With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of the market economy system, joint-stock companies, as an important form of economic organization, have gradually become the main force of economic development. In order to adapt to the new development trend, China has successively introduced a series of laws and regulations, attempting to reform and improve the authorized capital system, enhance corporate governance, protect investor rights, and promote the healthy development of the market economy. This article analyzes the current situation and problems of the statutory capital system of Chinese joint-stock companies, and based on this, analyzes the reform effects of the new Company Law on the authorized capital system of joint-stock companies. It also explores the transformation path of the authorized capital system of Chinese joint-stock companies after the implementation of the new Company Law, providing reference opinions for the development of joint-stock companies and the optimization of the efficiency of capital system reform.

National English Curriculum Standards for General High School sets requirements for text cohesion and text cohesion is an essential component of English writing and English writing evaluation. However, previous studies explored text cohesion mainly from perspectives of college students, horizontal comparison and traditional tools. In this study, a corpus of 300 essays by grade level (senior one and senior three) are analyzed computationally by Coh‐Metrix to examine whether text cohesion improves as grade level rises. During the specific process, this paper aims to identify characteristics and discriminate differences between the text cohesion created by the two grades. The main instrument is Coh‐Metrix—a type of computational tool that offers over 200 measurements to quantify texts. This study mainly employs the measures under the category of referential cohesion, LSA and connectives of it to assess text cohesion. The results demonstrate that as the grade level increases, text cohesion gets better. Specifically, these students produce more noun overlap of adjacent sentences, argument overlap of adjacent sentences, noun overlap of all sentences, argument overlap of all sentences, stem overlap of all sentences, LSA overlap of adjacent sentences, LSA overlap of adjacent paragraphs, LSA overlap of given/new sentences all connectives and additive connectives.

Curriculum ideological and political construction is a major practice to enhance the comprehensive quality of students in ordinary colleges and universities. The integration of ideological, political and moral education elements into professional courses embodies the teaching goal of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". The tax law course is the core compulsory course for economic management majors. It contains many ideological and political elements. Through the case teaching method, the content of ideological and political education and professional knowledge points are organically integrated to cultivate and enhance students' awareness of the rule of law, public awareness and social responsibility. As an important method for the ideological and political construction of tax law courses, the case teaching method is also expected to play an exemplary role in other economic management courses.

There is a widely‐recognized belief held by a vast majority of people to learn a foreign language, that is, “the younger, the better”. However, in the field of SLA, researchers have been debating on the existence of the critical period. This paper firstly introduces what is the critical period hypothesis. Then, this paper summarizes the controversies about the critical period of SLA among different scholars at home and abroad. Finally, according to the different research results at home and abroad and the practice of foreign language teaching in China, this paper puts forward some enlightenment of the critical period hypothesis for SLA to the optimal starting age of foreign language teaching in China.

Purpose: Because of the "circular argument", the relationship between alienated labor and private property has always been a theoretical difficulty, but in fact, Marx demonstrated the relationship between the two in detail in the Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 from the two aspects of logical deduction and practical expression. In order to refute the so‐called "circular argument", it is necessary to clarify the relationship between the two. Research methodology: In the framework of Marxism theory combined with reality. And this is a qualitative study. As an abundant and renewable energy source, photovoltaic solar energy has garnered substantial investments over the past decade, emerging as a pivotal tool in the global effort to decarbonize. In this process, China has transitioned from being primarily an "Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)" for Western countries in the photovoltaic industry to a key player in the global photovoltaic landscape. This transformation has significantly reshaped the global supply and demand dynamics for photovoltaic products. This research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative content analysis methods to categorize and analyze 192 policy documents issued by the central government of China between 2012 and 2022. By scrutinizing policy action areas, policy instruments, and policy targets, this paper elucidates China's nationally led, top-down approach to photovoltaic development. The goal is to offer an overarching perspective on the types and evolution of PV policies implemented by the Chinese central government. This study addresses gaps in knowledge within the realm of Chinese decarbonization and offers pertinent policy recommendations.

Our government gradually implemented the privatization reform in the field of public services in the early 1990s, although the time is relatively short, but it can not be denied that the reform has shown us the effect of a new way of government governance. We cannot deny the benefits brought by the privatization of public services, but in the process of implementation, there are still some problems in the transformation of the government's functions, and in terms of regulation, the government needs to think from a holistic perspective and recognize the shortcomings of the current system. This paper focuses on the government's regulatory role in the privatization of public services, looks for loopholes in the regulatory system and the causes of various problems, and makes recommendations.

Communicative Language Teaching method is one of the main teaching methods in foreign language teaching. According to CLT, the foreign language classroom should be a place which is full of communication, and the final destination of English learning is communication. Compared with traditional teaching methods, communicative teaching method has its unique charm and characteristics. English is a language. The purpose of English teaching is to let students learn to communicate in English. As language becomes a means of communication, the acquisition of foreign language knowledge and communicative competence depends on specific communicative activities such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. The English syllabus also clearly requires that English teaching should cultivate students' communicative competence. However, looking at the current situation of English Teaching in China, it can be found that the vast majority of students' ability to communicate in English is relatively weak. In order to improve students' ability to communicate in English, communicative teaching method has been paid more and more attention by teachers. However, it is undeniable that everything has two sides. There are also many deficiencies in the implementation of communicative teaching method, which need us to further explore. Therefore, this thesis focuses on the evaluation and analysis of the application of Communicative Language Teaching of teaching practice.

Multiple choice questions are a common question type used in current secondary school English tests. Multiple choice questions can test students' completion of multiple learning tasks such as vocabulary, grammar, and listening. Multiple choice questions have the advantages of effectively testing students' learning ability, wide coverage, convenient and efficient use, etc., and occupy an important position in daily secondary school English tests. To this end, this study will analyze the proposition system of multiple‐choice questions in the current secondary school English test, make use of the strengths and avoid the weaknesses, and provide design principles and recommendation for the proposition system.
