A novel video detection design based on modified adaboost algorithm and HSV model 基于改进adaboost算法和HSV模型的视频检测设计

In modern traffic systems, accurate video detection is a key challenge for traffic management. Aiming at the problem of public bus detection, this paper proposes a video detection method to well recognize the buses. Firstly, we employ the foreground detection method to find the moving vehicles. And then a training classifier which consists of the improved Adaboost algorithm and Haar-like features is proposed to filter undesired vehicles. Secondly, we use the Canny operator to locate bus characteristics, and further detect the bus with the modified HSV model. This design is tested on the Visual Stadio and OpenCV platform in which load the urban transport data as the samples. The test results show that our detection method has better robustness than both three-frame differential method and hybrid Gaussian method, and the accuracy of detection on the window positioning is more than 93 percent.

Fractional proportional integral controller applied into two parallel 3-phase PWM rectifiers 分数比例积分控制器应用于两个并联三相PWM整流器

With the ever-increasing requirements in industrial manufacturing as well as in the daily life activities of modern society, the control systems equipped with two or more parallel PWM rectifiers rather than solely with a PWM rectifier are widely used to meet the system demands of higher productivity, reliability and safety. Although the control result of the system using conventional PI controller in PWM rectifier is relatively ideal, the design parameters are the relative ones and they are sensitive to the changes of system parameters when conducting more than one PWM rectifier in parallel. For instance, higher overshoot of output voltage and difficulty in the choice of controller parameters. The Fractional Proportional Integral controller rather than the conventional PI controller is proposed in this paper to overcome the drawbacks above. The ideal control results and obviously improved control quality are illustrated by both simulations and experiments of Fractional Proportional Integral controller applied in two parallel PWM rectifiers.

Research on LBS privacy protection technology in mobile social networks 移动社交网络中LBS隐私保护技术研究

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and locating technology, location-based services (LBS) are widely used in mobile social networks, while the user obtained the LBS services, their location information is also provided to the service provider, this information may be obtained by the attacker and the user's other personal privacy may be inferred, threatening to the user's personal information security. Based on the location privacy protection of LBS services, this paper analyzes the method and model of user's location privacy protection, and introduces some location privacy protection technologies and trajectory privacy protection technologies in LBS.

Volunteer service time record system based on blockchain technology 基于区块链技术的志愿者服务时间记录系统

In recent years, volunteer service in China has made an unprecedented development, but the credibility and traceability of volunteer service time management are confronted with serious challenges. Since traditional time record systems cannot protect the related data security of the volunteers. In this paper, we study the volunteer time record system based on the blockchain technology which is the core technology of bitcoin, unlike bitcoin transaction in our system are not strictly financial — they are used to carry instructions, such as storing, querying, and sharing data. Volunteer service time and activity information recorded by sending the chain transaction. Effective time recognition is guaranteed by smart contract. It can ensure that the volunteer's time is independent of improper human interference, and the fairness of volunteer service, realizes the traceability and transparency of the entire time record process. Then we describe a specific case and use the system we proposed storing the volunteer service time, volunteers' service time can be certified effectively.

A 10bit 40MS/s SAR ADC in 0.18μm CMOS with redundancy compensation 基于0.18μm CMOS的10位40MS/s SAR ADC,具有冗余补偿功能

A 10bit 40MS/s asynchronous timing logic successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (SAR ADC) is presented, including a bootstrapped switch, a charge redistribution digital-to-analog converter(DAC) and a dynamic comparator. A redundancy compensation and a mismatch calibration are introduced to achieve conversion accuracy improvement. A monotonic capacitor switching technique is adopted to reduce the power consumption during conversion. The design of ADC was based on SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process and consumes 5.4mA at 1.8 V power supply. The SAR ADC exhibits an SNR and SFDR of 60.27dB and 65.58dB, respectively.

A convolutional neural network based on TensorFlow for face recognition 基于TensorFlow的卷积神经网络人脸识别

Face recognition is a hot research field in computer vision, and it has a high practical value for the detection and recognition of specific sensitive characters. Research found that in traditional hand-crafted features, there are uncontrolled environments such as pose, facial expression, illumination and occlusion influencing the accuracy of recognition and it has poor performance, so the deep learning method is adopted. On the basis of face detection, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based on TensorFlow, an open source deep learning framework, is proposed for face recognition. Experimental results show that the proposed method has better recognition accuracy and higher robustness in complex environment.
人脸识别是计算机视觉领域的一个研究热点,对特定敏感字符的检测和识别具有很高的实用价值。研究发现,在传统手工制作的特征中,存在姿势、面部表情、光照、遮挡等不受控制的环境影响识别的准确性,性能较差,因此采用深度学习方法。在人脸检测的基础上,提出了一种基于开源深度学习框架TensorFlow的卷积神经网络(CNN)用于人脸识别。实验结果表明,该方法在复杂环境下具有较好的识别精度和鲁棒性。

A 12-bit 200KS/s SAR ADC with digital self-calibration 一个带数字自校准的12位200KS/s SAR ADC

Aiming at the application of neural signal detection system, this paper designs a 12-bit 200KS/s high resolution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (SAR ADC) fabricated in SMIC 0.18-μm process. An optimized digital self-calibration technique is proposed to correct the static offset of the comparator and the mismatch of the capacitor array by using a correction capacitor array, achieving 1-bit improvement of ENOB. Simulation results show that, when the input signal is 46K, the ADC fulfills an SNDR of 71.55dB and an SFDR of 91.82dB with a 200KS/s sampling rate, while the ADC only can achieve an SNDR of 65.85dB and an SFDR of 78.83dB before calibration. With the ENOB of 11.59 bit, the self-calibration SAR ADC consumes 336μW at 1.8 V power supply.

