At the present stage, theoretical issues of forming basic methods and techniques for investigating property crimes committed by minors are relevant; general patterns of theft of other people's property by them and the general trends in their detection and investigation related to this type of crime are relevant. The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of a basic methodology and technique for investigating property crimes committed by minors. In accordance with the stated purpose of the study, its tasks are: to assess the current state and determine the directions for further improvement of the theoretical support for the practice of combating property crimes committed by minors; to determine the content of the basic forensic characteristics of acts of theft of other people's property, to identify the relationship between its elements, to determine their role in putting forward typical versions in the investigation of these crimes. In the course of the study, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, logical and systemic analysis. The study found that the forensic characterisation of crimes committed by minors is important, since minors react more sharply and quickly to negative social changes, and this factor is the reason for the differentiation of criminal liability, which separates minors into a separate category of criminals. The study has revealed a significant criminogenic role of the immediate negative environment in the formation of the personality of a juvenile criminal who. Since the moral formation of a juvenile's personality begins in the school and continues in the educational or labour collective, there is a close connection and continuity between these stages. A person's personality is determined by his or her lifestyle, level of spirituality, social, material and other values, including the informal status in a social group. The orientation of a personality largely depends on such negative factors associated with the emergence of a mercenary orientation as the influence of previously convicted persons who are organisers or active participants in thefts.

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the main reason for the impact of all the negative factors observed in society and generating mercenary crimes in it is the social maladjustment of the offender's personality. This is the quality of his socialisation, in which he acquires negative experience, which in the future leads to his unlawful acts. It is in the process of such "adaptation" to the environment, not without the direct "participation" of negative aspects of the micro-level, that the mercenary-violent orientation of the offender's personality is formed. The purpose of the study is to analyse the processes and phenomena occurring in society and leading to the formation of the main subjective cause of criminal behaviour - the criminogenic-oriented consciousness and psychology of the offender to use violence against the personality of another person to satisfy his/her own selfish needs. In accordance with this goal, the objective of the study is to study the socio-psychological properties of the individual, as well as to bring scientific and theoretical developments closer to the needs of practice. The main results of the study are the argumentation of the position that, if we follow dialectical concepts in reflecting the picture of the development of social life, the shortcomings and miscalculations of the macro level of social life, which can act as determinants of certain criminal manifestations, find their continuation and development in phenomena attributed to the micro level of personality socialisation. The main conclusions of the study are that the dynamic relationship and interdependence of the conditions of life and social situation of a person's development, which generally affect his/her adaptation to the environment, are considered essential in determining the determinants of offences. The further direction of scientific research is to study the personality of a mercenary criminal from the perspective of criminology, and also to make a criminological analysis of personal characteristics of a mercenary criminal.

This study investigated the constraints hindering Bagamoyo smallholder farmers from internationally exporting cashew nuts, aiming to identify their specific challenges and contribute valuable knowledge to enhance their market access. With the help of a cross-sectional design, the study employed purposive sampling, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions for data collection. The thematic analysis was used to analyse the qualitative data. The findings indicated that Bagamoyo smallholder farmers faced various constraints in exporting cashew nuts. These include limited access to market information (32%), inadequate market infrastructure (24%), stringent quality and certification requirements (17%), limited financial resources and credit (15%), inconsistent government policies (7%), lack of technical knowledge and skills (3%), and limited market diversification options (2%). The findings imply the need for interventions to address these constraints. Enhancing market information channels, improving infrastructure, streamlining quality processes, increasing financial access, and promoting consistent government policies are vital for farmers' effective participation in international markets. Based on the findings, recommendations included establishing mechanisms for better market information access, investing in infrastructure, supporting quality compliance, expanding financial resources, promoting consistent government policies, and strengthening farmer organisations through capacity-building initiatives. This study contributes valuable knowledge by identifying the specific challenges faced by Bagamoyo smallholder farmers in accessing international markets for cashew nuts. The findings offer insights into these constraints and propose interventions to enhance farmers' capacity for global trade.

