School Uniform Customization Design Platform Based on Virtual Display Technology 基于虚拟显示技术的校服定制设计平台

AbstractThe current school uniform customization mode cannot satisfy the requirements of customers regarding the elements such as design and efficiency, though the demand for the customization of the school uniform industry in China is gradually expanding. In this study, a school uniform customization platform was established based on virtual display technology to improve the efficiency and experience of school uniform customization. This study was applied with four steps. In the first part, interviews on school uniform customization were conducted following grounded theory to obtain information on the specific demand for design, process, and supply. In the second and third parts, a uniform design database with a 3D virtual effect and a uniform customization platform with three subsystems were built under the consideration of the requirements identified. This platform allowed users to change the style, color, fabric, details, and other elements of school uniforms in the system, generate 3D virtual renderings of school uniforms, and contact suppliers in the system. Afterward, the customized platform was tested and scored through a real-use situation in the fourth part. Застосування інтенсифікатора з антибактеріальною дією при фарбуванні бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів

Мета роботи – встановити вплив інтенсифікатора на колірні характеристики, показники міцності забарвлення та антибактеріальні властивості отриманих текстильних матеріалів у процесі фарбування. Для підготовки та фарбування бавовняно-поліефірних тканин в роботі використано методи хімічної технології текстильних матеріалів. Дослідження стійкості забарвлення отриманих зразків текстильних матеріалів до прання (ДСТУ ISO 105-С06:2009), дії поту (ДСТУ ISO 105-Е04:2009), до сухого та мокрого тертя (ДСТУ ISO 105X12:2009) проводили відповідно до стандартних методів випробування. У роботі застосовано спектральні методи досліджень. Антимікробна активність зразків визначалася методом зон пригнічення зростання тест-штамів мікроорганізмів. Запропонований спосіб підтверджує доцільність використання обраного інтенсифікатора при фарбуванні бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів. Визначено концентрації інтенсифікатора при їх опорядженні. Встановлено вплив інтенсифікатора на інтенсивність забарвлення та його стійкість до фізико-хімічних чинників. Підтверджено антибактеріальну активність оброблених зразків текстильних матеріалів. Доведено можливість фарбування бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів з використанням інтенсифікатора феніл-фенольного ряду з одночасним наданням антибактеріальних властивостей у процесі опорядження. Практична значимість роботи полягає у тому, що проведені дослідження дозволяють оцінити вплив інтенсифікатора на колірні характеристики бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів. Результати випробувань оброблених зразків до фізико-хімічних чинників показують високі показники міцності забарвлення. Дослідження антибактеріальних характеристик підтверджує їх якісні властивості.

Визначено концентрації інтенсифікатора при їх опорядженні. Встановлено вплив інтенсифікатора на інтенсивність забарвлення та його стійкість до фізико-хімічних чинників. Підтверджено антибактеріальну активність оброблених зразків текстильних матеріалів. Доведено можливість фарбування бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів з використанням інтенсифікатора феніл-фенольного ряду з одночасним наданням антибактеріальних властивостей у процесі опорядження. Практична значимість роботи полягає у тому, що проведені дослідження дозволяють оцінити вплив інтенсифікатора на колірні характеристики бавовняно-поліефірних текстильних матеріалів. Результати випробувань оброблених зразків до фізико-хімічних чинників показують високі показники міцності забарвлення.
