The visceral fat is the accumulation of the fat tissue in the abdominal internal organs. It's a gelatinous fat mass that actually surround the internal abdominal organs, including the liver, pancreas and kidneys. Main purpose of this work is to search studies that focus on the effects of exercise training in reducing visceral fat mass. We searched in PubMed using these key words: exercise training, visceral fat: Filter used were; studies in the last 12 years; studies that were complete, free full papers, and studies that have used exercise interventions program for visceral fat. From 17 studies, only 4 were selected to be part of this research. Exercise intervention varied from 12 to 3 months. A total of 146 subjects 18 years + were enrolled in these studies. In general, all exercise intervention programs have been effective in reducing visceral fat and also improving insulin sensitivity and secretion. Other studies should be carried out on a larger scale, taking into account more age groups, alternative methods of addressing the issue, inclusion of various combinations of medication therapies, nutrition, and standardized and specific exercise regimens according to age groups.

Guided by Marxist theory and Bourdieu's theory of capital, this paper explores the impact of the marketisation of education on society by analysing the case of Hengshui Middle School in China in terms of its expansion in the education market. The paper finds that the impact of the marketisation of education on society is the pro and con side of a coin, as it optimises the allocation of educational resources in society to a certain extent while also having a negative impact on social justice and equity; in addition to this, the paper also compares Marxian and Bourdieu's theories while elaborating on them, finding that Bourdieu's theory is able to embody more insights in explaining educational equity.

A focus group with recreation administrators, physical activity outdoor trainers, and ICT specialists in Tirana has provided valuable insights into the needs and perspectives of the local community regarding parks and recreational facilities. The primary objective of this study was to gather community-specific data and identify special requirements and potential future implementations that combine smart solutions with park amenities. This approach recognizes that the conventional idea of parks and leisure is evolving in response to park visitors' changing demands and interests. The aim was to engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including park visitors, local residents, community organizations, and technology experts. This focus group served as a platform for open discussions, idea sharing, and collaborative decision-making. Participants had the opportunity to voice their opinions on various aspects of digital transformation, such as implementing interactive displays, developing mobile applications for park information and activities, integrating smart technology for enhanced safety measures, and promoting environmental sustainability through digital initiatives. The content analysis conducted during the focus group has yielded several recommendations for the municipality of Tirana to follow in order to digitally transform urban leisure parks into Smart Parks. The results of the analysis can assist local parks and recreation leaders in formulating strategies that engage the next generation of the community. By incorporating technology and outdoor exploration, these strategies can help highlight the value of park facilities and encourage visitors to actively participate in various activities. By integrating smart solutions, the park administration can create an environment that caters to the evolving interests and needs of the community, fostering greater interaction and enjoyment for all visitors. The administration of parks in Tirana should embrace a strategy that integrates technology and nature to create "Smart Parks." These facilities can enhance adoption, profitability, and engagement

This review's primary objective was to locate research that examined how physical exercise affects children's and teenagers' gaits. The PubMed database was used for the search. Only 4 studies out of 95 met the inclusion criteria. Filters applied: Free full text, Clinical Trial, MetaAnalysis, Randomized Controlled Trial. Selection criteria; studies including an exercise intervention program for gait improvement. A total of 149 participants were enrolled in various exercise intervention programs with a gait improvement focus, ranged in age from 9 to 18 years old. The length of the exercise intervention programs ranged from 12 weeks to 6 months. In general, there aren't many studies focusing on how physical activity affects children's and adolescents' gait, and they all only have a small subject enrollment. This makes it necessary to conduct additional research using larger subject populations and various physical activity intervention programs in order to determine which is the most successful.
