Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui Tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak laki-laki paling tua dan bungsu di kalangan masyarakat Kec Huristak Kab Padang Lawas. Adapun pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab penulis adalah 1.Bagaimana posisi anak laki-laki paling tua dan bugsu di kalangan masyarakat Kec Huristak Kab Padang Lawas. 2. Bagaimana Tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak laki-laki paling tua dan bungsu dikalangan masyarakat di kalangan masyarakat Kec Huristak Kab Paang Lawas.Berdasarkan temuan lapangan dapat diketahui bahwa posisi anak laki-laki paling tua dan bungsu berbeda dalam hal tanggung jawab, maka perhatian yang diberikan oleh orang tuapun dapat berbeda juga, tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap anak lai-laki paling tua dan bungsu pada prinsipnya sama, baik dalam bidang pendidikan, dan ekonomi, dan lain sebagainya, namun secara sosial masyarakat lebih mengutamakan kepada anak yang laki-laki yang paling tua, hal itu karena anak laki-laki yang paling tua mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar pula terhaap adek-adeknya dan juga keluarganya kelak dibandingkan dengan anak laki-laki yang paling bungsu. Walaupun terkadang perhatian yang besar diberikan oleh orang tua terhadap anak laki-laki yang paling tua tidak sebanding dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikannya kepada adek-adeknya dan keluarganya secara umum.

The family is an important primary group in society. The family is a group formed from the long-standing relationship of men and women to create and raise children. So the family in its pure form is a social unit consisting of husband and wife and immature children. This unit has certain characteristics that are the same everywhere in the community unit. The sakinah mawaddah warahmah family referred to here is a family that carries out the rights and obligations in the household.Regarding household obligations according to fiqh, it cannot be separated from material and immaterial obligations. This means that something that is visible can be seen and felt like a dowry and a living. And something that cannot be felt like educating his wife and children and getting along well.The obligations themselves vary according to fiqh, which are explained as follows: Obligations of dowry/dowry. Living. The obligation to have a good relationship with the wife. Give love and affection to the wife. While the wife's obligations to her husband or a husband's right over his wife are, among others: Obedient to her husband. In this era of covid-19, divorce does not only happen to ordinary muslim household or celebrities. But also happens to the household of scholars who become public figures for the people. There is even a famous cleric who has dropped three divorces on his wife and there is also a popular cleric who divorced his wife in a relatively short marriage age, so that these problem has implications for the emergence of a negtive stigma against them. The fact is that for some people, divorce is the last alternative to end marriage. According to them, divorce is something that is taboo, disgraceful, and embarrassing. Evem though the scholars have explained that divorce is permissible ini Islam. Even under certain conditions divorce is a remedy, solution and them main choice, not the last alternative.One of the contemporary scholars who is concerned with examinig the issue of sharia law on divorce is Muhammad Ali al-Sabuni in his bokk Tafsir Verses of Law. There foe, this research will describe Ali al-Sabuni’s legal views on divorce; in the form of the etymological meaning and terminology of divorce, the legal basis fo divorce, conditions for divorce, kinds of divorce, the period od iddah of the wife after divorce, about three divorces, and the wisdom of divorce. The method used in this research is thematic method. The results of this research explain the meaning of divorce is ending marital status. The legal basis for divorce is the Qur’an, hadis, and ijma’. It is permissible to get a divorce if there is no harmony, the marriage is defiled, the spouse suffers from infertiliy, and infectious diseases. The are two kinds of divorce; namely raj’i and ba’in. The iddah of a wife who is not pregnant and still menstruating is three times sacred, the iddah of a pregnant wife is until she gives birth, and the iddah of a wife who has not menstruated or is monopause is three months

The issue of family law is still an interesting discussion both in the world of education and in the politics of legislation, this issue is interesting because it has enormous implications in everyday life. So that there is a need for a significant regulation in this matter, the legislature is expected to be able to bring forth a family law reform that is able to become a buffer that is in accordance with the conditions of life in the family at this time.In modern times, the existence of Islamic law is relatively different from the Islamic law contained in classical fiqh books and also with the view of the eternity of Islamic law above. The reform of Islamic law was carried out in Islamic countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and even in the Middle East, there were major changes that had never happened before in the last century.In this study, we will only discuss a small part of several Muslim countries that have reformed Islamic family law. The countries that will be discussed are Turkey, Egypt, and Indonesia. Turkey and Egypt are considered as pioneers in the renewal of Islamic family law in the world, because it is these two countries that have reformed Islamic family law for the first time.

