The investigations of water and water systems and the comment of the experimental results are embarrassed because up to now there exists no universal model of water structure. The possibility for influencing on the behaviour of biosystems through changing the structure and properties of the water and obtaining water systems with certain qualities by external influence is of particular interest for industry and agriculture [1]. In our department, we developed a semi- automated device [2] suitable for investigation of new properties of liquid in particular water ) systems were proposed [3).

This report deals with the problem of the improvement of azimuth resolution of SAR by taking into consideration the phase fluctuations, generated by errors between the actual and the preliminary fixed trajectory of movement of aircraft, no matter whether it is rectilinear or arbitrary.

The paper develops a matrix-electrodynamical method of considering the microwave components with complex configuration, Traditional problems of electromagnetic wave transmission in ELF band have several peculiarities, caused by impossibility of device's experimental correcting and introducing the uniform elements. First off all, they demands the development of accurate mehtods of consideration of complex microwave devices.. In prezent paper a nonuniformity of wavequide structure ( WS ) means any fast or slow change of the form or sizes of its cross section , parameters of dielectric filling : metal or dielectric ledges, probes, coupling apertures, etc.. The structure of electromagnetic field in arbitrary section of non uniform waveguide structure ( WS ) is considered by the introducing of virtual autonomous blocs ( VAB ) [ 11, modeling the multiple-mode section of uniform transmission line with zero length. When obtaining amplitude coefficients of direct and backward waves, we select the more narrow class of waves, marked in correspondence with location of exciting sources relatively to VAB. An application of the obtained equations for development of new matrixelectrodynamical methods of consideration of microwave constructions is demonstrated by the following examples of finding: formulas for junction of multiports; multiple-mode scattering matrix ( MSM ) of E-plane and H-plane tees with arbitrary multiports, introduced in their one or two arms. The main advantages of the present method may be seen when considering the structure of electromagnetic field in non uniform WS, excited by arbitrary extraneous currents. As a part of this problem, the formulas for Green's tensor function ( GTF ) of corresponding non uniform WS were obtained. The advantages of the present method were shown in comparison with others using GTF. The effective algorithms were developed for computing the MSM of complex resonators and waveguid microstrip junctions in EHF band, containing vacuum dielectric windows.

ABSTRACT The arrangement of a Mast-mounted folded dipole antenna array with corner reflectors is considered. The method of moments (MoM) in a wire grid model is used and a suitable optimization procedure is applied Due to the constraints for high power gain and low SLL the array is designed as a simple broadside Chebyshev one. The presence of 120° corner reflectors change the pattern and makes the array to be a Hybrid-Chebyshev one with approximately the same SLL. The distance of the array from the corner of the reflector is critical for the HPBW. Two different types of antennas with 60° and 120° HPBW in the horizontal plane for possible mobile applications are studied. The whole design work is given in a general form, useful for VHF and UHF communication applications. To ensure the accuracy, two different wire grids for each model are used. In the examples several interesting cases will be analytically presented.

A new algorithm for the reconstruction of the two basic acoustic parameters of the sea floor (density and sound speed) is presented in this communication. A multilayer model for the ocean bottom is assumed and the data consist of reflection coefficient measurements (magnitude and phase) in the sea water for obliquely incident acoustic waves. Since the reconstruction of the two unknown parameters mentioned above is sought, an empirical formula between them must be used in the reconstruction algorithm. The algorithm is based on the use of a recursive formula for the local reflection coefficient above each interface of the sea bottom model. Finally, accurate reconstruction results, based on synthetically obtained reflection data, are obtained.
