This study explores the underground space optimization method of smart city based on information processing technology to save space optimization operation time. Taking coordinate of intersection point, radius of intersection point, mileage of vertical slope change point and elevation of slope change point as design variables, taking total cost of underground space construction of smart city as objective function and taking plane, vertical section, horizontal and vertical combination and environmental impact as constraint conditions, a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of underground space of smart city was constructed. Parete genetic algorithm in information processing technology was used to solve the multi-objective optimization mathematical model of the underground space of smart city, realize the automatic search for the optimal scheme of the underground space of smart city, and complete the intelligent optimization process of the underground space construction scheme of smart city. The results show that the method obtained from this study can effectively optimize the underground space of smart city and obtain the optimal subway laying line, save space and optimize operation time and improve the convergence of the method.

As China’s accession to the World Trade Organization takes longer and longer, it has gained a place in the international market. At present, in the international market, China ranks first in the trading volume of agricultural and sideline products, especially in the development of foreign trade in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa. The development momentum of the edible fungus industry continues to increase in China, becoming a leader in the emerging agricultural industry. Based on the influence of the edible fungus industry in rural areas, according to the survey and record of data valuation, the specific index data content from 2005 to 2019 was taken as an example, and a three-tier research system was proposed using var3D model. Respectively, it is the relationship between the three types of rural basic indicators, economic indicators, and industrial development indicators, verifying the role of the edible fungus industry in driving the development of beautiful new rural construction and enhancing economic development. Results show that the targeted distribution of edible fungi across the country and the construction of beautiful villages have a high degree of direct correlation, and its steep performance trend is obvious. In the analysis of the equilibrium degree of the edible fungi industry driving the local rural economic development, the edible fungi continues to strengthen the advantages of local industries have used its industrial power to further improve the intensity and integrity of local rural construction and promote the development of beautiful new rural areas. The development of the edible fungus industry has also led to the enthusiasm and source power of the construction of beautiful new villages. The development of beautiful new villages will help to enhance the gain effect of the edible fungus industry and form a new model of the beautiful new rural circular economy.

In order to improve the accuracy of intelligent recommendation of library books, an intelligent recommendation system of library books based on artificial intelligence was designed. The system uses artificial intelligence technology to clean up and normalize the data, automatically extracts the user’s historical evaluation data of books, divides the whole user space into several similar user clusters through the similar user clustering module, constructs the user book evaluation matrix according to the historical evaluation data, and uses the hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm which integrates user based and project-based to predict each user a book evaluation matrix of similar user clusters was used to realize the intelligent recommendation of library books, and the recommendation results were displayed to users through the user interface module. The results show that the average absolute error and root mean square error of the system are always the lowest, and the recommendation accuracy is high. When the control parameter is 0.4, the best intelligent book recommendation effect can be obtained; the recommended recall rate is not affected by the sparse density of the data set, and the stability is strong.

The main purpose of stage performance arrangement is to improve the audience’s satisfaction with the stage performance. For this purpose, the stage performance arrangement design method based on artificial intelligence technology was explored. In the process of stage performance action retrieval, the offline link uses the method of frame distance definition based on quaternion in artificial intelligence technology to construct the structure of motion database digraph; the real-time link determines the corresponding vertex and edge in the digraph. According to the vertices and edges in the directed graph, the performer’s trajectory was determined, and the multi-resolution filtering algorithm in artificial intelligence technology was used to extract the motion path in the performer’s trajectory. The target path of stage performance arrangement was obtained by mapping the performer’s motion path through zoom processing. Based on the goal path, by arranging the control position of the performer’s root joint and correcting the direction of the performer, the movement track of the performer in the stage performance process was reconstructed, and the stage performance layout design was realized by combining with the position arrangement of the stage performance motion segment. The experimental results show that the method can accurately plan the performers’ path and improve the user’s satisfaction with the stage performance.

The cross-border e-commerce is born in the field of international trade within the social context of economic globalization and the rapid development of the Internet technologies. Numerous B2 C cross-border intelligent e-commerce platforms are set up one after another. The importance of service innovation is recognized gradually but is not fully known and the evaluation system of their service is not sound. Therefore, how to scientifically evaluate and improve the ability of the service innovation of cross-border intelligent e-commerce platform is a hotspot. The development mode and problems of imported e-commerce retail platform are mainly focused, but the studies on intelligent innovation of cross-border e-commerce platform and on its evaluation and analysis are relatively few. To make up for the lack of understanding, four imported cross-border intelligent e-commerce retail platforms in China were chosen as the objects. Second, the evaluation model of imported cross-border intelligent e-commerce retail platforms was established based on factor analysis to obtain the evaluation index system, and these four platforms’ service innovation abilities were calculated and ranked for discussing the causes of their differences and indicating the routes clearly and definitely for the platforms to improve their service innovation ability. The results manifest that the market share and popularity of the intelligent e-commerce platforms are in direct proportion to the service innovation capability. Luxury brand marketing and high market share can significantly enhance the innovative service ability. The conclusions have a certain guiding significance for the development imported cross-border intelligent e-commerce platforms.

