Pengaruh Risiko Bank Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Kasus Sektor Perbankan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020) 银行对盈利能力的风险影响(印尼证券交易所2014 -2020年上市的银行行业案例研究)

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of bank risk on profitability in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Bank risk includes credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk. The total sample is 36 banks. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results showed that credit risk and operational risk had a significant negative effect on profitability. Market risk, capital risk and bankruptcy risk have a significant positive effect on profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity risk has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, all bank risks have a significant positive effect on profitability together. The level of determination is 96.94%, while 3.06% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
本研究旨在研究和确定银行风险对2015-2020年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的银行业盈利能力的影响。银行风险包括信用风险、市场风险、操作风险、流动性风险、资金风险和破产风险。样本总数为36家银行。本研究采用面板数据回归分析。结果表明,信用风险和操作风险对盈利能力有显著的负向影响。市场风险、资本风险和破产风险对盈利能力有显著的正向影响。同时,流动性风险对盈利能力没有显著影响。同时,所有银行风险对盈利能力都有显著的正向影响。测定水平为96.94%,3.06%受未纳入本研究的其他变量影响

Self Efficacy dan Profesionalisme Sebagai Variabel Intervening Antara On The Job Training Dan Kinerja Pegawai

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which on the job training methods can affect employee performance and whether the intervening variables of professionalism and self efficacy can increase the effect of on the job training methods on employee performance. Total population and sample are 74 respondents. The data analysis technique of this research uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results obtained are on the job training affects employee performance by 22.9%, on the job training affects professionalism is 72.7%., on the job training affects self-efficacy by 77.4%, professionalism affects performance employees by 44.7% and self-efficacy affects employee performance by 32.7%. As well as the value of the indirect effect between on the job training, Professionalism and Employee Performance, the original sample interval coefficient value is 0.325 or 34.5% while the indirect effect between on the job training, Self efficacy and Employee Performance is obtained by the original sample interval coefficient value of 0.253 or 25.3%.

This research is motivated by the need for good management of employees in managing workloads, work conflicts and work stress to be able to improve the resulting performance and be strengthened by a better level of job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of workload management, work conflict and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The research was conducted at PT Harapan Teknik Shipyard with a total sample of 58 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is an influence of work conflict management on employee job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress management on employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship of work conflict management on employee performance. There is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work stress management and employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease to use and subjective norms on intention to use with perceived usefulness and attitude towards use as an intervening variable (a study on users of the JKN mobile application segment of workers receiving corporate wages in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan). The data collection methods used are library research and field studies by distributing questionnaires to 190 users of the JKN mobile application for the segment of workers who receive wages for business entities in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on intention to use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; and attitude towards use has a positive and significant effect on intention to use.

The dual role experienced by female employees can create stress which, if it happens continuously, will interfere with employee productivity and performance in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict on employee performance through job stress management as an intervening variable and social support as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on women employees at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk with a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling approach which was processed by SmartPLS program. From the research conducted, it is concluded that 1) work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress management, 3) job stress management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) social support does not moderate the relationship of work family conflict to job stress management, 5) social support weakens the relationship of work family conflict to employee performance.

The research objective is to find out how Le Dian Hotel can carry out its commitment to provide quality service to every guest represented in an organizational culture so that it can make employees more motivated to achieve maximum work performance and performance assisted by optimal empowerment. The research object was the employees of Hotel Le Dian, Serang with a total sample of 100 people. Data analysis using SEM-PLS model. The results showed that there was a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance and achievement motivation. There is a positive influence of achievement motivation on employee performance and there is a positive moderation of empowerment on the relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. This research implies the importance of organizational culture at Le Dian Hotel to be able to improve employee performance which is strengthened by high achievement motivation and employee empowerment.

This study aims to examine the effect of performance appraisal on job satisfaction through career development and compensation as intervening variables. The study was conducted on 91 permanent employees of Bank BJB who worked in Regional Offices of Banten IV and had worked for at least 3 years using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed 1) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee job satisfaction, 2) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on career development, where the better the performance appraisal, the more Employee career development, 3) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on compensation, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee compensation, 4) Career development has no effect on job satisfaction, 5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction employee work, where the higher the compensation, the higher the job satisfaction.
本研究旨在通过职业发展和薪酬作为中介变量,探讨绩效评估对工作满意度的影响。本研究采用有目的抽样技术,对91名在万丹四区办事处工作且至少工作3年的BJB银行正式员工进行了研究。数据分析采用SEM-PLS方法。结果表明:(1)绩效考核对工作满意度有显著的正向影响,绩效考核越好,员工的工作满意度越高;(2)绩效考核对职业发展有显著的正向影响,绩效考核越好,员工的职业发展越好;4)职业发展对工作满意度没有影响;5)薪酬对员工工作满意度有显著的正向影响,薪酬越高,工作满意度越高。

Employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bojongdatar in 2019 decreased compared to previous years, this indicates that the employee's performance has not been maximized. This can be caused by the ineffective factor of realization of financial compensation. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the realization of financial compensation on employee performance through the level of discipline and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This research method uses quantitative methods using causality, which is looking for explanations in the form of a cause-and-effect relationship between several concepts or variables, the researcher collects primary data using a proportional random sampling technique in which the minimum sample size is multiplied by the number of indicators in this study the minimum sample size is measured. taken are 6 x 17 = 102 respondents and data analysis techniques with software Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the realization of financial compensation had a direct effect on employee performance and there was an effect after being tested with the intervening variable on the level of discipline and job satisfaction.

P T Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) builds a corporate culture of "RAISE" as values that are believed, carried out and become the daily behavior and habits of all Jasindo people. This study aims to determine the application of "RAISE" work culture and its effect on employee performance through two intervening variables, job satisfaction and affective commitment. The research object was the employees of PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Serang, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used a PLS-based SEM approach. Based on the hypothesis test at the 10% significance level, the results of work culture have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, while affective commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found an indirect effect of work culture on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable.

This paper was conducted to examine the effect of service quality to word of mouth (WOM) and relational commitment to student satisfaction as an interevening variable. The study was conducted at students of Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. The number of samples in this study were 97 students with a propionate stratified random sampling method, which means that the sampling was carried out proportionally to each stratum in the population, in this case students from each faculty at Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. Data analysis method used in this research was Smart PLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicated that (1) Service quality has a positive effect on students satisfaction, (2) Service quality has a positive effect to Word of Mouth, (3) Service quality has no effect on relational commitment, (4) Students satisfaction have no effect to word of mouth, (5) Students satisfaction has a positive effect to relational commitment, (6) Relational commitment is affected to word of mouth.
