In this study the complex relationships between sustainability practices and green innovation in Indian manufacturing firms, focusing on quality management, green process innovation, and green product innovation are examined. The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of green technological advancements and quality management on the financial performance and investor-perceived value of manufacturing firms. The green process and green product innovations implication on financial performance and investor perception was also explored. With the help of Pearson correlation and regression analyses, the study assessed the impact of quality management and green innovations on financial performance and investor perception. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between green product innovation and investor perception, endorsing environmentally responsible companies to attract higher investments and improve financial prospects. However, no significant positive correlation was found between green process innovation and financial performance, which may be influenced by upfront costs and delayed benefits. Green process innovation moderates the relationship between quality management and investor perception, while green product innovation mediates the relationship between green process innovation and investor perception. These insights highlight the importance of prioritising green product innovation to enhance investor perception and integrate environmental considerations into quality management. The study's results align with Sustainable Development Goal 9, promoting sustainable industrialisation, innovation, and infrastructure in the Indian manufacturing industry, fostering a more resilient and environmentally responsible sector.

As revenue under-performs while the debt profile keeps increasing, the government of Nigeria targets fiscal viability through appropriation. However, in response to various fiscal operations regarding the deficit and the growth in the country, several studies have examined the relationship and come up with divergent findings. On this premise, and while building on previous effort, the objective of this paper is to assess the effect of budget deficit on economic growth over the period 1981-2021 in Nigeria. On the assumption that the economic growth is influenced by other factors aside the main sources of budget deficit, the individual average effect of FDI, ODA, and the public investment was also examined. The pre-estimation diagnostics used the ADF, PP, KPSS method, as well as, Bai-Perron multiple structural break methodology. Moreover, following the unit-root results, the ARDL technique was employed for model estimation. Consequently, whereas a two-way causal relation was established between the economic growth and FDI, a one-way causality was rather found to run from each of budget deficit, ODA, and a public investment to economic growth. Furthermore, the analyses revealed that public investment positively affects the economic growth in both short- and long-run while the budget deficit positively affects in the short-run as against negatively in the long-run. Thus, the government is advised to intensify efforts at boosting public investment to help augment economic growth as the budget deficit is negatively effective in the long-run.

The purpose of the article is to analyse the legal regulation in the field of arms control through the prism of forecasting possible challenges in the further functioning of this industry. To achieve this goal, the author uses the scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, the normative and dogmatic method, the systemic and structural method, and modelling. Special mention should be made of the content analysis method, which was used to process the extensive scientific literature, from which the 45 most relevant positions were selected. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the attempt to formulate specific borrowings that can be adapted from European and American practices in order to improve the situation in those countries that have embarked on the path of forming a legislative framework for the legal circulation of weapons. First of all, this novelty is relevant to the Ukrainian reality, where, as a result of Russian aggression, civilians have gained access to weapons. The results show that legal regulation of arms control and analysis of future challenges in this area are relevant subjects of research. It is found that a combination of the legislative experience of the European Union and the United States of America may be promising. In particular, it is important to develop a system that will allow legalising the weapons already owned by citizens, using the appropriate classification proposed by European regulations. This means dividing firearms into separate categories (A, B, C), which can be owned by citizens only under certain exceptional circumstances, after obtaining appropriate permits or as a result of mandatory declaration. At the same time, attention should be paid not only to the technical condition of weapons but also to the relevant medical examinations of weapons owners. The article concludes by noting that there will be challenges for law enforcement and civil society. This includes the willingness to use weapons only when really necessary, to avoid their misuse, voluntary cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and other aspects.

This study focused on the effects of cashless policy on deposit money banks liquidity (DMBs) in Nigeria. The data for the study were obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria statistical bulletins and the World Bank. A significant effect of cashless policy (point of sale, Web Pay and Mobile Pay) on deposit money banks liquidity spanning for the period of (2013-2020) in Nigeria was evaluated with the help of regression analysis. The trace test indicate 1 cointegration which meant there was a long term relationship among the research variables. The major objectives of the study were to examine the effects of point of sale (POS) on deposit money banks liquidity, to determine the effects of Mobile Pay on deposit money banks liquidity and to assess the effects of Web Pay on deposit money banks liquidity. The policy implication is that point of sale, web pay and money pay are function of cashless policy in Nigeria. Therefore, the study recommends that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) should intensify its effort for full implementation of cashless policy, CBN should also provide enabling environment for the smooth conduct of cashless policy and facilitate, encourage and enforce on all deposit money banks to comply with the policy. Deposit money banks should intensify their effort toward the improvement of the number of automated teller machine, point of sales terminals and internet facilities. This study therefore placed more emphasis on the level and rate of individual access to cashless financial services with the aims of promoting deposit money banks liquidity in Nigeria.

The study investigated the nexus among diaspora remittance inflows, foreign exchange, exchange rate and exports in Nigeria. The objective of this study therefore, was to examine the pass-through effect of remittance inflows to exports via the exchange rate in Nigeria, focusing on the foreign exchange channel. The study utilised the Structural Vector Autoregressive (SVAR) model which uses the contemporaneous effects, impulse response and the forecast variance error decomposition to measure the pass-through effects among macroeconomic variables. Annual time series data on remittance inflows to Nigeria, the supply of foreign exchange, exchange rate and the monetary value of exports of goods and services in Nigeria from 1986 to 2020 were used for the investigation. Findings revealed that diaspora remittance inflows have the potential effect of increasing foreign exchange, which in turn appreciates the exchange rate. Also, the study revealed that the exchange rate appreciation potentially erodes the competitiveness of the exports-oriented sectors in Nigeria. The paper explored policy prescriptions that may offset the negative effects of large inflows of remittance in the country for future optimisation. The innovation of this study stems from the use of the SVAR to systematically examined the pass-through effects of the diaspora remittance inflows to exports via exchange rate in Nigeria. Its uniqueness and novelty is the focus on the foreign exchange channel for future optimisation of remittances in the country.

