Kindergarten space design based on BP (back propagation) neural network 基于BP(反向传播)神经网络的幼儿园空间设计

In the past, designers relied primarily on past experience and reference to industry standard thresholds to design spaces. Such design often results in spaces that do not meet the needs of users. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process and way of generating design parameters by constructing a BP neural network algorithm for spatial design. From the perspective. This paper adopts an experimental research method to take a kindergarten with a large number of complex needs in space as the object of study, and through the BP neural network algorithm in machine learning, the correlation between environmental behavior parameters and spatial design parameters is imprinted. The way of generating spatial design parameters is studied. In the future, the corresponding spatial design parameters can be derived by replacing specific environmental behavior influence factors, which can be applied to a wider range of scenarios and improve the efficiency of designers.

International Cases and Their Implications on School Safety in Korea 国际案例及其对韩国学校安全的启示

Recent accidents in school environment involving violence, and bullying indicate that school safety is exposed to a serious threat to community well-being. Such incidents come as big problem because various policies and programs have widely long been implemented in order to protect the school environment. Thus, it is critical for the local community and goverment to develop measures for prevention. However, some of the incidents are misrepresented because school environment still remains as one of the safest settings. The current study discusses successful case studies of education, policies and projects regarding school violence and safety that are enforced in many other nations. One of the most practical and concrete means of pursuing an improved level of school safety is for the local community to be actively involved in the process. And one of the key factors for the success of international programs was that it was very much an integrative approach involving a joint effort with the local communities, accompanying a strong tie between the school and its surrounding context.

A Study on the Development of Product Planning Prediction Model Using Logistic Regression Algorithm 基于Logistic回归算法的产品计划预测模型开发研究

This study was conducted to propose a product planning prediction model using logistic regression algorithm to predict seasonal factors and rapidly changing product trends. First, we collected unstructured data of consumers in portal sites and online markets using web crawling, and analyzed meaningful information about products through preprocessing for transformation of standardized data. The datasets of 11,200 were analyzed by Logistic Regression to analyze consumer satisfaction, frequency analysis, and advantages and disadvantages of products. The result of analysis showed that the satisfaction of consumers was 92% and the defective issues of products were confirmed through frequency analysis. The results of analysis on the use satisfaction, system efficiency, and system effectiveness items of the developed product planning prediction program showed that the satisfaction was high. Defective issues are very meaningful data in that they provide information necessary for quickly recognizing the current problem of products and establishing improvement strategies.

본 연구는 1인 미디어 이용 만족도를 개인의 심리특성 즉, 감각추구성향과 미디어 인게이지먼트 매개효과를 토대로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 감각추구성향 특성이 1인 미디어의 이용 만족 도에 ‘스릴과 모험추구’ 요인과 ‘경험추구’ 요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감각추구성향 특성이 미디 어 인게이지먼트에는 ‘탈(脫)억제’ 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 미디어 인게이지먼트가 1인 미디어 이용 만족도에는 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 감각추구성향 특성이 미디어 인게이지먼 트를 매개로 하여 1인 미디어 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 ‘스릴과 모험추구’ 요인과 ‘경험추구’ 요인 그리고 ‘탈(脫)억제’ 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 1인 미디어 제작 방향과 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 데 유용한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

In this study, the molecular dynamics simulation of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DOPC) single molecule was conducted by changing the solvent properties in order to investigate the change in the glycerol backbone structure in phospholipids according to the solvent properties. DOPC has three different conformations according to glycerol C1C2 bond: A(θ3 = trans, θ4 = gauche), B(θ3 = gauche, θ4 = gauche-), C(θ3 = gauche-, θ4 = trans). Changes in the glycerol backbone structure of the DOPC were examined using the solvent’s dielectric constant and surface tension constant as variables. As a result, the population of the B structure increased as the dielectric constant increased. The reason is that the solvation energy of the B structure is larger than that of A. In addition, as the surface tension constant increased, the population of the B structure increased because the surface area of B was smaller than that of A. The results of these studies are expected to be used in the study of phospholipid structure in the future.

Effects of career maturity, major satisfaction, and self-control on job stress of college students 职业成熟度、专业满意度和自我控制对大学生工作压力的影响

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of career maturity major satisfaction, self-control on university students' job stress. Data collection was conducted from November 2018 to February, 2019 in 236 students who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The lower the career maturity (β=-.258), job stress was the higher. Also, the lower major satisfaction (β=-.377), the higher the job stress, and the lower the self-control (β= -.275), the job stress was the higher. Through these results, education programs that link students from their childhood to college students are needed to improve their career maturity, satisfaction with majors and self-control(r=-.410, p<.001).

본 연구의 목적은 블록체인 기반의 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 우리나라 광고홍보학과 교과과정 혁신과 전공 교육 내실화 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구는 블록체인 기반의 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 광고회사의 인력양성 방향과 대학의 광고홍보학과 진로교육체계에 대한 관심이 높은 광고회사의 인사 담당자, AE, 그리고 제작 담당자 6명을 2개 집단으로 나누어 심층면접조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 광고홍보학과 교과과정은 아직 블록체인 기반 광고산업의 변화에 대응하는 교과가 개편되지 않고 진로교육도 전통매체 시대의 방법이 그대로 진행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 미래의 광고 전문인력을 양성하기 위해서는 광고홍보교육은 블록체인이라는 혁명적인 변화 동력에 적응할 수 있는 전문 가로 양성되도록 교과목을 운영하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 하겠다.
本研究的目的是为迎接以区块链为基础的第四次产业革命时代,提出我国广告宣传专业课程创新和专业教育充实化方案。本研究在以区块链为基础的第四次产业革命时代到来之际,将广告公司的人力培养方向和对大学广告宣传专业前途教育体系高度关注的广告公司的人事负责人、AE以及6名制作负责人分为两个群体进行了深入的面试调查。研究结果显示,广告宣传专业课程尚未改编应对区块链基础广告产业变化的课程,前途教育也在沿用传统媒体时代的方法。为了培养未来的广告专业人才,广告宣传教育作为能够适应区块链这一革命性变化动力的专业人才,开设课程非常重要。
