of labor between women who practiced Lamaze breathing during pregnancy and those who did not (U = 5742, p < 0.05). Conclusion: The present study concludes that Lamaze techniques during the antenatal period shortens labor duration and accelerates labor progress, hence facilitating natural childbirth.

Background: Among the people who die annually of rabies worldwide, the majority either did not receive post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), or received PEP after substantial delays or were administered PEP according to schedules that deviated from WHO recommendations. This study focuses on post-exposure rabies vaccine compliance and on the reasons for non-adherence. Methods: A mixed-method study was done among people exposed to animal bite who visited a PHC during January to December 2022.The participant list was taken from the register maintained at PHC and the data was collected by semi-structured questionnaire followed by in-depth interview. Results: The major cause for noncompliance with the ARV vaccination was failure to remember ARV schedule (52.4%), followed by lack of awareness of animal bite (19.6%) poor knowledge of ARV completion (16.2%), lack of time and access (9.4%) and choice of native treatment (2.4%). On multivariate analysis of the factors influencing rabies vaccine compliance, age, area of residence and socio-economic status were found to be statistically significant. Conclusion: The study results highlight the importance of imparting health education to increase vaccine compliance to prevent rabies.
