Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik, keterlibatan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, juga menguji keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Mall Pelayanan Publik Siola Surabaya merupakan populasi penelitian ini dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 135 pegawai sektor publik dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja terbukti tidak berpengaruh. Hasil lainnya yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja. Kemudian komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara keterlibatan kerja terbukti tidak memediasi pengaruh tersebut.

The world is not okay even the COVID-19 pandemic has passed. The global economy has experienced a sharp contraction since 2020. This has an impact on depreciation in household consumption which has an impact on decreasing people's welfare. The increase number of jobs is expected to be able to increase economic welfare for the Indonesian people affected by layoffs. However, the number of business in Indonesia is still low. Where the level of public awareness tendency to become entrepreneurs compared to intrapreneurs is still minimal. Education is one of the stakeholder to increase the awareness about the importance of building a business. Higher education as a scientific institution is required to be more innovative in carrying out the learning process. An integrated learning ecosystem is needed that suits Gen-Z as the growing Indonesian population. In this study, The General Enterprising Test (GET2) method was implemented to measure the dominant tendencies of 111 students as respondents. Based on research, the tendency of an internal locus of control is the main character by Gen-Z. By creating an appropriate ecosystem it will be able to increase the number of university graduates who become entrepreneurs.

Strategi komunikasi pemasaran menjadi salah satu aspek yang dibutuhkan oleh Perkumpulan Rangkul dalam mempromosikan anggota UMKM yang tergabung di dalamnya, diikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan digital menjadikan program Ngicip TVKU menjadi media promosi yang saling menguntungkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran Perkumpulan Rangkul dalam mempromosikan UMKM di Kota Semarang melalui Program Ngicip TVKU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan paradigma induksi analitis. The purpose of this research is to examine how product quality, advertising messages, and word of mouth partially or simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Marina cosmetics. Can use the type of research related to associative with a quantitative research approach. Due to the fact that the population used by buyers or users of Marina cosmetics is not known with certainty, and the sample size determination technique used was the Jacob-Cohen formula, 204 respondents were obtained which were used to collect respondent data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling as a targeted sampling method. Validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test can be used in the data analysis process during the research. The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of ethical leadership on employee work engagement. The success of an organization or company can never be separated from the role of the leader who regulates and manages the resources and employees they have. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of green marketing tools on the decision behavior to buy green products mediated by the intention to buy green products. There are five variables in this study, namely ecological brand image, ecological labeling, ecological advertisement, purchase intention and buying decision behavior. The sample of this research is 274 consumers of The Body Shop. The method of analysis of this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis was performed using secondary data collection and hypothesis testing. The study concluded that among green marketing tools, only environmental advertising did not have a significant impact on the decision behavior to buy green products, either directly or indirectly.

Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data diperoleh secara primer dan sekunder. Perolehan data dianalisis secara interaktif seperti: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, adanya ruang partisipasi karyawan yang diberikan perusahaan dalam memberikan aspirasi, keluhan dan saran melalui pembentukan LKS Bipartit. According to the adjusted R2 value of 0.621, differences in remuneration, motivation, and leadership style may account for 62.1% of the variance in work satisfaction among employees in the manufacturing division of PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke, Rembang Regency. While 37.9% of the explanation comes from factors outside the model.

Kondisi pandemi menyebabkan perusahaan harus mencatat pendapatan minus selama dua tahun di tahun 2020 dan 2021, termasuk PT Intraco Penta Tbk yang juga harus melakukan pengurangan karyawan dalam jumlah yang signifikan dikarenakan kemampuan perusahaan yang menurun drastis selama tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang karyawan PT Intraco Penta Tbk, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik penarikan sampel simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Intraco Penta Tbk mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intraco Penta Tbk.

This study used the associative method to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely facilities (X1), supervision (X2), motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y). This research was conducted at PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura (SYV) which is located at Jalan Yos Sudarso No 25, Kota Baru, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. In this study, analysis was carried out with regression. Partially based on the t test, the results show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. This is evidenced by the value of t count 3.895 > t table 1.681. Partially, supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Yogya Ventura facility. This is evidenced by the value of t count 1961 > t table 1681. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. This is evidenced by the value of t count 2,844 > t table 1,681. Simultaneously work facilities, supervision, and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. The test results show the calculated F value of 10,855 > F table of 2,839.
