Research Objectives: To determine the role of da'i in empowering modern society. Research Methods: Qualitative. Research Results: So far the roles of da'i and da'iyah in society are identical as traveling preachers. Even though the role of a da'i will expand in line with the progress and expectations of society. It is possible for a preacher to be an economist at the same time, a preacher can also be a politician, or a preacher can also be a motivator, doctor to social worker and community empowerment expert. So the position and role of da'i and da'iyah become very important and strategic in society. Especially now that we are heading towards a modern society. The purpose of this research is to find formulations and methods of da'wah strategies and management that are effective for the community in warding off solicitations or inducements to change to other religions. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with a field observation approach to the problem to be studied. The results of the study found that an effective way to prevent Christianization in the Cisantana village community, Cigugur sub-district, Kuningan district, can be done in various ways; da'wah bil hall or with concrete actions, such as strengthening the people's economy through empowering the Baitul Maal (collecting zakat infaq, grants, and almsgiving), increasing the quality and quantity of Islamic-based education (Islamic boarding schools and other Islamic religious schools), strengthening Islamic ukhuwah among people.

Thirteen years of proselytizing in Makkah and ten years in Medina were periods of the struggle of the Prophet Muhammad to lay the foundations of Islam on the face of the earth. The Prophet had gone through all forms of conditions and challenges of proselytizing, even having to deal with close relatives who opposed Islamic proselytizing. This condition further strengthened and strengthened the principle of the Prophet's proselytizing struggle in the early days of seeding the beauty of Islam in all corners of Arabia. Despite strong resistance from his people, the Prophet remained steadfast and was able to cultivate proselytizing wisely. The portrait of the Prophet's proselytizing is the perfection of the manhaj of proselytizing, so the pattern of the Prophet in proselytizing must be the main qibla for a da'i in regulating the pattern of his proselytizing in society, of course, by adjusting to the conditions of today's times. Manhaj dakwah Nabi became an important and mandatory reference for every da'i, to know how muslims should behave when facing proselytizing land in society.

This study aims to describe the quality management of preaching cadre education at the Mohammad Natsir College of Da'wah (STID). The research method used is approachanalytical descriptive. The results of the study show that first, the competence of graduates formulated by the institution is in accordance with the needs of students who are cadres to become preachers. Second, the management function in academic services at STID Mohammad Natsir has been implemented, namely by the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Third, that the academic service management system that runs at STID Mohammad Natsir is still not optimal to produce graduates who have the competence as preachers in accordance with the competencies formulated by the higher education institution. The recommendation is that an ongoing quality management system should be carried out in totality and ensure that each management function has been carried out properly.

To find out the Da'wah Map of Blimbing Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency in 2022. Research Method: Qualitative. Research Results: From the SWOT analysis, preaching in Blimbing has several opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, including: (low opportunity) a consumptive society, (moderate opportunity) the need for free education and a modernizing society, (best opportunity) the majority Muslim religion, requires true Islamic teachings, is egalitarian, welcome, enthusiastic, as well as adequate means of proselytizing, (major threat) religious and community sentiments that are inclusive, (moderate threat) there is competition between institutions, (minor threat) the community heterogeneous, (strength) da'wah can be carried out openly and comprehensively, and (weaknesses) the lack of preachers and their quality, as well as the lack of maximizing the power of da'wah. Conclusion: Da'wah in Blimbing Village is carried out actively and organized through proselytizing organizations/institutions as well as programs of existing religious facilities. Adequate facilities include mosques and prayer rooms, formal and diniyah educational institutions, as well as various community charities to support da'wah. However, the da'wah that has been carried out has not been maximized, so efforts are needed to improve weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and minimize threats to become strengths of da'wah.

Disorientation necessitates natural stimuli as the answer to human psychological aspects. This effort is carried out through spiritual values as a means of the soul for damage to orientation which really needs to be returned to its original position as created by Allah SWT. Research observes social phenomena that are minus the norm as many have reported through the mass media. The problem data is tried to be confirmed through the revelation approach as information which provides many answers to psychiatric problems, accompanied by explanations from experts involved in handling moral problems. This finding is intended as a scientific contribution related to the handling of these psychological problems.

The study of human character is a very important study in the global era, because almost all psychologists and modern education and human resource research recognize that positive character development really helps every organism or individual achieve success and improve the quality of human resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prove that the types of characters in the Qur'an are superior characters and have been tested by history which have given birth to the great success of Muslims in the past. This study also aims to explore the noble and superior characters in the Qur'an in improving human resources. Among these characters is the character of courage (As-Syaja'ah). The method used in this study is a non-interactive qualitative method that focuses on literature studies (library research) integrated with historical studies (Historical Research) accompanied by the experiences of certain communities and in certain periods with analysis, re-interpretation and description according to context. and contemporary life. The results of this study are; know the types of positive and constructive character in Islamic education, namely courage and analysis of its implementation in the learning process in modern education. The benefit for educators, educational institutions and parents is to provide broad and superior insights and competencies for them in education.

Empowerment of women requires serious efforts, because of its strategic position in the natural life of Indonesia. Although the economic responsibility rests on the shoulders of men, family life always places women in almost the same position. Especially for underprivileged families or when women are left by their husbands. Women are forced to be the support of the family in various sectors. The Salimah Institute, which focuses on dealing with women, tries to provide empowerment assistance in the Selatpanjang area of the Meranti Archipelago, Riau. The process is carried out through awareness, training and building opportunities for development.

Research purposes:To find out how the mentoring model carried out by the Ainul Yakin Islamic boarding school in instilling Islamic values into the people of Krangtengah Hamlet, Tepus, Gunungkidul. Research Methods: Qualitative. The results of the study: The mentoring model carried out was categorized into four stages, namely First, Assistance by providing facilities to the community, in the form of providing a place, providing study materials through recitations held by the Islamic boarding school, activities for managing corpses and fostering ta'mir mosques. in Karangtengah Hamlet. Second, assistance through strengthening, namely by providing religious guidance to the community, involving the community to become employees of Islamic boarding schools, mutual cooperation and training. Third, assistance on the aspect of protection, Islamic boarding schools protect the community from the threat of the Plecit bank that ensnares residents. Fourth, the stage of support, implemented in the form of support for Islamic boarding schools in providing facilities and infrastructure for the community da'wah process.
