Study of the properties of Multi-walled carbon nanotubes/ Carbon Quantum Dots Nanocomposites 多壁碳纳米管/碳量子点纳米复合材料的性能研究

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for various applications. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and quantum dots (QDs) are among the promising nanomaterials due to their unique properties. This study aims to synthesize and characterize multi-walled CNTs and QDs using the hydrothermal method. MWCNTs were synthesized at a temperature of 200°C using Ferrocene and Sulfur as precursors, while QDs were prepared at a temperature of 160°C using Polyethylene glycol (PEG). To fabricate the nanocomposite films, MWCNTs and QDs were mixed at different weight ratios (3:1, 2:2, and 1:3) through ultrasonic dispersion. The resulting mixture was then used to form films on glass surfaces. Characterization of the composites was carried out using a series of analyses including Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and electrical conductivity measurements. From the FESEM measurements, spherical particles of various sizes were observed, with a wide size distribution of less than 10nm. XRD analysis revealed d-spacing values of 0.34nm, 0.39nm, and 0.46nm for all the mentioned weight ratios. Additionally, the diameter of the particles ranged from 32.48nm to 31.96nm, with a length of approximately 1µm. The electrical conductivity of the films was also measured, and the obtained results indicated activation energies of 0.155eV, 0.14eV, and 0.25eV for the respective weight ratios. The resulting nanocomposite films exhibited unique properties as characterized by various techniques. Synthesis and Characterization Studies of new Heterocyclic Azo Compound 2-[2‾-(4,5-Dimethyl thaizolyl azo]-5-Amino Anilin with some Complexes Metal Ions 新型杂环偶氮化合物2-[2 -(4,5-二甲基噻唑偶氮]-5-氨基苯胺与一些配合物金属离子的合成与表征研究

This work included the preparation of a new ligand of heterogeneous azo ligands derived from thiazole 2- [2‾-(4,5-Dimethyl thaizolyl azo]-5-Amino Anilin (DMeTAAA) and some of its metallic complexes were diagnosed by means of the infrared spectrum, mass spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance proton spectra, ultraviolet-visible spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis, and in addition to the careful analysis of the elements. Eight metal complexes were prepared by reaction the prepared ligand with Chromium (III), Iron (II), Cobalt (III), Nickel (II), Copper (II), Zinc (II), mercury (II) and silver (I). The effect of the solvent on ligand has been studied and the results have indicated that all the obtained complexes possess high stability. The percentage of metallic ions in the prepared complexes was obtained by the flame atomic absorption spectrometer. A careful analysis of the elements showed a great compatibility between the theoretically calculated and practically obtained ratios. The results of magnetic sensitivity showed that Cr(III),Ni(II) and Cu(II)-complexes possessed magnetic para qualities while the other complexes possessed magnetic dia qualities, as well as the molar conductivity of the prepared complexes was studied and the results showed that all complexes possess the ionic Based on the results obtained, the synthetic formulas of chelated complexes were proposed revealing that the investigated thiazolele azo ligand behaves as a triple ligand.

Optical characterization of aluminum doped Cadmium selenide thin film irradiated by IR-laser 红外激光辐照铝掺杂硒化镉薄膜的光学特性

The optical properties of a cadmium selenide (CdSe) film doped with aluminum (Al) at a rate of (3%) have been studied. It was deposited on glass substrates at 250 K with a thickness of 0.15 µm and a deposition rate of 2± 0.1 m.sec-1 using a thermal evaporation technique to create the compound. The optical characteristics of the produced film were investigated after being subjected to irradiation by 50 mW, 1064 nm IR laser for 15 minutes at a distance of 0.5 m. Through monitoring the absorbance and transmission spectra of prepared thin film across the wavelength range (190-1100 nm), the optical energy gap value for the permitted direct electronic transitions was determined, and the absorption and reflectivity coefficients were computed and investigated. The optical experiments included computing the optical constants, and result explained that the optical energy gap decreased from (1.76 eV) to (1.64 eV) following irradiation (extinction coefficient, refractive index, and absorption coefficient).

