Today, the tourism industry is changing and transforming, depends on changes in the world and is most affected by technological factors, such as total digitalization and informatization of the processes of formation, implementation and consumption of a regional tourist product. Ukrainian tourism in such a fast-moving space with huge flows of information needs a new clear conceptual strategy of image positioning on the international market, which in general creates the need for new tactics of reputation management of the national tourist destination and can be implemented through the concept of digitalization of the management of the national tourist destination proposed by the author and relevant models of reputational tactics.

The maritime industry has witnessed remarkable transformations with the advent of innovative technologies that have revolutionized the efficiency of merchant shipping. Using artificial intelligence and analytics on a variety of publicly available data, transportation companies can collect and analyze real-time data to make informed decisions. In modern conditions, the potential benefits of autonomous vessels equipped with advanced sensors, machine learning algorithms and sophisticated control systems are being explored. The ability to work without human intervention minimizes errors, reduces costs and optimizes cargo handling processes. However, challenges such as cyber security and the need for comprehensive regulations remain open for further research.

The tasks of increasing the degree of cohesion and convergence are among the key ones for the post-war recovery and development of regional economic systems. They aim of socio-economic cohesion increase is mentioned as the main in the State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine, in the Post-War Recovery Plan, at it brings national regional development goals closer to European ones. In order to implement the tasks of post-war recovery and further development of regional economic systems (RES) based on the effective use of available resources, it is necessary to develop a methodological toolkit, to define strategic principles for the construction and development of RES. The peculiarities of the operation of RES in the period of post-war recovery are indicated. The concepts of "solidarity from below" and "solidarity from above" are introduced. An analogy is drawn between the management of the RES and the coordination of the activities of enterprises within the framework of the CPFR strategy. The means of stimulating cooperation in the RES, in particular institutional mechanisms and information technologies, are considered. Simulation models of economic cooperative subsystems were built using the iThink program.

Ukraine, like most countries of the world, constantly faces the problems of corruption, lack of effective governance and lack of transparency in the activities of state structures. State audit is an important tool to identify violations of the law and the risks associated with the negligence of officials and the lack of efficiency of the state administration system. The purpose of the work is to study and analyze the process of development of the state audit system in Ukraine, to identify the factors affecting its effectiveness and to consider the possibilities for further improvement of this system. The object of the study is the system of state audit in Ukraine, which includes the legal framework, state audit bodies and procedures for conducting state audit. The system of public audit in Ukraine has evolved over the past 30 years in accordance with changes in the economic, social and political spheres of the country. The first steps to create a state audit system were taken in 1991, when Ukraine became an independent state.

In Ukraine, during a state of war, many children are learning online instead of attending physical schools. Learning is conducted remotely from home or other places where conditions allow. The state has also faced a range of problems that need to be addressed promptly and without experience in dealing with similar situations. Ukraine has faced problems with distance learning since the beginning of the pandemic, and with the increase of Russian aggression, the situation has become even more challenging, despite the state's efforts to improve it. However, Ukraine has been able to follow the same path that European countries took several decades ago in a very short period of time. Studying and analyzing the current situation will allow recommendations to be made for solving similar problems not only in Ukraine but also in other countries where armed conflicts will interfere with the learning process. This article is an interim outcome of the UUT21 project (Research Project No. 1877-01/21) "Online Learning during times of conflict and the welfare of children and teachers".

Local self-government is an important component of the democratic system in Ukraine, and Odesa and the Odesa region are no exception. This article examines the peculiarities of local self-government in Odesa and the Odesa region. One of the peculiarities of local self-government in Odesa and the Odesa region is the presence of many local initiatives and community organizations that actively participate in their territories’ development. This allows for more resources and ideas to be mobilized to address the problems faced by the city and region. If local self-government is successfully implemented in Odesa and the Odesa region, it could serve as an example for other regions in Ukraine. However, in order to achieve success, it is necessary to ensure the effective functioning of local government bodies, to increase the level of citizens’ participation in the decentralization process, reform local self-government, define the powers of local authorities, establish the local self-government budget, and conduct local elections.
