The positions of the national and international Of fi ce for intellectual property on the questions of providing the legal protection in the capacity of innovations to the methods of diagnostics, therapy, disease prevention (further medical methods) are considered in this work. The inability of arguments, which prove the exclusion of the medical methods out of the legal protection is described. The author analyses legislative possibilities of regulation of the innovation usage, referred to the medical methods from the side of the Government.
在这项工作中考虑了国家和国际知识产权局在以诊断、治疗、疾病预防(进一步的医疗方法)的创新能力提供法律保护的问题上的立场。论述了不能证明医疗方法被排除在法律保护之外的论据。笔者从政府的角度分析了对医疗方法创新使用进行规制的立法可能性。

Chronic rejection, especially cardiac allograft vasculopathy, is a major limiting factor for long-term transplant survival. This process affects not only the blood vessels, but also cardiomyocytes. However, there are extremely few reports on the evaluation of their macromolecular structure state. The aim of the study was to evaluate the structural proteins of cardiomyocytes (actin, myosin, troponin I, titin, desmin, vinculin) of heart allografts in different periods after the operation (from 6 days to 15 years). Major changes of macromolecular structure were revealed in late period after transplantation (6 months – 15 years). The contribution of humoral immune response in the process of chronic cardiac allograft rejection was observed: in eight of twelve recipients episodes of acute humoral rejection had been repeatedly registered; disorders of the expression of 5 proteins out of 6 characterized were found in recipients with recurrent and persistent antibody-mediated rejection.

ОРГАННОЕ ДОНОРСТВО И ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИЯ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ В 2011 ГОДУ 2011年俄罗斯器官捐赠与移植

Registry data analysis shows stabilization of indicators of donor and transplant activity in 2011 after continuous growth within five years, increase in a share of effective donors after brain death and multi-organ explantation, development of thoracic organs transplantation and living related donor kidney transplantation . In the conditions of decentralization of organ donation and transplant programs it is necessary to develop coope- ration between transplant centers and to expand the practice of an interregional exchange of donor organs. The federal law «About bases of health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation», accepted in 2011, creates a legal basis for development and acceptance of the new legislation in the sphere of organ donation and transplantation.

The review presents data on the role of biofilms formation by opportunistic microbes in surgery. It gives in- formation about the microbial structure of biofilms, their architecture and physiology. The attention was payed to significal importance of microbial communities, which form biofilms in surgery. Mechanisms of increased resistance of biofilms bacteria are compared with plankton. The review includes literature data on the process of formation biofilms on intravascular catheters and methods of inhibition and protection. Methods of studing formation and inhibition of biofilms in vitro and in vivo are presented. Different biotechnology methods, based on using antiadhesive, antiseptic, biophysical resources and biomaterials are discussed.