Adopting Chest X-Ray and Chest CT Images for the Diagnosis of COVID-19 using Image Processing Techniques: Survey 胸部x线和胸部CT图像图像处理技术在COVID-19诊断中的应用综述

The presence of COVID-19 infection and its threat to human life has led to the urgent need to contribute to combating it, so global initiatives have emerged to regulate and manage the virus, with the aim of eliminating it once and for all. Since the use of image processing has succeeded in solving many complicated problems in the medical field, it can now be employed to aid in the fight against COVID-19 and control it by extracting the relevant features collected from medical imaging datasets and categorizing using machine learning and deep learning approaches in order to diagnose and predict the COVID-19 disease. This study provides an overview of current findings on machine learning methods that have been applied to COVID-19 and aspects related to the types of algorithms, the medical dataset used, and the accuracy of researchers’ results. This paper, review the latest proposed models for COVID-19 classification and diagnosis applied to CT scans and chest X-ray images to provide further insight into disease reduction. COVID-19 diagnosis is critical for identifying an infected person and preventing the virus from spreading. Because diffusion is rapid, an automated rapid diagnostic mechanism is required to deal with a huge population so image processing methods are the most suitable technology for this. These models’ accuracy ranged from 80.6% to 100%, demonstrating that image- processing methods can be used to assess and diagnose COVID-19 clinically.

Preparation of Poly (methyl methacrylate) thin film Capacitors on ITO-glass substrate ito玻璃基板上聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜电容器的制备

In electronic devices, some important materials having a high dielectric constant can be used. Polymer-ceramic composites have a high dielectric constant and are widely used for embedded capacitor applications. It is critical to use polymer poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) as thin films capacitors for the gate dielectric in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). In this work, thin films of polymer PMMA were prepared by using spin coating at different speeds (1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 and 3500 rpm) to control the film thickness and study the effect of the thickness on the dielectric properties. Thin film thickness was measured by using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) to take cross-section images. We found that the film thickness decreased with increased rotational speed from 27387 nm at 1500 rpm to 10600 nm at 3500 rpm. The values of the capacities were nearly stable with increasing frequencies when thickness equal to or larger than (14366 nm), but their increased with increased frequency at thickness (10600 nm), and the dielectric constant also decreases with increasing thin films thickness. The best result of capacitance value was at thickness 10600nm which equal to (5.753 nF) and dielectric constant equal to (3.511) which represents best value that can be used as dielectric gate for Organic Field Effect Transistor (OFET).

We found that the film thickness decreased with increased rotational speed from 27387 nm at 1500 rpm to 10600 nm at 3500 rpm. The values of the capacities were nearly stable with increasing frequencies when thickness equal to or larger than (14366 nm), but their increased with increased frequency at thickness (10600 nm), and the dielectric constant also decreases with increasing thin films thickness. currently, the development of a new class of software called “decentralized applications” is gaining popularity. Its foundations were laid by the technologies of Bitcoin and BitTorrent, aroused the interest of developers in the methods of their implementation. Over the past few years, the whole world has been excited by the explosion in popularity of cryptocurrencies, which has brought blockchain technology into the spotlight. its application is not limited to the creation of electronic money and platforms for their exchange. One of the promising areas for the introduction of blockchain technology is its use in the banking sector to improve the security of operations and reduce costs. Adsorption study of Activated soot and its application as an adsorbent surface for removal of Alizarine Red S from aqueous Solution 活性烟尘的吸附研究及其作为吸附剂去除水中茜素红S的应用

In this study, activated soot (AS2) has been produced using materials that are both affordable and available. The preparation of the AS2 is done by thermal treatment of the soot at 400 °C for 2 hours. XRD, SEM, and FTIR techniques were used to characterize the properties of the prepared AS2. The AS2 was used for Alizarine Red S (AR) dye adsorption from aqueous solutions. Several experimental parameters have been tested to study the properties of AS2 as an adsorbent, which include temperature, adsorbent weight, time, and the influence of pH. The results indicate that the AS2 has good adsorbent properties. Moreover, other remarks have been found such as the adsorption efficiency increased at pH=4 and decreased at pH=10. The rise in temperature has a negative impact on the adsorption efficiency. Finally, the optimal adsorbent weight was found to be 0.08 g and the optimal contact time was 15 min.

This article describes a software model algorithm that was implemented in order to determine the author of an unknown document based on the previously presented data and also studies the degree of accuracy of each of the measures for determining the authorship of a text. A comparative analysis is carried out based on the dependence of the quality of the identification of the text's creator on his stylistic affiliation. The problem of determining the authorship of anonymous text in this programming model has been solved using a set of metrics, for each of which the following parameters are required: analysis of text frequency, total number of characters in the text, and dimension of the alphabet. These parameters are required for anonymous text and for the library of famous authors.
