Energy sustainability alternatives for the Home for the elderly Maty, in the community of Villa Juárez, Aguascalientes 阿瓜斯卡连特斯Juárez别墅社区Maty老人之家的能源可持续性替代品

Base on the objectives of the 2030 Schedule, for sustainable development for the benefit of people and the planet and, with the visionary commitment of the Universidad Tecnológica de Aguascalientes to contribute to the sustainable development of the various sectors, this article presents five alternatives of energy sustainability for the benefit of the Hogar del Abuelo Maty nursing home, located in the community of Villa Juárez, municipality of Asientos in the state of Aguascalientes. The document describes the context of this Institution, its energy consumption situation, the dynamics and operating status of equipment that requires electricity for basic healthcare services. Under a sustainability approach, the objective of this work is to provide resilient energy alternatives, aimed at generating, saving or efficient use of energy and caring for the environment. Following the applied research methodology, knowledge of photovoltaic systems allows the development of alternatives to meet a need for social impact. The main contributions derived from any of these are the positive impact generated in reducing the cost of energy consumption, caring for the environment and adult care services provided with clean energy.

Energy poverty from a Oaxacan context: Towards an inclusive, pertinent and resilient characterization seen from the solidarity economy and the capabilities approach 瓦哈卡州背景下的能源贫困:从团结经济和能力方法看包容性、针对性和弹性特征

This article aims to redesign the concept of energy poverty through an inclusive and relevant characterization of the biosocial context of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, since none of the existing concepts in the literature understand its particularities. Based on solidarity economy and the capabilities approach, we discuss the relevance of reflecting on the areas of energy needs and their satisfiers by integrating quantitative and qualitative aspects, as well as the desired outcomes of the communities who suffer from this type of poverty. In addition, this article highlights the cultural methods and capacities that people have to intervene favorably in their energy satisfaction. The methodology for the research relies on a work breakdown structure, where students searched, selected and analyzed the so-called areas of energy needs in Oaxaca. In the final reflections, we define the concept of energy poverty as: lack self-management, access, and affordability of energetic resources impacting social development, collective growth, and health without compromising cultural values and worldview informing the right to personal decision making on what type of energy source is chosen to satisfy essential services in a household.

Water distribution system coupled to a sustainable purification plant for low-income communities in México 供水系统与可持续净化工厂相结合,为msamuxico的低收入社区提供服务

The National Water Commission (CONAGUA), determined that in Mexico approximately 10% of the population does not have water in their homes. In addition, Mexico is the country that consumes the most bottled water in the world, although there are communities that do not have water for their consumption. This research proposed a drinking water distribution network coupled to a disinfection plant for low-income communities in Mexico. It was carried out using a mixed methodology, applying quantitative techniques to find out the number of people without drinking water service in Mexico and qualitative ones to determine the best option of materials, purification method and type of supply. However, certain parameters must be met in the communities such as the maximum number of 1200 inhabitants for this option to be viable. This research served as a base project for implementation in remote communities and that will be proposed to government agencies and projects.

Design of a digital communication platform to food donations 设计一个食品捐赠的数字交流平台

In this paper, a communication strategy between the individuals involved in the donation and collection of food is presented and thus, in this way, reduce the loss or waste of the same, which is one of the causes of food insecurity in Mexico and in the world. The platform is implemented as a distributed computing system. The system is accessed through a mobile application that operates on Android. The server implements the PHP language and stores the information in a relational model using the MySQL manager. In addition, the communication between the client and the server is done through the REST protocol encapsulating the data in JSON In this system, donors can see the location of nearby altruistic organizations, consult information and contact them through social networks. (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter). It also publishes donation offers for organizations to contact them and view reports of donations made. Organizations visualize the offer of users and contact them through social networks. Likewise, they must record the follow-up of each donation received in order to ensure the delivery of the food.

Analysis of the thermal sensation in cold period outdoor spaces, in the dry climate of the metropolitan area of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico 墨西哥下加利福尼亚州蒂华纳市区干燥气候下冷期室外空间热感觉分析

Weather variables affect the permanence of a user at an outdoor public space, the diverse aspects of these variables can affect the user’s thermal sensation. Thus, by knowing the outdoor comfort temperatures or neutrality temperatures values, users can extend their stay in the areas that are exposed to outdoor weather conditions, a reason why we intend to find the values for those neutral temperatures on the outdoor spaces at the Valle de las Palmas area, in Tijuana, Baja California, because by knowing these values, there can be improved outdoor spaces designed in accordance to the city’s climate variables. In order to find these temperature values, a case study was selected, in which an instrument or survey was applied, designed to inquire what the perceived thermal sensation of the user at the open space is, while thermal monitoring was carried out at the same time with the use of automated measurement tools and, once the data was gathered, diverse variables were collected based on the ISO 7730-2005 standard, while Microsoft Excel software was used to analyze the field data and, as a result, the appropriate neutrality temperature was obtained to be able to design future outdoor spaces or redesign and improve the existing ones.

