Financial performance of selected DCCBs 所选dccb的财务表现

Finance is an essential requirement for every productive activity. Agriculture in India needs more attention as it provides livelihood for 65 percent of population and directly contributing 20 percent to the national income. It is obvious that the contribution of agriculture sector to the national income is not in line with the number of people engaged in that sector, which calls for an immediate attention for increasing the production and hence for a prosperous agricultural economy. The formation of cooperative society was to provide agricultural loan at reasonable rate of interest was one of the mottos of cooperative movement at the initial stage.

In today's global economy, the answers to sustaining success are not found in getting closure; they are found in moving forward to sustain and expand an organization's reputation for excellence. The best leaders do not just want a good year; they want to further and enhance a dynasty. The best don't just initiate change; they make change work over and over again as the business grows and changes. As a result, there is an unsettling truth about leadership in the future; the change leaders' race will never be over. The great game of leadership is no more likely to be finished than your family's favourite television soap opera. Instead, organizations and the men and women who lead them will have to be ready to keep inventing the future. As markets mature, leaders are left with a choice—to be change masters or change blockers! Far too many begin to put up roadblocks to change, deny threats or competition and embrace entitlement! Change masters see business maturity as in invitation to refocus, retool and reinvent the organization to better serve customers.

Best talent management strategies of gold loan non-banking financial companies 黄金贷款非银行金融公司最佳人才管理策略

Many organizations are realizing that it is equally important to attract talent as it is to attract customers. This is as a result of the competitive scenario in the marketplace and the challenges encountered in recruiting available top talents as well as the risks of losing them to competitors. Talent is one of the key elements behind the success of many firms because of its contribution towards the growth of human resource. However, an understanding that each and every talent has a set of needs different from the other and the development of strategies to match these is also very essential. Therefore, this study examines the different talent management strategies that are being practiced in an organization using three leading Gold Loan NBFCs and their effects on organizational performance. The survey was carried out among 450 respondents of these organizations in Kerala State using stratified random sampling method. A quantitative technique and descriptive research design were adopted for the study. The research hypotheses of the study were tested by using multiple regression analysis as the statistical tool. Through the results, it has been revealed that; performance appraisal, reward and recognition, training and development, career development, succession planning, recruitment and selection and employee engagement have effects on organizational performance and are as well positively related. Finally, it is recommended that in order for organizations to retain their talents and to improve their overall performance, it is important that they ensure higher levels of talent management strategies in the organization and also introduce more extensive training and development programmers.

Competitive position and trend analysis of commercial banks in Nepal 尼泊尔商业银行的竞争地位及趋势分析

To find out the trend and competitive position of commercial banks in Nepal by analyzing capital adequacy ratio and assets composition ratio. Different descriptive statistical tools such as mean, percentage and ratios were used to analyze and interpret the data. Review of various articles and collection of secondary data through the websites of Nepal Rastra Bank. Analysis showed that more than 50 percent commercial banks have low capital adequacy ratio and the newly operating private commercial banks had higher assets composition ratio than the other commercial banks."According to the conventional wisdom in banking, a higher capital-to-assets ratio is associated with lower profitability" Berger (1995). On the other hand, if increasing loans lead to higher funding requirements, a negative impact of the loan ratio on the banks profitability may accrue. Empirical evidence of the impact of loan portfolio diversification on bank profitability also remains inconclusive and suggests that banks face a tradeoff between diversifying and focusing their loan portfolio. Newly operating commercial banks had high assets composition ratio. Very high assets composition ratio may also not be beneficial to the banks because of loan issues i.e. if that loan is not recovered in time, it causes low profit. Government-owned banks had lowest assets composition ratio of all the banks. Newly operating commercial banks had high assets composition ratio. Government-owned commercial banks had lowest assets composition ratio, while the private sector commercial banks had highest assets composition ratio.

A study on innovative strategies to growth of Indian health insurance sector 印度健康保险部门增长的创新战略研究

The global economic recession caused by the misdeeds of investment banks such as Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs aided and abetted by insurance behemoths such as AIG led to the collapse of the investment banking industry in the US, failure of over 60 banks and financial markets meltdown. Due to the interlinked nature of the global economy and with many central banks and institutions across the world holding securities of the investment banks, the failure of investment banks led to panic across the world and huge losses. The crisis has led to great loss of investor wealth, huge job losses, loss of investor confidence, increased risk of counter party losses, steep decline in demand and exports. Economies across the world face a depressing in future in terms of GDP growth rates and trade losses. The Indian insurance industry has enjoying healthy growth rates and being one of the fastest growing insurance markets in the world is expected to be impacted by the global economic recession. The entry of many private companies has created a paradigm shift in health insurance marketing in India in terms of products, tariffs, customer service etc., and has been the prime cause of the upswing in the insurance market. Considering the fact that insurance penetration in the country is extremely low when compared to other developing countries it is imperative that the growth momentum is sustained. This paper explores the strategies that insurance companies can adopt in order to ensure that they continue to maintain high levels of growth of health insurance.
