This study aims to determine the GRDP in Batam City. The secondary data used is time-series data taken in 2017-2020. This research method uses qualitative analysis, a data collection technique that uses library research by finding and reading references from various sources. The results show that the Indonesian economy has increased from year to year until 2020 where there was a COVID-19 outbreak, henceforth significantly declining the GRDP of Batam from 5.92% to -2.55%. Various sectors experienced a massive downswing in economic growth, one of which was the provision of accommodation and food and beverage with a figure of -45.49%. In conclusion, both the GRDP and APBD experienced a significant decrease in the city of Batam in 2020. As a consideration, the Indonesian government could restore the economy of Batam by empowering qualified human resources, encouraging household consumption, and foreign investment into Batam.

Literasi keuangan dan Pandemi Covid 19 merupakan dua kondisi yang saling bertentangan, sehingga memberikan pengaruh pada pergerakan siklus keuangan di Indonesia, proses pengukuran tekanan literasi keuangan di masa Pandemi Covid 19 (FLC19) ini, dilakukan dengan menggunakan data Bank Indonesia selama priode Pandemi Covid 19 (2019 - 2021) secara time series, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Ed Waves Index, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, untuk tipe tekanan literasi keuangan positif (FLC19+) bertekanan 0.015 Amplitudo yang menandakan adanya pertumbuhan perekonomian, sementara untuk tipe tekanan literasi keuangan negatif (FLC19-) bertekanan -0.024 Amplitudo yang menandakan ketidakstabilan keuangan dalam perekonomian Indonesia selama Pandemi Covid 19.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut psikologis dan teknologi pada konversi pelanggan untuk menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan makanan. Metode convenience sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan tanggapan dari responden. Sebanyak 374 responden telah dianalisis dengan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, insentif yang dirasakan, informasi yang dirasakan, manajemen hubungan pelanggan, dan sistem manajemen pesanan mempengaruhi konversi pelanggan secara signifikan. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah analisis empiris atribut psikologis dan teknologi pada konversi pelanggan terhadap aplikasi pemesanan makanan khususnya di Jakarta.

Indeks saham syariah merupakan suatu indikator kinerja pasar saham syariah di pasar modal yang ada dalam suatu negara. Manfaat indeks saham bagi para investor maupun masyarakat adalah dapat digunakan untuk melihat tren atau kondisi mengenai pergerakan harga di bursa saham secara keseluruhan maupun secara umum. Indeks saham syariah juga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menilai kinerja portofolio saham syariah. Dengan adanya indeks saham di pasar modal dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk melihat perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara.. Isu yang menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Indeks Saham Syariah Jepang (DJIJP) dan Indeks Saham Syariah Malaysia (DJMY25D) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) pada periode Januari tahun 2016 – Desember tahun 2020 berdasarkan pada permasalahan yang ada dan research gap yang telah dilakukan oleh penelitian terdahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu DJIJP dan DJMY25D terhadap variabel dependen yaitu ISSI. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu indeks harga closing price diakhir bulan periode Januari tahun 2016 – Desember tahun 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan digunakan uji F dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel ISSI adalah kedua variabel DJIJP dan DJMY25D. Kemudian secara simultan DJIJP dan DJMY25D memiliki pengaruh terhadap ISSI dalam periode Januari tahun 2016 – Desember tahun 2020. Adanya pengaruh tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh masalah ekonomi makro maupun faktor teknis dan faktor fundamental.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis determinan pilihan klien untuk memilih pelayanan Perbankan Syariah di Kabupaten Mamuju. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif dengan melakukan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pada Bank Muamalat, Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Sulselbar Syariah di Kabupaten Mamuju. Teknik sampel dilakukan random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 100 orang responden. Teknik analisis data adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial religiusitas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Hasil penelitian dengan melihat nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yakni sebesar 0,038 yang berarti 0,038 < 0,05. Demikian juga pada nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t table sehingga dinyatakan 2,106 > 1,984. Untuk variabel gaya hidup menunjukkan hasil bahwa, secara parsial gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Hasil tersebut dengan melihat nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 lebih berarti 0,000 < 0,05. Demikian juga dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t table yaitu 5,390. Jadi, 5,390 > 1,984. Dari pengujian simultan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dan gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada keputusan nasabah untuk memilih jasa perbankan syariah. Hasil tersebut dengan melihat perolehan nilai F hitung 40,084 pada F tabel 3,09. Hasil tersebut berarti 40,084 > 3,09. Demikian juga dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,00 < 0,05.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, media sosial dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Brand Wardah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan Non-Probability Sampling dengan spesifik menggunakan Convinience/ Accidental Sampling, dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Roscoe yaitu pengumpulan data berbasis kuesioner atau angket yang diserahkan kepada para responden melalui media sosial menggunakan Google Form. Teknik pengujian instrumen menggunakan teknik uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis Linier Berganda, uji t, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek (X1) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan minat beli konsumen pada produk brand Wardah, kemudian kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk brand Wardah, selanjutnya media sosial (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk brand Wardah, dan yang terakhir adalah harga (X4) berpengaruh baik terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk brand Wardah. The research we are currently conducting aims to assess and compare the company's financial capacity to the performance of PT Garuda Indonesia before and during the pandemic. The type of research we use is quantitative research, in which to analyze the effect of the solvency ratio on the financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia for the last 4 years, namely the 2017-2020 period. In this study, we conclude that the Covid-19 pandemic has an influence on company finances. The company's performance is considered to have decreased when compared to the previous period. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which required the closure of the operations of various business sectors, including the aviation sector, this resulted in a decline in company revenues. The Covid-19 pandemic also caused fluctuations in the value of the Debts to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The percentage of the company's DAR and DER values exceeds industry standards. The DAR value of the company has increased drastically. Meanwhile, the DER value has decreased drastically to a minus. Of the various impacts arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Garuda Indonesia is predicted to experience financial distress, which means that the company's condition is in the worst condition, therefore the company is expected to take actions as a step to overcome the problems it is facing.

The research method used is a qualitative method which includes data sources both primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques namely editing and organizing, checking the validity of the data, and the research stage. All of this researchers use to find research results. Exposure data which contains an overview of the object of research and data obtained from interviews and other documents related to marketing, then a discussion contains the strategic strategies used to market the product and the constraints and solutions. The conclusion of this discussion is that the strategy used is a strategy to promote promotion through advertising, 5S services, 4M services (Cheap, Easy, Steady, Moment), and giving free, then product packaging which includes determining or selecting brend and expanding product selection. However, all of this is in accordance with sharia economic values, namely the absence of trickery, absence of gharar, and benefiting both parties.
