Tourism sector has potential of development as it belongs to one of regional revenue sources for Gresik Regency. One of tourism sectors that has great potential is culinary tourism. To Gresik Regency, improving tourism is possible to do because total visits of culinary tourism get increasing from year to year. Unfortunately, a specific culinary site which can accommodate typical food of Gresik has not been available yet. Therefore, the researcher planned and designed Culinary Centre in Dalegan Gresik, East Java under the theme of metaphoric architecture. To collect the research data, several methods were employed such as field study, literature study, and descriptive analysis. The macro concept of recreational is implemented by adjusting the title in the tourism site through the micro concept of dynamic land order having relaxed elements. The micro concept of shape accommodates wavy metaphor of sea water. Thus, this design is expected to be used as the basis for Gresik development so that it becomes a tourism object which can provide food-based recreational service and entertainment to all tourists.

Equestrian sport is one of the efforts to improve human resources and quality. To create good conditions for athletes and the horses themselves, it is therefore necessary to have an open space that is environmentally responsive by making this place their 'home'. To create an open and environmentally responsive space, this equestrian building will use the concept of Biomimetic Architecture, the concept of Biomimetic Architecture to obtain the basic concept of architectural design that minimizes changes to the site. Biomimetic architecture uses nature as a model, reference and guide for solving problems in architecture. This research aims to analyse the points of biomimetic architecture that can be applied to buildings. This research is included in the descriptive qualitative category, especially using synchronic analysis which produces a solution in the form of a design concept. Data collection is obtained from the literature study which is then synthesized and becomes design criteria. From each application point studied, it can answer problems regarding the effect of each criterion on the building itself.

Tokopedia as the largest e-commerce made in Indonesia, was lined up to be the government's partner in promoting a national campaign called Bangga Buatan Indonesia. This campaign is one of the government's ways to increase people's purchasing power for local products in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a company engaged in e-commerce technology, Tokopedia has created a special curation page for local products specifically for merchant partners from all over Indonesia, from small-scale micro-scale traders to large traders who originally made in Indonesia. To introduce this feature, Tokopedia through the #banggabuatanindonesia campaign created a special visual campaign with a variety of media ranging from digital posters, application headers, IG Feed & story templates, to audio-visual media in the form of short videos introducing products made by Indonesian MSMEs. It is hoped that the synergy between Tokopedia and the government will accelerate digital adoption for MSME business actors as well as increase productivity and advance the nation's economy

Carrying capacity (DDK) is the ability of the environment to support human life, other living things, and maintain the balance of the ecosystem. Conditions that over-carrying capacity cause human discomfort and create environmental degradation. Melasti Beach is a tourism object that is in demand by tourists. The frequency of tourist visits continues to increase along with the risk of environmental damage. This study aims to determine the unit of the area, the duration of activities, furthermore to calculate the value of carrying capacity. The data used are primary data obtained by questionnaire method to 50 tourist respondents and secondary data derived from literature study based on conditions in Melasti Beach. The results showed that the average area for tourism activities (Lt) was 232.7 m2 and the duration of activities (Wp) was 2.4 hours/day. The total time provided by the beach manager for tourism activities is 12 hours/day and the total area is 94.632 m2. The DDK value at Melasti Beach uses the Lt and Wp values, namely 2.008 people/day, 60.227 people/month and 722.724 people/year. These conditions show that tourist visits to Melasti Beach do not exceed DDK throughout the month and the total number of visits in 2020.

Early childhood education schools (PAUD) are considered very vulnerable during the face-to-face learning period during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, nature-based educational applications in collaboration with architectural elements are expected to reduce the risk of being exposed to viruses. This study aimed to describe the relationship between nature-based educational activities and architectural elements. The application of architectural elements appears on the exterior (building form and building facade) to the interior (spatial layout and furniture arrangement). The concept of nature-based education (educational goals) is slightly similar to the concept of nature-assisted therapies (rehabilitation goals). The research design is qualitative, while the research strategy is phenomenology. The data collection method uses research studies on similar themes and research studies on similar topics. This research uses content analysis and inductive analysis. There are at least five architectural elements related to nature-based educational activities from this research, namely: (1) building form; (2) building facade and material; (3) spatial layout, (4) layout of furniture and (5) landscape design.

The visual identity of a destination can not only be achieved through the design of promotional media, but can also be achieved through typographical landmarks. Typographic landmark design as a visual identity of a tourist destination can be designed through the illumination of the deformation of the letters. Reference objects are obtained from objects that are commonly found in the area and become the characteristics of the area. This design is implemented in a religious tourism destination in Surabaya, namely the Arab village of Ampel. Kampung Arab Ampel is a village inhabited mostly by people of Arab descent. The Arab village of Ampel is the gateway to the spread of Islam in Java, especially in Surabaya, which was brought by Sunan Ampel. Now, kampung Arab has become a center for Islamic education and cultural development. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the science of design, especially typography, to the people of Surabaya so that it can be used as the visual identity of the village. The design was carried out using qualitative methods through observation, and literature study. Data analysis is used to analyze the right typography design to be used as a typographic landmark design concept. The results of this study are environmental graphics in the form of typographic landmarks that have a visual identity according to the characteristics of the Arab Ampel village.