The aim of this research was to investigate the past and the future effects of the Russo-Ukrainian war on the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) economy policy. The forecast method based on the UCL: Upper control limit, LCL: Lower Control Limit was used. The data have been collected from various reports of the central bank and Economics Ministry and it concerned the series times collected from 2018-2022. The forecast made in this study concerned the 5-year period from 2023-2027. The results showed that the impact of this war on the various sectors of the Congolese economy was especially positive and negative to macroeconomics various indicators in DRC. After using the SPSS forecasting on 9 variables, 4 variables increased due to the war. Positive effects on the credit economic, will rise from 4.53 initially to 9.42 in 2027, the Bank deposit will also rise from 8.13% in 2022 to 9.97%. Exports from the DRC will increase by 38.06% versus 31.36% initially. On the other hand, 5 variables showed negative effects induced by the Russo-Ukrainian war in DRC. The inflation rate will rise to 80.8% in 2027 from 12.62% initially. Also, the exchange rate, a headache for the current Sama Lukonde government, will reach the overheated level of 3472CDF to the US dollar, compared with the original rate of 2000. The DRC's imports will grow by 44.05% in 2027, reinforcing its dependence on specific foreign products, including machinery and other equipment, and foreign currency oil product prices, which will rise by an average of 12.12% across the country. The innovative aspect of this research was the integration of the behaviors or predilections made on the various macroeconomic variables of the DRC in a 5-year time frame due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Changes in eating habits by adopting consumers' tastes or households to local products that are perfect substitutes for Russian or Ukrainian imports, and monetary policy were envisaged in the paper. In the longer term, the energy transition is no longer an option but a necessity, as the country has the necessary potential in this field. Nevertheless, it remains a perilous path in the sense that it requires fairly substantial capital.

This paper investigates the impact of the Central Bank's credit to the Federal Government on the effectiveness of open market operations (OMOs) as a tool of monetary policy in Nigeria from 1993Q1-2021Q4. The monetary instability in Nigeria is a result of the ineffective use of market-based monetary policy instruments which have worsened liquidity conditions and sparked inflationary pressures in the economy. The study used the ARCH/GARCH method in order to analyse the quarterly secondary data collected from the Central Bank of Nigeria and the National Bureau of Statistics. The findings of the study showed fiscal deficits rise or fall as the Central Bank's credit to the Government rises or falls. Also, CBN credits to the Federal Government had a significant negative impact on the effectiveness of OMO sales in Nigeria. The ARCH and GARCH terms in OMOs implied that volatility is persistent in the open market for treasury bills in Nigeria. Furthermore, the OMO sales forecasts showed that the conditional variance of the model converges to a steady quickly stated thereby implying that OMOs are effective. The study concludes that OMOs if more efficiently utilised, could stabilise monetary aggregates and stabilise prices in the economy.

Micro-enterprises have a great position and contribution to the Indonesian economy. The phenomenon in the research area is that micro-businesses in the culinary sector prefer using owner's capital even though micro-businesses lack funds. Complicated requirements and procedures for bank sources of funds make them reluctant to seek additional sources of funds from banks. As a result, the innovations that occur do not run smoothly, and they tend to clone each other, especially in terms of taste, packaging, price, and service. This study investigates the role of business capital, product innovation, and its relationship with the culinary sector business development in a densely populated small town, Cimahi City, Indonesia. An explanatory survey method was used in the study in order to provide explanations and phenomena. The data was taken using the G-form and social media, a sample of 260 respondents. Data analysis used mean tests and regression tests. This study found that business capital and innovation positively impact business development. The partial test also showed that each variable positively affected micro-enterprise development in the culinary sector. The research results are helpful for business actors in terms of venture capital and product innovation use. The innovation cloning is required when funds and knowledge are limited. Future research must be developed and implemented using the same concept on SMEs at various levels and sectors. The phenomenon in the research area is that micro-businesses in the culinary sector prefer using owner's capital even though micro-businesses lack funds. Complicated requirements and procedures for bank sources of funds make them reluctant to seek additional sources of funds from banks. As a result, the innovations that occur do not run smoothly, and they tend to clone each other, especially in terms of taste, packaging, price, and service. This study investigates the role of business capital, product innovation, and its relationship with the culinary sector business development in a densely populated small town, Cimahi City, Indonesia. An explanatory survey method was used in the study in order to provide explanations and phenomena. The data was taken using the G-form and social media, a sample of 260 respondents. Data analysis used mean tests and regression tests. This study found that business capital and innovation positively impact business development. The partial test also showed that each variable positively affected micro-enterprise development in the culinary sector. The research results are helpful for business actors in terms of venture capital and product innovation use. The innovation cloning is required when funds and knowledge are limited. Future research must be developed and implemented using the same concept on SMEs at various levels and sectors. To help micro-enterprises, the government can play a significant role through real policies favouring SMEs.","PeriodicalId":477356,"journal":{"name":"Futurity Economics&Law","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135864401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
