An extended intelligent technique for multiple-attribute decision-making under single-valued neutrosophic sets and applications to sustainable development evaluation of rural ecotourism 单值中性集下多属性智能决策扩展技术及其在乡村生态旅游可持续发展评价中的应用

With the development of society and the times, the socialist modernization cause in China is constantly developing, and the improvement of the economy has also driven the development of rural ecotourism industry in China. The unique natural terrain and cultural customs in rural areas have promoted the continuous development of local ecotourism industry, which has had a positive impact on the economic development of rural areas and not only solved the employment problem of the majority of the population in rural areas. It can also bring a continuous stream of economic benefits and continuously improve the living standards of local residents. Rural ecotourism refers to a rural tourism activity that takes place in rural areas, supported by the agricultural industry, and attracted by the rural environment and typical rural ecotourism resources, with the concept of ecotourism. Rural ecotourism mainly takes the form of rural scenery, agricultural participation, and folk experience, integrating sightseeing experience, cognition, and tourism activities. The main principles of rural tourism development are agricultural support, people-oriented, ecological protection, community participation, income feedback, and ecological home construction. The sustainable development evaluation of rural ecotourism is a classical multiple-attribute decision-making (MADM) issue. In such paper, the generalized weighted Bonferroni mean (GWBM) operator and power average (PA) is constructed for MADM with single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). Then, the single-valued neutrosophic number power generalized BM (SVNNPGBM) operator is built and then the MADM decision methods are proposed based on the SVNNPGBM operator. Finally, an example for sustainable development evaluation of rural ecotourism and some comparative analysis were given to demonstrate the SVNNPGBM method.

EDAS-aided intelligent decision-making in interior decoration design quality assessment using 2-tuple linguistic pythagorean fuzzy sets 基于二元语言毕达哥拉斯模糊集的edas辅助室内装饰设计质量评价智能决策

Interior decoration design can refine its functions, improve environmental quality, improve spatial form, and is closely related to buildings, structures, equipment, etc. The quality of interior decoration design directly affects a series of issues such as safety, quality, cost savings, environmental protection, and aesthetic practicality of the project, and the quality inspection of interior decoration design can control the safety, quality, cost savings, environmental protection, and aesthetic practicality of the interior decoration project in advance, reducing the occurrence of safety and quality accidents during construction and use, And it plays a proactive role in cost saving and environmental protection of decoration projects, and can also provide reasonable suggestions in terms of aesthetics, practicality, etc., so as to make indoor decoration projects safer and more perfect. The quality evaluation of interior decoration design is a classical multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem. This paper extends the EDAS method to the 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets (2TLPFSs). On the basis of the original EDAS method, 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy EDAS (2TLPF-EDAS) method based on the Hamming distance and Euclid distance is built for MAGDM. The information entropy method is used to obtain the weight information based on the score function and accuracy function under 2TLPFSs. Finally, a case study for quality evaluation of interior decoration design show that the new method proposed in this paper is reasonable.

Enhanced CoCoSo method for picture 2-tuple linguistic MAGDM and applications to classroom teaching quality evaluation of college physical education 图片二元语言MAGDM的改进CoCoSo方法及其在大学体育课堂教学质量评价中的应用

In order to better improve the physical health status of Chinese college students, enrich the knowledge content of university physical education courses, enhance their physical exercise ability, cultivate lifelong physical education awareness and conscious exercise habits, and promote the healthy development of quality education in China, combined with the current reality of university physical education teaching, a quality assurance system for university physical education teaching in China is constructed to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of university physical education teaching. The guarantee system for college physical education teaching consists of three subsystems: the design and quality management system for college physical education teaching objectives, the evaluation system for college physical education teaching quality, and the feedback system for college physical education teaching quality information. The quality evaluation of college physical education classroom teaching is a multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issue. In this paper, depending on the CoCoSo (Combined Compromise Solution) method and picture 2-tuple linguistic sets (P2TLSs), a novel MAGDM issue based on the picture 2-tuple linguistic CoCoSo (P2TL-CoCoSo) method is designed to tackle it. In addition, the weights of criteria are decided objectively by utilizing entropy method. Eventually, a related application for quality evaluation of college physical education classroom teaching and comparative analysis is given to demonstrate the superiority of the designed method. The results illustrate that the designed method is useful for quality evaluation of college physical education classroom teaching.

Cross-entropy method for multiple attribute decision making under the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic sets 三角模糊中性集下多属性决策的交叉熵方法

Cloud computing is emerging as an advanced stage of enterprise information technology in a highly competitive society, and is now in a phase of rapid development. Enterprises using cloud computing can reduce the cost of building infrastructure and reap huge benefits. Due to the convenience of cloud computing, more and more enterprises are inclined to use cloud services to build their business systems. However, there are many different cloud service providers in the market, and enterprises need scientific decision-making tools to determine which cloud service provider to choose. The cloud service provider selection is viewed as the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM). In this paper, the cross-entropy method under triangular fuzzy neutrosophic sets (TFNSs) is built based on the traditional cross-entropy method. Firstly, the TFNSs is introduced. Then, combine the traditional fuzzy cross-entropy method with TFNSs information, the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic number cross-entropy (TFNN-CE) method is established for MADM under TFNSs. Finally, a numerical example for cloud service provider selection has been given and some comparisons is used to illustrate advantages of cross-entropy method with TFNSs.

