Wireless Sensor Networks comprises of large number of sensors which are deployed in the network. These sensors are battery operated devices and energy constraint is the main problem that needs to be addressed effectively and efficiently. In order to overcome the problems that arise due to energy hole and multi hop transmission a Hybrid model of Sink Relocation for the data gathering purpose in wireless sensor network has been presented along with the scheduling strategy which is employed to our hybrid model. The strategy presented helps in improving the various performance metrics of the wireless sensor network thereby resulting in minimizing the overall energy consumption of the network thereby resulting in significant amount of energy saving and extending the lifetime of all the sensors as well as the entire network.

These paper broadly focuses on two important issues in testing of embedded system. Embedded system testing is big challenge in front of developer and software tester, as testing of one embedded system is not similar to testing of other. The first issue described in paper is how to provide basic categorization of embedded system before allocating any testing methodologies to it and second is selection of methodologies that are host based and Target based or client server based and so on. Research provides three important modules, first is Port selector Module second is Discovery Interface Design, third is Sub type identifier and last is Techniques allocator Module.

To make the interconnection inside a System on Chip (SoC) Network on Chip (NoC) is a new paradigm. The Network-on-Chip (NOC) have many advantages on traditional bus based System-on-Chip (SoC). In past the interconnections are based on a bus structure. But the bus based structure does not meet the needs of the recent advanced technology. In many complicated network the bus structure blocks the traffic. In NoC technology the bus structure is replaced with a network which is similar to the Internet. Generally Segments communicate with each other by transferring packetized data over the network. Just like a computer network the NoC network consists of devices that use the network and routers that direct the traffic between devices and wires that connect devices to routers and routers to other routers. The network topology and a routing algorithm are the essential things in the network design of the NoC. Routers route the packets based on the algorithm that they use. The different systems choose the different algorithms. Each and every system has its own requirements for the routing algorithm. This paper presents the relative analysis on the basics of networking on Network on Chip systems. Also presents the comparative analysis and implementation of Wormhole and Virtual Cut-through router. The simulation of Wormhole system and VCT is done in Modelsim SE as a simulation debugging tool.

In this paper, we present Reconfigurable Wireless Sensor Network (R-WSN), which will improve the reliability of wireless links in health monitoring system, providing reconfigurable features to all intermediate nodes. In a multiuser channel signals are corrupted due to Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) and Inter Carrier Interference (ICI). Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) receiver detects the symbols or bits and estimates the parameters. Wavelet Packet Modulation (WPM) is applied to the received symbols that have been previously coded at the transmitter by a special code. The final result obtained is a reduction of the noise (denoising), which results in performance improvement of bit error rate of the system.

Today's competitive market environment service quality has become one of the important criteria for successful business. Without better service quality in service sector one cannot survive in highly aware customer. Highly competitive market in the healthcare industry and awareness of the stakeholders of healthcare service sector has caused increasing pressure on service provider to provide services with higher quality. India has one of the fastest growing economy as compared to other developing country. Today it is a need of hour to identify the determinants of service quality in healthcare sector so that policy makers can focus on these areas to improve the service quality. The objective of this paper is to critically review the various research papers based on service quality of healthcare sector in various countries, applicability and limitation of these studies in Indian healthcare sector and identify the issues for future research on service quality of Indian healthcare sector based on critical analysis of the literature. The review of service quality of healthcare literature revealed that the service quality has affected by number of factors which are needed to focus for improvement of service quality. These factor are depends on the type of service sector, need, type of respondent, socio - demographic background of stakeholder, culture and belief. After the reviews of service quality of healthcare sector literature, it is observed that there is an urgent need to identify the determinants of service quality of health care sector and to develop the service quality model in Indian context.

To achieve high computational efficiency by maintaining low power and area requirement is becoming vitally important task for many computationally intensive applications in mobile devices. Designing an architecture for such complex application on ASIC is the traditional method which gives good performance by sacrificing flexibility. The many researchers are trying to achieve both performance and flexibility by exploring CGRA architecture which is a alternative of FPGA. This paper present a coarse grained architecture model for implementing low power complex application.

Current wireless networks are characterized by a static spectrum allocation policy, where governmental agencies assign wireless spectrum to license holders on a long term basis for large geographical regions. Because of the increase in spectrum demand, this policy faces spectrum scarcity in particular spectrum bands. As a result, a significant amount of spectrum is underutilized. Hence, dynamic spectrum access techniques were proposed to solve these spectrum underutilization problems. The main challenges of spectrum management in Cognitive Radio (CR) are spectrum sensing, spectrum decision, spectrum sharing and spectrum mobility. By exploiting the existing wireless spectrum opportunistically, CR networks are being developed to solve current wireless network problems. However, to ensure efficient communication, the Quality of Service parameters need to be considered.

In the most recent years, the need for a more rational and efficient use of energy has emerged as a strategic and urgent issue. Such a necessity is particularly perceived in the industrial sector, not only because of the increasing costs of energy, but also as a consequence of the global competition, which stresses some features of the process and its final products. This force to study the equipment utilization and loading of the equipment for the application. Particularly the steel rolling mill motors are bigger in size and load on these mill stand motors not continuous but the cooling system of these motors operated at full load irrespective of the heat generation. Study of the load pattern shows the significant potential to reduce the energy consumption by operating the cooling blowers smartly by using the PLC. This research work is aimed at the development of the application based PLC program to run the auxiliary drive based on the cooling unit design, temperature rise curve and current demand of the main drive.
