For cooperative received Paired Carrier Multiple Access (PCMA) signals, a new algorithm for frequency offset estimation is proposed. The local sample sequence is used as auxiliary data, and frequency offset is estimated based on the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) of the autocorrelation of the sequence, which obtained by multiplying the auxiliary data and mixed signal. The modified Cramer-Rao Bound (MCRB) of frequency offset is derived, which provides a theoretical basis for the performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm. The simulation results show that, compared with the M&M algorithm, the proposed algorithm gain a lower signal to noise ratio (SNR) threshold. It is very suitable for frequency offset estimation of PCMA signal in a low SNR.

The radar seeker is the core component of missiles for intercepting and tracking radiation source. In the analysis of missile firing accuracy, the performance of the seeker plays a very important role. In order to analyze the influence of the performance parameters of the seeker on the guidance accuracy, the author of this paper has mainly done the following work. Firstly, the mathematical model of active radar seeker is established. Secondly, three error factors which have typical influence on the seeker performance parameters are selected and analyzed, and the mathematical model is established. Lastly, the flight attitude of the missile is numerically simulated with the consideration of the effect of the three error factors on the seeker. The results show that the performance parameters of the active radar seeker have a great effect on the missile guidance accuracy, which can provide the theoretical basis for the subsystem index verification and the guidance and control system design.

This paper proposes a real-time multi-target tracking method for passive sonar systems based on bearing time record (BTR). Extremum detection and logical data association algorithm are employed in the method to detect and process the beginnings, tails, crossings and missing sections of tracks. As generated data is adopted in other works, data form field scenario is processed in this paper to evaluate practical qualification. As experimental results shown, this method have a well performance in practical environment.

The ever increasing solar energy is one of the most promising renewable energies, which undergoes the advance of new technologies. The field lacks a high-tech system that provides some flexible, affordable and high quality hardware and web applications for both domestic users in the scale of Kilo-Watts and industry clients in the scale of Million Watts to Giga-Watts. For this purpose, a general architecture with wireless sensor network and cloud service technologies is proposed for remote monitoring and improving the performance of various scales of solar power plants. It consists of a physical layer, a communication layer and an application layer. A prototype system is developed and built. Some cutting edge techniques in smart sensing, communication, and interactive web application are incorporated. Outdoor experiments over thousands of miles are carried out where two clients monitor and manage remotely the operation of the same solar power plant. Experimental results are recorded and compared. It shows that the prototype system works well in terms of automatic data acquisition, telecommunication, and data driven web applications. The associated products can be applied to the solar power industry.

Open64 is an open source compiler with powerful analysis and widely used as a research and commercial development platform. However, it has not been designed and developed to realize MPI parallelization. There are many contributions in the paper. Firstly, the Open64 compiler infrastructure is showed. Secondly, the location of MPI code generation in the Open64 compiler architecture is analyzed. Thirdly, an Open64-based automatic generation algorithm for MPI code is presented. By the experiments of testing the NPB benchmarks, the results show that the approach not only has a high rate of parallel transformation, but also can produce correct MPI parallel programs.

Due to the confusion of fault-prone software modules and non-fault-prone ones, and the limit of traditional mothed such as LDA and PCA, the performance of software defect prediction model is difficult to improve. In this paper, we present GMCRF, a method based on dimensionality reduction technique and conditional random field (CRF) for software defect prediction. In our proposed method, firstly, we leverage geometric mean for subspace learning to choose the best combination of features from data set. Secondly, we propose to apply the best combination of features which is selected by geometric mean-based approach in CRF model. Interestingly, we find that the GMCRF method achieves much better final results than the other approach as shown in the software defect data classification task.

Due to the technical limits of the Hemispherical Resonator Gyro (HRG) resonator manufacture, some errors are inevitable which will seriously affect the performance of HRG. Among those errors, the mass unbalance, frequency split and inhomogeneous damping are the main factors resulting in the output drift of HRG. In this paper, resonator vibration equations are transformed into an ellipse precession model based on a mass vibration model. Then, these errors items included in this model which have a strong influence on the vibration mode of the HRG resonator are respectively discussed. The analysis results are validated by the HRG system, which can prove the validity and correctness of the theoretical analysis. All of those conclusions shed light on the further improvement of HRG performance.

Mathematical models for DC bias vibration analysis of the transformer winding are developed. The model is combined into multi-physical field coupling modeling for vibration analysis of the transformer. By applying the primary voltage as excitation and under different DC bias, vibration of the transformer winding is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results verify the method which is proposed transformer magnetic vibration field coupling analysis with dc bias is effective.

A variable true-time delay (TTD) circuit operating in ultra-wideband (UWB) systems is presented. The delay element based on the RC filter employs operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) which includes current mirrors in order to realize variations of the group delay. Using Taylor approximation, combining the low-pass filter and highpass filter, flatter gain and group delay are obtained in UWB. The true time delay line operates in the 3.1–10.6 GHz UWB range, and the simulation results achieve the maximum group delay of 40 ps and continuously variable delay. The circuit is implemented in a 0.13 μιη SiGe BiCMOS process, the true-time delay circuit occupies an active area of 0.4125 mm2 and consumes 74.7 mW from a 3.3 V supply.