Paper packaging is favored by manufacturers in various industries due to its advantages such as economy and environmental friendliness, and the application of paper packaging in various types of products is also becoming increasingly popular. However, with the growth of the national economy and the increasing purchasing power of the people, consumers not only have higher requirements for the functionality of products, but also have higher requirements for the visual effect of product packaging. Based on the potential consumption trend of “looking for things”, enterprises need to further strengthen the artistic design effect when using paper packaging, promoting the unity of practicality and aesthetics of paper packaging. Pattern design art, as a component of graphic design art, is mainly based on pattern modeling to convey artistic concepts and aesthetic temperament. Integrating pattern design art into the process of paper packaging design can effectively enhance the artistic value of paper packaging, thereby adding color to products. The pattern design quality evaluation is a classical multi-attribute decision making (MADM). In this paper, the MADM methodology is investigated based on cross-entropy (CE) method under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) for pattern design quality evaluation. First of all, this paper extends the CE method under the IVIFSs to propose the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number cross-entropy (IVIFN-CE) method, it enlarges the application range of the CE method. Secondly, a new MADM model for pattern design quality evaluation based on IVIFN-CE algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm, attribute weight is calculated by CRITIC method which is a well-known objective method. At the end of this study, we noticed to a comparison between the proposed IVIFN-CE approach with other existing methods to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

In the process of urban development in our country, the traffic problem is a major problem that must be faced. At present, there are serious traffic jams in many cities, and with the use of a large number of private cars, the air environment in the cities is gradually deteriorated, which also brings a lot of energy consumption. Only by vigorously developing public transportation and encouraging and guiding citizens to choose the public transportation system as their travel mode can we give full play to the value of road resources. The service quality evaluation of urban public transport is viewed as the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issue. In this paper, the EDAS method is extended to the single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) setting to deal with MAGDM and the computational steps for all designs are listed. Finally, the service quality evaluation of urban public transport is given to demonstrate the SVNN-EDAS model and some good comparative analysis is done to demonstrate the SVNN-EDAS.

College English is an important basic course in higher education. The probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets (PULTSs) are used as a tool for characterizing uncertain information during the classroom teaching quality evaluation in college English. In this paper, the probabilistic uncertain linguistic ExpTODIM (PUL-ExpTODIM) method is defined to solve the MAGDM under PULTSs. In the end, a numerical case study for classroom teaching quality evaluation in college English is given to validate the proposed method.

Supply chain finance has solved the problem of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream of China’s supply chain. However, with the development of the economy, traditional supply chain finance is gradually unable to meet the financing needs of enterprises. Enterprise financing pursues simplified processing time and process, simple operation methods and procedures. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology and the emergence and prosperity of new technologies such as e-commerce, big data, cloud computing also continue to promote the breeding of new models. Based on this background, a new type of supply chain finance has emerged – Internet supply chain finance. The risk assessment of internet supply chain finance is a classical multiple-attributed decision making (MADM) problems. In this paper, the cross-entropy method under type-2 neutrosophic numbers (T2NNs) is built based on the traditional cross-entropy method. Firstly, the T2NN is introduced. Then, combine the traditional fuzzy cross-entropy method with T2NNs information, the type-2 neutrosophic number cross-entropy (T2NN-CE) method is established for MADM under T2NNs. Finally, a numerical example for risk assessment of internet supply chain finance has been given and some comparisons is used to illustrate advantages of T2NN-CE method with T2NNs.

PT-TOPSIS methods for multi-attribute group decision making under single-valued neutrosophic sets 单值嗜中性集下多属性群决策的PT-TOPSIS方法

Multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) is a flexible and complex problem due to multiple factors. Decision makers have different preferences in the face of different risks and benefits. In this paper, it proposed that the extended single-valued neutrosophic TOPSIS method based on the prospect theory (SVN-PT-TOPSIS) can be widely applied to MAGDM. It provides decision-makers with more rigorous decision-making methods. The purpose is to make the results more objective and fair and to reduce subjective errors. This paper is applied in a single-value neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) environment, which contains membership value, uncertainty value and non-membership value, and can effectively reflect the fuzzy decision state of decision makers. It also combines the CRITIC method to determine the weights and considers the psychological state of decision makers according to the prospect theory, which can effectively reduce the influence of subjective preferences on decision making. The innovations of this paper are mainly as follows. Firstly, after the score function determines the positive and negative ideal values, using the distance formula reflects the distance between each single-value neutrosophic number (SVNN) and the positive and negative ideal values. We will feel the overall quality of each scheme more directly. Secondly determine the weights using the CRITIC method based on the distance matrix of each SVNN from the negative ideal. This is not a subjective decision weight, so the influence of personal preferences on the decision can be avoided. Thirdly, the composite profit value and the composite loss value are confirmed based on the prospect theory (PT), taking into account the decision maker’s risk preferences. Finally, use the relative profit loss ratio to rank the programs. After case analysis, other classical decisionmaking methods are selected for comparative analysis of the extended TOPSIS It is confirmed that the SVN-PT-TOPSIS method is reasonable and effective, which is suitable for MAGDM problems.

An integrated method for multi-attribute group decision-making based on the linguistic Z-number and MSM operators 基于语言z数和MSM算子的多属性群体决策集成方法

This article extends the ordered weighted average operator (OWA) in the linguistic Z-number (LZN) environment, increasing attention to the distribution of data itself, and this idea can also be combined with other operators. Specifically, for the weight of data, this paper gives consideration to both the preference of attributes and the distribution of data itself, gives the interval distribution induced OWA operator (IDIOWA), and combines the weight of attributes to obtain the LZN interval distribution induced hybrid weighted average operator (LZIDIHWA) in LZN environment. Then, it introduces some good properties of this operator. At the same time, the LZN interval distribution induced weighted Maclaurin symmetric means operator (LZIDIWMSM) is obtained by combining LZN interval distribution induced OWA operator (LZIDIOWA) with the LZN weighted Maclaurin symmetric means operator (LZWMSM), which makes up for the defect that LZWMSM cannot be used for data integration alone. Finally, the two operators are used for multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM), and their effectiveness is verified by comparative analysis.
