This paper starts with a mutual inductance coupling model and takes compensation structure of 'series connection-series connection' as an example to respectively deduce the mathematical expressions for system output power and efficiency when traditional resonant compensation strategy and non-resonant compensation strategy are adopted, so as to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two strategies from the aspect of influence of coupling coefficient change on the output power and efficiency. Then, to cope with the drawbacks of non-resonant compensation strategy, a dynamic modelling method for electromobile's dynamic wireless charging system based on dual-LCL non-resonant compensation is proposed to analyse the structure's function of improving the system's power transmission capacity and determination method of different component parameters from the perspectives of circuit equivalence and impedance conversion. Models are built for rectifier and filter circuit, DC-DC circuit and loading battery pack for receiving terminal, and the characteristics of each link are expressed mathematically.

To lower the wireless charge coil losses and leakage level of magnetic field for electromobile, a relay method with decentralised control logic based on active excitation detection by secondary side is proposed. It is guaranteed to only excite the primary coil below electromobile that raises charging requirement, to realise precise localisation and local power supply. The method fully multiplexes primary/secondary power coil and needs no additional sensing unit or centralised signal line. The active excitation detection circuit is configured as series connection-series connection compensating network and utilises its characteristic of frequency splitting to enhance intensity of detecting signal and avoid the overflow of secondary side's active excitation. A reasonable relay control flow is designed to reduce the power needed for detection and avoid conflict of simultaneous excitation of primary and secondary sides. Lastly, a simulation experiment was conducted to verify the feasibility of relay method proposed.

This paper is devoted to designing a kind of UAV robust information interaction detection and tracking control system suitable for external interference suppression. Firstly, a model UAV rotor is viewed as a Linear Parameter-Varying (LPV) system, take it as an objective to make system design, and consider information interaction detection and isolation scheme through an observer library, to detect and isolate sensor information interaction. Then, improve a kind of existing adaptive variable space algorithm, introduce the algorithm thought into improvement of particle swarm optimisation, and when evolutional generation of population reaches to an integer multiple of a preset period, automatically expand or shrink the size of search space according to improved adaptive variable space algorithm, which automatically seeks for proper search space, improves convergence rate and accuracy, and effectively prevents premature convergence of particle swarm optimisation. Finally, effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through experiment in simulation model.

Aiming at the problem of heavy body inertia, non-stationary and non-linear properties of the load for a large wheel-type steelworks transporter, a research on power matching and optimum performance control for nonlinear driving system is done. Through analysis and modelling by the characteristics of the engine and hydraulic converter, input/output characteristic and drawbar performance of the engine and torque converter are obtained. Proved by practice, the research results have important guiding significance, which can be applied to other similar products.

Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP) is frequently regarded as a central resource for the achievement of business success, a way of creating competitive advantage and often the initiator for new services and products. In the context where information technology is of increasing importance for the future of the organisation, the way in which the information resource is planned and integrated into the core business is playing an important role for users and managers. However, SISP approaches are complex and their use in organisations is not fully understood. This paper aims to highlight key theoretical and practical issues by describing important SISP characteristics, comparing three widely used SISP approaches (BSP, SUMMIT–S and Information Engineering), and discussing the approaches in the light of experience of actual SISP use from recent user surveys. The conclusions are that approaches differ mainly in their scope, particularly in the production of an implementation plan, and recommendations for practice are made in the light of problems and issues discussed.

Electronic data interchange (EDI) is a powerful, cost saving and streamlining information technology that has rapidly gained international acceptance over the last few years. This paper aims to facilitate a clearer understanding of the issues involved in formulating and implementing an EDI strategy. In particular the paper analyses the potential benefits to be derived from EDI implementation, while at the same time outlining operational and management difficulties likely to arise as a result of implementation. The paper focuses on the inter– and intra–organisational issues which EDI gives rise to - since it is a service which entails co–operation between trading parties to gain the greatest benefits. Similarly the relationship between EDI and other related strategies, such as quick response and just–in–time, are discussed. The paper also outlines the relationship between EDI and electronic funds transfer (EFT). It argues that EDI–EFT has the potential to have a major impact in re–defining organisational cash management policies and strategies - particularly in relation to the 'float' - as well as the relationship between organisations and their respective financial institutions. The paper provides an overview of relevant work taking place internationally, with an emphasis on North American and European developments.

A highly accurate measuring system has been developed for providing three–dimensional measurements of engineering surfaces and the quantification of surface degradations due to wear or other deformation processes. It is based on a stylus profile–tracing instrument, and incorporates an automatically controlled parallel–profile digitising stage. A software package has been developed to facilitate the processing, manipulation and visualisation of the data to research workers and/or customers. Examples of typical quantitative and qualitative full–colour surface representations produced by the system are shown.
