The stability of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) depends on several factors including temperature, humidity, and period conditions. Temperature plays an essential role in DNA degradation, the high relative humidity cause rapid decay of DNA. The aim of this study is to assess the effects of different conditions [Temperature (0°C and 55°C) and Humidity (58% and 12%)] on DNA methylation by bisulfite. The study has investigated 30 samples of blood that have been collected from healthy people. The samples were distributed for four groups each group has 15 samples were exposed at different conditions temperature (0°C, and 55°C) and humidity (58%, and 12%) in different time ( 0,1,2,4 and 8 days). The DNA methylation of TRIM 59 gene was stable in room temperature whereas in the 0°C and 55°C the results showed that a slight regression in TRIM59gene.

In this study, we develop an automated system that uses a collection of attributes to classify water samples from the Shatt al Arabe River (EC, Cl, Ca, Mg, Na, and SO4). There are three steps to the water categorization system: First and foremost, in this manner From October 2009 to September 2020, water samples were taken monthly from eight locations along the Shatt Al-Arab River in Basra. Qurna, Tubular Bridge, Al Muzairah (station 1), Saad Birdge (station 2), Al-Karma (station 3), Al-Sandbad (station 4), Al-Ashar (station 5), Abo Al-Kasseb (station 6), Al-Seba (station 7) and Al-Foa (station 8) are among these locations (station 8). Second, using established procedures, measured and analyzed chemical elements such as electrical conductivity (Ec), chloride (CL), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na), and Sulphate (SO4). Finally, there are neural networks with three hidden layers are used for training and testing purposes. The experimental results on the collected database show that the proposed approach achieves high accuracy in automatic water classification (normal and abnormal). The Project is designed by Matlab.

The purpose of this study is to see how specific chemical components isolated from C. spinosa leaves and fruits affect bacterial activity. Subjects: Using two solvents, water and ethanol, the active components in the biology of this plant’s leaves and fruits were extracted. Under the flesh behind , the biological substances were determined using the chemical reagents detection method and the optical density spectrum method, and study effect of these extracts on bacterial activity. Results: There is no significant difference between the product in ethanol extraction and the extraction product in distilled water. As the result showed that both the leaves and fruits have an effect on the bacterial activity Conclusion: Capparis spinosa leave and fruit extracts have antimicrobial activity against positive and negative stain gram bacterial.

Urinary tract infections are among the most frequent diseases in the world, affecting both males and women around the world. Females are more susceptible to urine tract infections than males, owing to the female body’s anatomical configuration. The pathogenic Escherichia coli is the most common causative agent 80% – 90% of urinary tract infections. This study was carried out in the laboratories of the Medical State University of Grodno. The object of study was taken 4 strains of E. coli from the museum of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology Medical State University of Grodno where determine the features of the action of Ceftriaxone on various strains of E. coli in the composition of biofilms. The purpose of the study are determination of the effect of Ceftriaxone on biofilm-forming bacteria and select the minimum inhibitory concentration. The results showed that all screened Museum strains of E. coli isolated from pathological material of patients with urinary tract infection are able to form biofilms. The minimum inhibitory concentration of CTX for all studied E. coli biofilms was in the range of 35-280 mg/ml and the minimum inhibitory concentration in plankton was in the range 0.27-0.068 mg/ml.

"In this study, nickel oxide (NPs) films were produced by doping each element with 2% zinc, tin, iron, cobalt and magnesium. pulsed laser deposition was used to deposit them on glass substrates , and we used a pulsed Nd-YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064nm. All the films were annealed with one temperature (573k). The electrical properties of the prepared films were studied, such as the continuous electrical conductivity and activation energy, and we found that increasing the temperature increases the electrical conductivity values Also, the value of the electrical conductivity and the activation energy change according to the type of added doping. We also discovered many activation energy values in the temperature ranges of (308K-428K) , and observed the conduct of nanoparticle oxide doping with various metals at these temperatures.

"This paper aims at the modeling the crashes count in Al Muthanna governance using finite mixture model. We use one of the most common MCMC method which is called the Gibbs sampler to implement the Bayesian inference for estimating the model parameters. We perform a simulation study, based on synthetic data, to check the ability of the sampler to find the best estimates of the model. We use the two well-known criteria, which are the AIC and BIC, to determine the best model fitted to the data. Finally, we apply our sampler to model the crashes count in Al Muthanna governance.

"Internet of things (IoT) domain targets human with smart resolutions through the connection of “M2M” in all over the world, effectively. It was difficult to ignore domain importance field of IoT with the new deployment of applications such as smartphone in recent days. The most important layer in architecture of IoT is network layer, because of various systems (perform of cloud computing, switching, hub, gateway, so on), different technologies of connection (Long-Term Evolution (LTE), WIFI, Bluetooth, etc.) gathered in layer. Network layers should transfer the information from or to various applications/objects, via gateways/interfaces between networks that are heterogeneous, therefore utilizing different connection technologies, protocols. Recent work highlighted IoT technologies state-of-the-art utilized in architectures of IoT, some variations among them in addition to the applications of them in life."
