Research Objectives: To find out and obtain an overview of the stages and results of Youth Empowerment through the Basic Mechanical Engineering Education and Training Program by the Hadaida Technical Center for Job Training. Research method: Qualitative. Results: The empowerment stages carried out by the Hadaida Technical Center were considered successful, because they were directly proportional to the results obtained by empowered education and training alumni, not only in terms of mechanical engineering, but also in the religious field. So that the alumni become better than before. The composition of education and training at the Ahadaida Center is 75% practical and 25% theory. The stages used are the awareness stage, the ability transformation stage, and the intellectual ability improvement stage

AL-FAJAR BERSERI FOUNDATION PREACHING STRATEGY IN DEVELOPING THE LIFE SKILLS OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL REHABILITATION Al-fajar berseri基金会在精神康复患者发展生活技能方面的宣传策略

Research purposes: This study aims to determine the da'wah strategy applied by the Al-Fajar Berseri Foundation to people with mental rehabilitation or ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders) with the strategies applied to them so that it can also be applied to people with mental rehabilitation who are outside , or if it can be applied to other normal people. Research Methods: The method used in this research is using qualitative methods using purposive sampling data analysis techniques combined with the Miles & Huberman interaction analysis model with the theory of da'wah strategy proposed by Al-Bayanuni, namely by taking some samples from a large number of representatives of the population to explore further important information regarding the strategy of da'wah and coaching and mental recovery of people with mental disabilities into other normal people. Conclusion: In the results of this study, it was found that the strategy carried out by the Al-Fajar Bereri Foundation for people with mental rehabilitation, there were at least 2 stages, 1. At this stage, the chairman of the Al-Fajar Bereri Foundation, namely Marsan Susanto, gave water ruqyah, massage and massage and traditional ingredients. 2. Muslims have a misunderstanding of the ideology of terrorism with the doctrine of jihad. The Islamic community does not have the power to understand their own religion, because there are people who give knowledge to themselves who are wrong about Islam, so that the community gets a misunderstanding about jihad. Terrorism is an event that worries all nations in the world, including Indonesia. Cases of terrorism have led to the emergence of government programs in an effort to deradicalize terrorists so that they no longer commit the same crimes. One of the efforts of the government and social welfare institutions is through the technical guidance program. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of former terrorist convicts to the assistance of the Insan Cita Foundation through the Bimbtek Program in Makassar City. The research method used is qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the response of former terrorism convicts to the Insan Cita Foundation assistance through a technical guidance program in Makassar City, from a cognitive perspective, ex-terrorism convicts are able to recognize the program being followed. Then from the affective aspect, it can be seen with the feelings of former terrorism convicts who are quite satisfied with the technical guidance program. And from a conative perspective, ex-terrorism convicts have been able to determine their attitude about what to do after this technical guidance program is implemented. As for the mentoring stage, this research is more inclined to the facilitation stage because this program provides guidance and capital facilities for ex-terrorism convicts as program participants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of preachers in the process of developing Islamic education in the coastal community of Kangge Island. Using qualitative research methods. The results of the study found that the first da'i was a facilitator. It is the da'i who have provided insight, motivated and discussed with the community, and then the results of the discussion were communicated to outside parties or stakeholders to get support in the development of Islamic education. Second, preachers as educators. That is, da'i are directly involved in becoming teachers. In addition, the da'i also held discussions with other teachers to formulate teaching and learning activities. The process of developing Islamic education through pdevelopment of community approach.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kondisi umum pendidikan di Indonesia dan strategi yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, serta dampaknya dalam pengembangan SDM masyarakat. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kualitatif-kepustakaaan. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini belum bisa dibanggakan. Rendahnya daya saing pelajar Indonesia, munculnya pemasalahan internal dan eksternal dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, menjadi indikator kuat bahwa SDM yang ada masih belum mampu berkontribusi secara maksimal untuk kemajuan bangsa. Mau tidak mau kita harus mengakui bahwa SDM seperti ini terlahir dari kualitas pendidikan yang masih rendah. Namun sebagai anak bangsa, tentunya kita harus optimis bahwa keadaan ini bisa kita perbaiki. Menyusun strategi untuk kepentingan tersebut adalah sesuatu yang urgent untuk kita ambil. Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah dengan merancang konsep Renstra (Rencana Strategi) Kemendikbud 2020-2024. Renstra kemendikbud disusun sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan tugas kemendikbud yang merupakan penggerak sektor pembangunan dalam bidang pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan berbagai strategi dan program yang sudah tercantum dalam Renstra ini membutuhkan peran aktif masyarakat untuk mensukseskannya. Melalui peran aktif masyarakat diharapkan hasil dari pelaksanaan Renstra ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, yang akhirnya mampu meningkatkan kualitas SDM masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran lembaga Karawang Peduli Foundation dalam program kemanusiaan terhadap masyarakat pelosok Kampung Cirendeu Desa Ciptasari Kecamatan Pangkalan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode Penelitian: Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaksi Miles & Huberman dengan teori peran lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang dikemukakan oleh Zubaedi. Hasil Penelitian : Peran Karawang Peduli Foundation dalam program kemanusiaan yaitu sebagai fasilitator, pendidik atau educator, perantara atau mediator, dan teknikal. Kesimpulan : Dalam hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa peran lembaga Karawang Peduli Foundation yaitu 1. Sebagai fasilitator yang memberikan stimulasi dan dukungan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan uluran tangan dalam berbagai kegiatan kemanusiaan. 2. Sebagai pendidik yang memberikan pendidikan baik di bidang sosial maupun keagamaan. 3. Sebagai perantara dalam menghubungkan aset kesejahteraan sosial. 4. Sebagai teknikal dalam pengelolaan program peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial. Peran tersebut terdapat pada program kemanusiaan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Karawang Peduli Foundation terhadap masyarakat pelosok Kampung Cirendeu.

Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan teori strategi komunikasi yang dikemukakan Anwar Arifin meliputi: mengenal khalayak, menyusun pesan, menentukan metode, pemilihan penggunaan media dan peranan komunikator. THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC GOVERNMENT IN BUMI MELAYU 伊斯兰政府在马来西亚的角色

ABSTRAK Melayu berasal dari kata Malaya dvipa dari kitab Hindu Purana yang berarti tanah yang dikelilingi air yang merujuk pada sebuah Kerajaan Melayu Kuno di Jambi pada abad ke-7. Malayu atau Melayu hingga kini terkadang diidentikkan dengan Riau dan sekitarnya. Masyarakat melayu pada umumya identik dengan Islam yang menjadi pondasi dari sumber adat istiadatnya. Oleh karena itu, adat istiadat orang Melayu Riau bersendikan syarak dan syarak bersendikan Kitabullah. Budaya melayu di Provinsi Riau tidak hanya meninggalkan sebuah momentum historis kultural saja, namun juga meninggalkan beragam perspektif antara lain seperti pemerintahan,pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Sebelum Indonesia merdeka dan Riau bergabung kedalamnya sebagai bagian dari wilayah teritorial, model pemerintahannya adalah monarki (kerajaan). Sistem pemerintahan kerajaan di Riau mengenal kontrak politik antara raja dengan rakyat. Berakhirnya pola sistem pemerintahan monarki ini ditandai dengan bergabungnya Kerajaan Melayu Riau kedalam bagian Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia pasca kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 1945. Tulisan ini secara historis akan melihat bagaimana Islam sebagai jiwa kebudayaan Melayu terbentuk, berproses, dan bernegoisasi yang akhirnya membentuk suatu kebudayaan yang hadir di sejarah Nusantara ini. Bagaimana peran politik Islam sangat kental dalam mengatur sendi-sendi kehidupan masyarakat melayu. Pada bagian pertama melihat bagaimana sejarah Kemelayuan di Nusantara. Bagian kedua, secara kritis melihat sistem pemerintahan kerajaan melayu dan fase perubahan dari Hindu ke Islam

DA'WAH STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE UNDERSTANDING OF FARAIDH SCIENCE IN SOCIETY 达华的策略是增加社会对科学的理解

This study aims to analyze the implementation and constraints that affect the application of Islamic inheritance law among Muslims. This research is a qualitative research, using the methods of descriptive approach, sociology, normative theology and historical. Research shows that the implementation of Islamic inheritance law is more dominantly done in the family due to various factors. The special portion provided for the heirs is owned by the parents and is in absolute control. The application of the law for the division of property is always done by distributing it to the heirs by family without looking at the provisions of God's law. Problems in the application of Islamic inheritance law include the thickness of customary law and the low understanding of Islamic inheritance law (Ilmu Faraidh). Here the da'wah to teach the Science of Faraidh and various sciences of jurisprudence that began to understand the science of Faraidh became a must done by the community. And there is a need for systematic strengthening of da'wah so that knowledge is understood in a kaffah manner so that the application of maqashid syariah becomes more comprehensive.