The purpose of this study is to identify the most adapted digital data analysis tools for developing individual marketing strategies in the e-commerce segment. In the study the following ranking methods were used: the cross-expert rating (based on individual opinions of 15 specialised organisations) and arbitration rating of the most relevant resource - G2.com. Subsequently, a comparative analysis of the leading E-Commerce Analytics applications was performed in order to obtain the ranking results. Using a methodology that took into account the expert ratings, cross- and arbitrage ratings, as well as the user feedback, it was found that the Glassbox was the best option for large enterprises, particularly, for large e-businesses. Google Analytics, on the other hand, is more popular among smaller companies and is considered a more versatile tool for data analysis. The importance of choosing the right tool for data analytics in e-commerce was also highlighted in the study, as the wrong choice can lead to financial losses and loss of investment. Future researches in this area include the creation of universal algorithms for selecting data analytics software solutions, expanding the range of data analytics applications, and more detail in understanding the specific needs of e-commerce platforms.

Combating cybercrime is one of the most relevant areas of the legal community development since the widespread integration of digital technologies into all spheres of human activity demonstrates the need to regulate this sensitive area. The aims: are to study the international legal framework for countering cybercrime, as well as the system of challenges and innovations that exist in the modern world. Study design: 31 items of relevant scientific literature were analysed, which made it possible to comprehensively consider the issues of the article. Place and duration the study: The research took place during the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic years. Methodology: the main methods used in the article were the content analysis, forecasting method, and systematic method. Results: in the article modern interpretations of the term “cybercrime” were defined, certain legal international agreements that counteract its spread (primarily the Budapest Convention as an important current document of modern legal influence) and traces the mechanisms of counteraction and methods of their improvement were examined. Other important legal acts, such as the European Union Directive on the prevention of cyber-attacks on information systems and the European Commission Directive on combating fraud and other financial crimes on the Internet, were also considered. As a result, it was found that there were differences at the interstate level in the organisation of the cooperation, which included multilateral and bilateral agreements. The identified problems included insufficient interaction between the law enforcement agencies of different countries at the relevant stages, as well as the lack of an agreed mechanism for obtaining external data. The conclusions established that close ties at the level of international law enforcement systems aimed at addressing cybercrime issues could be effective in overcoming these difficulties.

Aims: to theoretical development of methodological tools for selecting national priorities for sustainable economic development based on the concept of a smart future economy. Methodology. This article uses a systematic approach to the study of change processes in the fields of macroeconomics, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, quantitative and qualitative scientific abstraction, comparison and analysis. Based on the modeling method, the article proposes a model for planning economic growth based on the indicators of socio-economic, investment, and innovation development of Ukraine and major countries of the world. Results. The paper proves the complexity of the problem of choosing the country's development priorities and its specialization, which is observed in many works of Ukrainian scientists and researchers from other countries. For this purpose, 40 scientific papers by foreign and domestic scholars were analyzed, and macroeconomic statistics data presented on official statistics websites were used. Based on the analyzed sources, the main problems of the socio-economic development of the country are determined, and the model provides a systematic approach to the formation and implementation of strategies for sustainable socio-economic development. The knowledge industry was developed, and a model was created for the selection of national innovative development priorities based on two main parameters: Overview of the national structure of innovative and specialized industries. The approach of information and communication platforms as a methodological tool for the formation of strategies for local socio-economic development is proposed. Scientific Novelty. With the help of the developed model, it is possible to determine the factors affecting the growth of Ukraine's GDP and forecast the growth of the country's economy. It is found that the transition to a smart economy and the use of the latest innovative smart technologies have the greatest impact on national economic growth. The proposed model for forecasting and evaluating the national socio-economic, investment, and innovation policy can provide the main directions for resource allocation and budgeting. Conclusion. The aim of the article is to assess the prospects of digital marketing in the context of sustainable entrepreneurship on the Internet based on the best practices of the European Union and the United States and to analyze digital marketing trends in regional and global dimensions. The paper analyzes digital marketing trends in the regional and global dimensions, as well as examines their impact on the development of sustainable entrepreneurship. This study used methods of data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results. Statistical data from the official websites of international information platforms were summarized and used. Search engines revealed more than 90 articles on the development and features of modern digital marketing. During the selection and verification process, only 25 of the most relevant sources from 2017 to 2023 were selected. The results identify the features of digitalization and its role in the development of the economy and business on a regional and international scale; analyze the main emphases in the factors of digital marketing; indicate the possibilities of the impact of digitalization and digital marketing on the sustainable development of business structures; study the trends of digital marketing in 2023 and give their further development forecast. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that for the first time, the peculiarities of using digital marketing in the context of sustainable entrepreneurship on the Internet are analyzed based on the best practices of the European Union and the United States, and further prospects for its development in Ukraine are determined. The author concludes that digital technologies for testing and promoting a product market significantly reduce the time for the commercialization of innovations and indicate an acceleration of the innovation cycle in general. Digital innovations dictate the need to accelerate operational and management processes and become the basis of economic policy in many digital ecosystems. The results obtained can be used by top management of companies, as well as heads of marketing departments, to guide and develop digital marketing strategies.