Design of notch ultra-wideband antenna with new oval CRSS structure 新型椭圆CRSS结构陷波超宽带天线设计

The paper has achieved a more efficient narrow-band filter for multi-notch ultra-wideband antenna in the case of international spectrum resource constraints. The paper is improving to the original design multi-notch ultra-wideband antenna. The way of coplanar-waveguide (CPW) coupled-fed have achieved band widening. The antenna has a large bandwidth covering the frequency band from 2.4GHz∼15.1GHz with return loss larger than 10dB. There is the improved elliptical CSRR (complementary split-ring resonator) structure on the radiation patch of a wine glass shaped ultra-wideband antenna, which have achieved notch features ultra-wideband antenna. The new antenna has finished band rejection in WLAN uplink and downlink frequency bands, and exhibited excellent filtering characteristic. Multi-notch is implemented in 5.06GHz to 5.46GHZ, 5.72GHz ∼ 6.22GHZ. at the same time avoiding interference the part of the C-band satellite communications downlink frequency band in 5.9GHz ∼ 6.425 GHz. The design of multi-notch ultra-wideband antenna has a good omni-directional radiation in their workspace.

The paper is improving to the original design multi-notch ultra-wideband antenna. The way of coplanar-waveguide (CPW) coupled-fed have achieved band widening. The antenna has a large bandwidth covering the frequency band from 2.4GHz∼15.1GHz with return loss larger than 10dB. There is the improved elliptical CSRR (complementary split-ring resonator) structure on the radiation patch of a wine glass shaped ultra-wideband antenna, which have achieved notch features ultra-wideband antenna. The new antenna has finished band rejection in WLAN uplink and downlink frequency bands, and exhibited excellent filtering characteristic. Multi-notch is implemented in 5.06GHz to 5.46GHZ, 5.72GHz ∼ 6.22GHZ. at the same time avoiding interference the part of the C-band satellite communications downlink frequency band in 5.9GHz ∼ 6.425 GHz. Commented content classification with deep neural network based on attention mechanism 基于注意机制的深度神经网络评论内容分类

It is difficult to fully represent text information with shallow network, and it is time-consuming for using deep neural network. This paper proposes a CNN-Attention network based on Convolutional Neural Network with Attention (CNNA) mechanism. First of all, information between words for context can be expressed by using different sizes of convolution kernels. Secondly, an attention layer is added to convolution network to obtain semantic codes which include the attention probability distribution of input text sequences. Furthermore, weights of text representing information are calculated. Finally, the softmax is used to classify emotional sentences. Experimental results show that features of different context information can be extracted by the method proposed, the depth of the network is reduced and the accuracy effectively is improved at the same time. It also shows improved accuracy in COAE2014 task 4 micro-blog data set for emotional classification up to 95.15%.
浅层神经网络难以完全表示文本信息,深层神经网络耗时长。本文提出了一种基于Convolutional Neural network with Attention (CNNA)机制的CNN-Attention网络。首先,单词之间的上下文信息可以通过使用不同大小的卷积核来表示。其次,在卷积网络中加入注意层,得到包含输入文本序列注意概率分布的语义码;此外,还计算了表示信息的文本的权重。最后,利用softmax对情感句进行分类。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地提取不同上下文信息的特征,减少了网络的深度,同时有效地提高了准确率。在COAE2014任务4微博数据集上进行情绪分类准确率达到95.15%。

Anti-interference waveform design for automotive radar 汽车雷达抗干扰波形设计

With the increasing amount of car equipped with collision avoidance radar, the mutual interference is becoming a problem when the cars run in the roads. The mutual interference cancellation techniques are getting more and more important to preserve the reliability of the automotive radar. Considering conventional radar with frequency agile, this paper proposes a new signal design method for automotive radar that uses combination from a fixed number of constant frequency and triangular frequency modulation waveform, and the constant frequency and triangle wave slope random change. This way can most suppress mutual interference between automotive radar. This paper analyzes the waveform random combination method and the principle of waveform design. The results demonstrate that this method can not only realize the function of the vehicle collision avoidance radar multi-target detection, and also can effectively reduce the false alarm rate resulting from mutual interference.
随着配备防撞雷达的汽车越来越多,汽车在道路上行驶时的相互干扰成为一个问题。相互干扰消除技术对于保证汽车雷达的可靠性显得越来越重要。针对传统雷达的频率捷变问题,提出了一种新的汽车雷达信号设计方法,即用固定数量的恒频和三角形调频波形组合,利用恒频和三角形波形斜率随机变化。这种方式可以最大程度地抑制汽车雷达之间的相互干扰。本文分析了波形随机组合的方法和波形设计的原理。结果表明,该方法既能实现车辆避碰雷达多目标检测功能,又能有效降低因相互干扰而产生的虚警率。
