Innovation means renewal that is successfully launched in the market. Innovation is important for startups to enter the market, but even large companies need innovation so that they are not overtaken by smaller ones. An important aspect in a dynamic market environment that is digitalizing all aspects of life is answering the question why some companies are more innovative than others, and what role does employee motivation play in this. The most important factor in a company's ability to innovate is the motivation and commitment of its employees. Innovative employees provide a sustainable market advantage, bring in money and thus make a significant contribution to the company's survival. The innovative culture of the company is directly related to the commitment and dedication of managers and employees. Companies need employees who demonstrate entrepreneurship within the company people with the worldview of the founder of the startup, but work in the company. Corporate entrepreneurs are a shining example of innovation culture, but even small gestures from the manager direct innovation culture in the right direction (table 1). Experts explain the peculiarities of the business response to the digital transformation as follows: key sectors of the economy, which provide more than a third of budget revenues, are not leaders in the direction of digitalization; In economies where more than two-thirds of a country's GDP is provided by state-owned companies, IT strategies depend more on regulators than on business performance. The importance of objective changes taking place in the modern world is proved. These changes affect not only the quantitative proportions in the structure of national production in most countries, but also its qualitative characteristics. It is concluded that digitalization is a process that changes the way of doing business in accordance with market conditions. The modern paradigm of the service economy is determined by the conditions of functioning of modern society.
