Morphological analysis of <i>Polemonium Coeruleum</i> L. herb using stereo- and luminescent microscopy &lt;i&gt;Polemonium Coeruleum&lt;/i&gt;利用立体和发光显微镜观察L.草本植物

Aim to establish the morphological features of the ground part of Polemonium coeruleum L. Material and methods. The material of the study was the samples of Greek-valerian polemonium grass (Polemonium coeruleum L.), cultivated and harvested in the Voronezh region, the city of Bobrov, during the flowering period in the second year of life in 2021. The State Pharmacopoeia XIV standard ed. OFS.1.5.3.0003.15 "Technique for microscopic and microchemical examination of medicinal plant materials and medicinal plant preparations" was used for macroscopic analysis. Results. When studying the Greek-valerian polemonium herb, its external features were described, which can be used for "Authenticity" section when developing regulatory documentation for this type of plant material. The difference in the pubescence of Greek-valerian polemonium leaves depending on their topography was established. The presence of simple multicellular trichomes on all parts of the plant, as well as glandular trichomes on some elements of the flower, was revealed. For the first time, the nature of the autoluminescence of tissues of the Greek-valerian polemonium grass was described.
目的建立蓝毛蓼地面部分的形态特征。 材料和方法。该研究的材料是希腊缬草polemonium L. On the a priori origin of creativity 论创造力的先天起源

Aim to explore the nature of creativity as a synergistic process. Creativity is a specific human activity presenting a complex configuration of all the personal abilities and characteristics such as sensual and emotional states, intellect, imagination, personal and social characteristics, somatic features and the situationality. But there must be something that transforms all this ontic multitude into an ontologically significant creative event. This something is an a priori form of sensibility spatium (by Deleuze), a sense of the intensity of depth and capacity of space, which, like an attractor, starts the process of crystallization of the work of art. Any creative action (accomplished experience) reveals the deep connections of this particular situation, given here and now. Accomplishment is the very intense interaction of the agent with the material, the exchange of energies between the acting person and the environment, the synergy of a person and the world, where spatium (intuition of the depth and vitality of the situation) plays the role of an attractor, forcing the variety merge into a whole. Results. The a priori ability to contemplate the whole (spatium), inherent in human sensibility, is realized in specific historical and specific cultural forms of art in different ways. The article outlines the history of such an implementation.

Theoretical synthesis and philosophical foundations of science 科学的理论综合和哲学基础

Aim to consider the problem of theoretical synthesis as a method for creating a new theory. Conclusion. Theoretical synthesis serves as a subject of philosophical analysis. The synthesis of two theories is explicated by an example of the conflict between early Darwinism and Morgan Weisman genetics, culminating in the formation of synthetic theory of evolution. Prerequisites and conditions of synthesis of the competing theories are revealed.
