There is a growing interest and need for adaptive reuse and remodeling as a method for sustainable urban regeneration and residential improvement. The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for the remodeling of detached house for adaptive reuse in Korea. To this end, a theoretical review and case analysis was conducted on the remodeling in ‘Gupo-Saetulmaul’ and ‘Haeridan-gil’ in Busan City. The implications through the study are as follows. (1) Programs for residents participation and sustainable management of buildings are needed. (2) Coexist between residential and commercial use is needed. (3) A guideline for planning and designing street and building remodeling is needed at the level of the entire detached housing site.
适应性再利用和改造作为可持续城市更新和住宅改善的一种方法,越来越受到人们的关注和需要。本研究的目的是为韩国独立住宅的适应性再利用改造提出建议。为此,对釜山市“龟浦新村”和“海里丹吉”的改建进行了理论分析和案例分析。本研究的启示如下:(1)需要居民参与和建筑可持续管理的方案。(2)商住共存。(3)需要在整个独立住宅基地层面制定街道和建筑改造的规划和设计指南。

The Effect of Vibration Convergence Prop Exercise on Batting Speed and Batting Accuracy in Elementary School Baseball Players 振动收敛支柱练习对小学生棒球运动员击球速度及击球精度的影响

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of prop exercise convergence using vibration on batting speed and batting accuracy in elementary school baseball players. Three times a week for six weeks. The vibration exercise experimental group and the control group were divided into each twenty members. The experimental group performed vibration convergence prop exercise, and the control group performed general exercise. Batting speed and Batting accuracy were measured. The experimental and control groups showed significant differences in the groups of batting speed before and after intervention. There was significant difference between the batting accuracy in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group. Prop convergence vibration exercise may help to improve the batting speed and batting accuracy of elementary school baseball players. In the future, adult and sport injury patient are needed.