The use of solid biofuels in for industrial heat has gained interest in several countries of the world, due to the economic advantages offered by its use since it is considered a neutral renewable energy source of greenhouse gas emissions greenhouse. Even with the high availability of biomass in Mexico, with appropriate characteristics for incineration, its development has lagged behind other countries. It is important to carry out economic and environmental feasibility studies of the biomass systems already installed in order to identify opportunities for its optimization. This article presents 2 environmental and economic feasibility studies of the use of BCS for process heat; using agave bagasse and pine woodchip among other biofuels. An emission analysis, an ACV analysis as well as an economic feasibility analysis are carried out and the results are compared with the use of fossil fuels to determine their feasibility in the medium term

This work is part of one of the priorities of sustainable development that is the conservation of soil and the care of aquifers. It is known that soil acts as a natural filter for contaminants in groundwater, so one of the most important objectives is to understand the interaction between soil and pesticides, especially pyrethroids, which are some of the most widely used today. as well as the process of retention and diffusion of these substances through the soil. A systematic study was carried out to determine the transfer, diffusion and retention of pyrethroid pesticides through agricultural soil samples. The kind of soils to be used in this study were identified, the quantity of functional groups was determined qualitatively using Infrared Spectroscopy by the Fourier Transform (FTIR) with Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR). Permethrin was taken as the pyrethroid model molecule, the qualitative concentration of permethrin absorbed in a soil bed was monitored using the absorbance of a suspension of permethrin in water. The pesticide retention capacity of two types of wet soil is shown and the mass flow through the soil bed was determined too. The magnitude of the mass flow was inversely related to the amount of functional groups in the soil.

It is known that soil acts as a natural filter for contaminants in groundwater, so one of the most important objectives is to understand the interaction between soil and pesticides, especially pyrethroids, which are some of the most widely used today. as well as the process of retention and diffusion of these substances through the soil. A systematic study was carried out to determine the transfer, diffusion and retention of pyrethroid pesticides through agricultural soil samples. The kind of soils to be used in this study were identified, the quantity of functional groups was determined qualitatively using Infrared Spectroscopy by the Fourier Transform (FTIR) with Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR). Permethrin was taken as the pyrethroid model molecule, the qualitative concentration of permethrin absorbed in a soil bed was monitored using the absorbance of a suspension of permethrin in water. The pesticide retention capacity of two types of wet soil is shown and the mass flow through the soil bed was determined too. As a study of the proposal of a tertiary system for the improvement of the effluent quality of the wastewater treatment plant of the municipality of Jilotepec, the implementation of strategies has been sought, in order to achieve a qualitative research method, focusing on design and mathematical calculations, of wastewater use. To this end, the objectives are to carry out a research methodology proposed to analyze the arrangement of the aerators within the position of the Imhoff-type aerobic reactor, thereby achieving an acceptable sedimentation process, and subsequently to change the position of the aerators within of the aerobic reactor achieving a more complete cleaning to allocate the effluent for irrigation under the parameters of NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996, looking for a better quality of effluent, with destination of urban use and as a calculation strategy it was proposed to implement a process of phytoremediation to avoid possible damage to the effluent

Técnica de extracción de información de bases de datos para su manejo como datos con posición geográfica 从数据库中提取信息以进行地理位置数据管理的技术

The use of geographic information systems (GIS) is wide in diverse and different disciplines; as one of its main attributes, GIS allow the management of geographically referenced information, that is, data with geographical position. This work presents a technique for extracting information from databases and their subsequent geolocation. The technique is illustrated with a case where demand data for transportation services of a higher education Institution in Mexico City are handled considering its geographical position. The technique start with establishing criteria of search, selection and grouping in a data base taking into account what data it is possible to geolocate. After it information is exported to a GIS that allows a differentiated management, in particular, a spatial view of the data.

Principios Sustentables y Parámetros Legislativos en una mina subterránea en México. Caso de Estudio 墨西哥地下矿山的可持续原则和立法参数。案例研究

The United Nations Organization is in favor of Sustainable Development through Objectives, of which four are studied for their relationship with the environment; for its part, the Legislative Framework of Mexico, provides to the agencies of the Ministry of Economy, power over the environmental parameters that must be met for companies operating in the mining-metallurgical sector. With a case study methodology, which is part of an integrated multiple case study (Yin, 2013), the environmental practices of an analysis unit (underground metal ore mine in Mexico) were investigated, obtaining information on instruments designed and, describing with a qualitative approach, the participation of the four sustainable principles selected, which obey the Sustainable Development Goals: (1) Industry, innovation and infrastructure, (2) Sustainable cities and communities, (3) Production and consumption responsible and, (4) Life and terrestrial ecosystems Therefore, the objective is: Articulate compliance with the principles of sustainability with the legislative parameters of an underground metal ore mine, to contribute to a comprehensive proposal of best practices for the Environmental Management of the miningmetallurgical sector of Mexico.
