A Review of Routing Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks Using Biologically Inspired Methods 基于生物启发方法的无线传感器网络路由协议综述

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) consists of small nodes with sensing, computation and wireless communications capabilities. Many routing protocols have been specially designed for WSNs where the fault tolerance, self-organization and scalability is an essential design issues. The focus however has been given to the routing protocols. In this paper, we present a survey of the state-of-the-art routing techniques based on biologically methods, such as ACO (Ant Colony Optimizations) & BCO (Bee Colony Optimization) algorithms. We first overview the design challenges for routing protocols in WSNs such as fault tolerance, self-organization and scalability. The objective of the research work to develop the new network algorithms those are for fault tolerance, self-organized and scalable in large-scale systems.

Design of Mobile Robot Navigation System Using vSLAM and Distributed Filter Techniques 基于vSLAM和分布式滤波技术的移动机器人导航系统设计

A Vision based Simultaneous localization and mapping (vSLAM) algorithm for navigation systems is a key problem in the field of automation and Control systems. The SLAM technique is used to calculate the pose estimation for unknown environment. In this paper, Autonomous navigation system is design for mobile robot control with a distributed filter. Basically the filter technique is used to reduce the internal and external noise. The proposed system design is used to guide the robot in unknown environment. Simultaneous Localization and Mapping, which means that the mobile robot can simultaneously determine its position and reconstruct the surrounding environment or unknown path is achieved. In this paper, we used the vision-based SLAM method to improve navigation performance. By design the two encoders for calculating the robot position. The Image correlation method is used to implement the mapping technique for pose estimation and distributed filter using kalman filtering to reduce the noise in input images or remote images.

An Application of Wireless Sensor Network in Intelligent Transportation System 无线传感器网络在智能交通系统中的应用

Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) encompasses many functions such as traffic surveillance, parking assist, accident avoidance, driverless vehicle etc. It is widely proposed to use recent advances in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technologies for ITS applications. Flexibility, ease in installation and maintenance, low cost and high accuracy of WSN make it a prospective candidate for replacing contemporary technologies in use for vehicle detection and classification. This approach is an improvisation and advancement of already developed algorithms. Detection state machine (DSM) and K-Nearest Neighbour algorithm is used to detect and classify vehicle. This approach has the accuracy of 100% and it has been verified that the algorithm enhances the performance of vehicle surveillance with high precision and robustness.

Design of Low Cost Versatile Microcontroller Based System Using Cell Phone for Accident Detection and Prevention 基于低成本多功能单片机的手机事故检测与预防系统设计

India holds an unenviable record of having highest number of road accidents every year. The road accidents involve high human suffering in terms of untimely deaths, injuries and loss of income to the affected families apart from heavy financial losses to insurance companies. A low-cost micro controller based system with 3-axis accelerometer sensor and discarded cell phone model is developed to provide warnings to driver for abnormal conditions or unsafe driving and capability to detect accidents. The system has versatile features like alerting the driver about servicing schedule, abnormal engine temperature, over-speeding and rash driving situations. It also incorporates facility to capture images and send multimedia and text messages to predetermined users immediately after occurrence of accident. The usage of old cell phone model drastically reduces cost of the system apart from preventing environmental hazards due to unsafe dumping of old cell phones. The installation of proposed system in existing vehicles has tremendous potential to reduce fatalities during road accidents due to its warning alerts to driver and immediate communication to dear ones and emergency help lines after the occurrence of accident.

Cloud Computing is an emerging area nowadays. Pay per model is gaining commercial aspect day by day. Researchers are working on all aspects of cloud viz. cloud network architecture, scheduling policies, virtualization, hyper visor performance scalability, I/O efficiency, data integrity and data confidentiality of data intensive applications. The dynamic nature of cloud presents researchers new area of research that is cloud forensics. Cloud Forensics is the branch of forensics for applying computer science knowledge to prove digital artifacts. With the advent of innovative cloud infrastructure, Cloud forensics has unique challenges. This paper presents challenges the cloud forensics faces the types of thefts on cloud environment and proposed architecture for cloud forensics.

Design Strategies for EDGE Based Image Representation System with VLSI 基于EDGE的VLSI图像表示系统设计策略

Edges of image characterize the boundaries. It reduces amount of data and filters out useless information. It preserves structural properties of an image. Edge detection is useful for segmentation of objects, its registration and identification. So image processing algorithms are defined. Early state detection of image has been tried using VLSI architecture. A normal image and disease affected image are compared and percentage of disease has been tried to find out. Edge detection operators such as Sobel, Prewitt, Canny Edge Detector are used. Filtering of images include the elimination of noise, enhancing the edges and contours. Fast operations and efficient implementation will be considered while designing the algorithm.

The existence of the World Wide Web has caused an information explosion. Readers are overloaded with lengthy text documents where a shorter version would suffice. All computer users, be it professionals or novice users, are particularly affected by this predicament. There exists an urgent need for the discovery of knowledge embedded in digital documents. This paper intends to investigate techniques and methods used by researchers for automatic text summarization. Special attention is paid to Bio-inspired methods for text summarization.

Vehicular Suspension Controller Based on Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System 基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的车辆悬架控制器

Looking towards the market providing the luxurious comfort to the passengers in the vehicle, the suspension system plays an important role. To design the a controller for suspension system is very important for improving road handling quality of vehicle and riding comfort of passenger. In this paper a mathematical model is given for proposed suspension system. The detail literature review has been done and provided. The active suspension system has a great performance for vibration control but one of the drawback of this system that it consumes high energy. This drawback has been solved by providing the facility to convert the vibration energy that produced because of road surface profile to useful electrical energy to reduce the energy consumption. The application of adaptive Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System for proposed system has been justified in this paper.

In order to overcome the problems that arise due to energy hole and multi hop transmission a Hybrid model of Sink Relocation for the data gathering purpose in wireless sensor network has been presented along with the scheduling strategy which is employed to our hybrid model. The strategy presented helps in improving the various performance metrics of the wireless sensor network thereby resulting in minimizing the overall energy consumption of the network thereby resulting in significant amount of energy saving and extending the lifetime of all the sensors as well as the entire network.

Development of Novel Approach for Testing of Differential Embedded Systems 差分嵌入式系统测试新方法的发展

These paper broadly focuses on two important issues in testing of embedded system. Embedded system testing is big challenge in front of developer and software tester, as testing of one embedded system is not similar to testing of other. The first issue described in paper is how to provide basic categorization of embedded system before allocating any testing methodologies to it and second is selection of methodologies that are host based and Target based or client server based and so on. Research provides three important modules, first is Port selector Module second is Discovery Interface Design, third is Sub type identifier and last is Techniques allocator Module.