This paper discusses the distribution of productive zakat to improve the economy and community welfare (mustahiq zakat) in Padangsidimpuan City which is carried out by Baznas Padangsidimpuan City. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method, because this paper describes the empowerment of productive zakat in improving people's welfare (mustahiq zakat) by Baznas Padangsidimpuan City. Furthermore, from this description, we want to find an explanation of the tools used by the Padangsidimpuan City Baznas in distributing productive zakat, to improve the welfare of mustahiq. Productive zakat funds assistance to mustahiq can be said to increase their income. Mustahiq's welfare increases gradually and slowly. The average increase in mustahiq's monthly income is around 20%. This figure can be seen from the comparison before receiving productive zakat funds with after receiving the funds. However, this increase is not permanent but only applies four or five months after the zakat funds are received. After that the income began to decline like the previous income. This is due to the absence of good financial management. Too much profit is used as consumptive so that business capital is sucked in for daily needs.

This article describes the husband's actions in educating his wife, especially against nusyuz wives, because in this case it often happens that a husband beats his nusyuz wife. This action reaps the pros and cons in the community for that the author feels challenged to examine this action from the perspective of Islam and Domestic Violence (KDRT). To find this answer, the author uses the library method, which is to browse the literature related to the topic and then explain the most dominant side.The findings in the search show that the act of hitting a wife who is nusyuz has two different sides, if the hit is physical with a hard hit, it will occupy an act that includes Domestic Violence (KDRT). However, if the light stroke that does not leave a trace is only a lesson, even so that this kind of hitting is the last alternative to educate the wife.

The Religious Court of Malang Regency decided to divide the inheritance equally between sons and daughters. This certainly deviates from the sound of Article 176 KHI and the Koran in Surah an-Nisa’ verse 11, which states that the male share is two to one female share. The judge’s decision was based on the hadith of the apostle, which reads equalize in giving to sons and daughters and refers to article 183, which contains peace in distribution. This research is analysis-based normative research that seeks to examine the decisions of the Religious Courts in terms of benefits and Islamic justice. This study concludes that the judge’s decision is weak. Because the basis of the argument for article 183 is final and binding. At the same time, this case did not find a consensus. In addition, there has been no elaboration regarding the share of each heir before the agreement as mandated by Article 183. The judge’s decision is classified as biased because it annulled the principle of balanced justice without being confirmed by social facts and family culture. Judges tend to beat the average regardless of the attributes of the family heirs. This further strengthens the judge’s decision which is easily broken if brought to the appeal table.

We find that in almost all public and private universitiesin Indonesia, several married students are found. Students who decide to get married eill be facedwith conditions where they should be contrindicated to complete academics, graduate early, then get a job, must be able to manage time, shareenergy and take care of the family. Students wh get married while in college, of course have strong reasons, have the motivation and drive to get married durring their studies.In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive methode with data collection techniques through observation, interviews or direct interviews with informants. Sampling conducted by researchers with purposive sampling. And the focus of this research is the Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institutestudents who are registered as active and marriedstudents.The results of the study informed that the motivation of students who got marriedat the timeof study was fear of sin, the existence of compatibility and mutual need, feeling that they had been obliged to marry (old enough), there was guidance from others.

Students who decide to get married eill be facedwith conditions where they should be contrindicated to complete academics, graduate early, then get a job, must be able to manage time, shareenergy and take care of the family. Students wh get married while in college, of course have strong reasons, have the motivation and drive to get married durring their studies.In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive methode with data collection techniques through observation, interviews or direct interviews with informants. Sampling conducted by researchers with purposive sampling. Marriage has a very noble purpose, namely to form a sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah household. However, in living a married life, it is not always smooth. There are also crucial moments that can endanger the household that has been fostered. For those who are strong, then they can maintain the integrity of the household, while for those who are not strong with various challenging problems, divorce is the last solution. then this paper will explain about the various forms of divorce procedures in various Muslim countries in the world.

The verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet are the main guidelines for determining the direction of Qibla in performing prayers, the times for praying five times a day and night, and determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan, the beginning of Sawal, and Eid al-Adha. Under certain conditions the Qibla direction, prayer times and the start of Ramadan and Sawal, can be determined easily manually. However, in conditions that are far apart and the natural conditions are not always sunny, the determination of the times of worship cannot be done manually. In this condition, the verses of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet SAW cannot be used as independent benchmarks to determine the times of worship above, but he needs modern science to help make it easier to determine the times of worship. This conditions encourages the emergence of falakiyah scientists who combine science and syara' in determining the Qibla direction, prayer times, and determining the beginning of Ramadan and Shawwal.