In order to analysis the mechanism of coal bursting pressures of deep coal seams, and take effective methods to identify, monitor and control coal bursting pressure, this study takes 21101 working face of No. 2 Coal seam in Dongpang Coal Mine as an example, risk identification was carried out for the harmful factors of coal bursting pressure in coal seam 21101 in Dongpang Coal Mine, and each influencing factor was classified. The hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors of coal bursting pressure in coal seam protruding deep in Dongpang Coal Mine was established in combination with expert opinions, and the weight of each level index was calculated by MATLAB software. The results show that the 21101 working face of No. 2 coal seam in Dongpang Coal Mine has strong impact risk, and the main risk factors include geological structure, impact resistance of coal and rock, mining stress, inducing factors, emphasis degree of impact risk. According to the hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors, the corresponding safety measures are put forward to prevent the damage caused by coal bursting pressure in advance and ensure the high quality and safe production in the mine. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to make the evaluation process more reasonable and scientific.

High rockfill embankment is widely applied to high-grade highways in mountainous areas, and its stable operation can significantly promote traffic and economic development. In this study, a stability evaluation model of high rockfill embankment was constructed based on fuzzy mathematics theory to realize effective and rapid evaluation. Considering representativeness and easy operability, 5 level-1 factor indexes and 16 level-2 factor indexes were determined from different perspectives of embankment fillers, slope conditions, hydraulic conditions, slope protection, and other factors. Weights of different factor indexes were allocated using analytic hierarchy process and all factor indexes were quantified and classified using the fuzzy statistical method according to stability level. Reliabilities of factor indexes were combined with reliability theory for analysis. Finally, the reasonability of the proposed fuzzy evaluation model was verified through application in the high rockfill embankment engineering on the secondary highway of the National Highway 316 from Xunyang to Ankang in Shaanxi Province, China. Results demonstrate that the reliability of this high rockfill embankment is 0.8671 and the final score of the evaluation system is 73.1619, indicating stability. Therefore, the proposed fuzzy evaluation model is reasonable and feasible to evaluate stability of high rockfill embankment, and can provide references for future design.

The methods of relative superior degree matrix evaluation, entropy value method, coefficient of variation method, subjective and objective weighting method and other methods were employed to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation classification model. MATLAB, SPSS and other software were used for programming to analyze the impact of risk preference, cognitive needs, and decision-making style on the risk of psychological problems of teenagers. The obtained evaluation criterion was used to evaluate the psychological status of respondents. Finally, this study analyzed and established the early-warning mechanism based on the structure model in the system engineering theory, and proposed reasonable solutions to alleviate the risk of psychological problems from the perspective of reality and combines with conclusions.

Cold recycling of asphalt pavement is important in realizing sustainable development of highway transportation. Understanding change laws of cold recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) performance is important in the correct evaluation of pavement quality and scientific formulation of maintenance strategies. Various performance indexes were analytically demonstrated to predict and evaluate change laws of the cold RAP performance. The proposed cold recycled pavement evaluation indexes were divided into three fuzzy grades of evaluation indexes and subindexes. Integral algorithms from four indexes, namely, pavement surface condition index, riding quality index, rutting depth index, and pavement structure strength index (PSSI), were combined on the basis of the traditional gray prediction model GM (1,1). Index weights were determined according to improved analytic hierarchy process, and a performance index database system based on historical data was established for the cold RAP. Finally, an evaluation system was set up on the basis of the prediction model GM (1,1), and prediction and evaluation results were analyzed with existing data. Results showed the excellent performance of the proposed method with the maximum weight of PSSI and a cold recycled pavement evaluation index score of 77.45. Goodness of fit between the prediction curve and original data is favorable with minimal relative errors. The curve analysis of evaluation indexes demonstrated the satisfactory performance of the pavement with the overall slow declining trend of pavement performance indexes. The research results of this study can provide a reference for evaluating performance variation trends of road network-level cold RAPs.
