The study aims to evaluate Financial Performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha Sion Sejahtera. The data collection method used in this study used primary and secondary data. The data are used financial statements of balance sheet and calculation of the remaining results of operations from 2017 to 2021. Data measured based on 7 aspects namely capital, quality of earning assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and cooperative identity. Data is measured with ratio analyzed based on Peraturan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The results showed that financial performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha Sion Sejahtera in 2017 obtained a value of 81,40 and went up to 82,90 in 2018 so that it was categorized are healthy. Whereas in 2019 the value obtained was 79,65 and decreased to 77,90 in 2020 and in 2021 the value dropped to 75,90 so that it was categorized are quite healthy.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit made by Aris Fruit Stalls located in Kairagi, Manado City. This study took place in August 2022. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with business owners on variable costs, income and profits. Secondary data were obtained from dissertations, journals and books related to this research. The results of this study show that the proceeds from the Aris Fruit Kiosk are Rp185.020.000 and total expenses of Rp178.432.011, so the profit of Aris Fruit Kiosk in Kairagi Manado City is Rp6.587.989, for 1 month. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the ratio of the number of workers and supervisory staff with the productivity of fish canning companies. The research data was taken directly at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The research was conducted for 3 months from May to July 2022. This research was conducted at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The data used in this research is primary data. Data obtained from companies that have been arranged in the form of written documents from the company under study. The data used is monthly data in the last three years of the company, namely 2018 to 2020. The data was then analyzed using correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that the relationship between Labor and Supervisory Labor Ratio (X) and Productivity (Y), from the two companies studied, namely PT.Deho Company and PT.Sinar Pure Foods International in 2018 to 2020, showed a Pearson Correlation result of -0.136 and a Significance of 0.258. Although statistically this correlation is not significant, the direction of this correlation shows a tendency that the greater the ratio value, or the less supervisory personnel, the productivity will decrease.

This study aims to analyze the marketing margin and efficiency of rice marketing channels and institutions in Langagon Satu Village, Bolaang Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from August to December 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. The number of Farmer samples was 10 respondents, Mill 1, Collecting Traders 4 and Collecting Traders 8 respondents. This research uses questionnaires and interviews to describe the pattern of rice marketing channels in Langagon Village which are then described. The data analysis method used is the analysis of Marketing Margin, Farmer's Share and Marketing Efficiency. The results showed that there are 2 patterns of rice marketing channels in Langagon Satu Village, namely marketing channel I is Farmer - Mill - Retailer - Consumer and marketing channel II is Farmer - Mill - Gatherer - Retailer - Consumer. The lowest margin is in marketing channel I obtained at Rp2,875, Farmer's share of 74.7%, this is because the marketing channel only uses 2 intermediary marketing institutions, and the smallest percentage of marketing efficiency is in channel I which is 5.08%, this is because the costs incurred by marketing channel I are smaller than marketing channel II.

This study aims to determine the Apple Tomato Farming Income in South Tosewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from February to April 2023. The data collected included primary data obtained from direct interviews with tomato farmers as owners using questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained through research reports on the internet, journals and others related to the research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample in the study amounted to 4 people who had tomato farms as owners and who harvested together in the last growing season. The research was analyzed using farm analysis, namely cost analysis, revenue, income and continued with the revenue cost ratio. The results showed that the average income obtained in Apple Tomato farming in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency was Rp52,098,950 per one planting period, which was obtained from the average revenue of Rp62,125,000 and the average total cost of Rp10,026,250. The R/C Ratio analysis shows that Apple Tomato farming in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency is feasible. This can be seen from the ratio of total income to total costs which is greater than one, namely 6.196.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of extension workers in providing agricultural extension to the Victory Farmers Group. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from January to March 2023 in Kakaskasen Tiga Village, North Tomohon District, starting with preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data in the study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is a source of data obtained directly from the field by interviewing members of the Victory farmer group. Secondary data is data obtained from other sources, for example government agencies such as village halls. Sampling using the census method, the population that is the object of research is all members of the Victory Farmer Group including the management of both the chairman, secretary and treasurer in Kakaskasen 3 Village. The number of samples is all members of the farmer group, namely 10 people. The results showed that the average score of the role of extension agents with 3 elements was in the medium category, motivators, facilitators, and communicators and there was 1 element in the high category, namely educators, which showed that the assessment of farmer group members on the role of agricultural extension agents had an average score as a motivator of 2.25 which was in the medium category, the average score as a facilitator of 2.27 which was in the medium category, the average score as an educator of 2.53 which was in the high category, the average score as a communicator of 2.23 which was in the medium category.

This study aims to examine the management of BUMDes, examine the role of BUMDes on farmers' income, and to examine the supporting and inhibiting factors of BUMDes Mulyo Lestari. This study used qualitative research, the location and time of the research was carried out in Karangsono Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency from March to June 2023. The selected informants were informants who knew the situation and could provide reliable information about the object being studied. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is inductive method through providing a clear description of problem information, then interpreting them in accordance with the results of research conducted based on theoretical support related to the research object, while data validation techniques use triangulation, data reduction, data collection, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of BUMDes in the income of farmers in Karangsono village has helped farmers earn a decent income, it's just that sustainable management is still not optimal. BUMDes management is already running in accordance with organizational management rules, but the functions in organizing, activating and supervising are still not optimal. The supporting factors for BUMDes are the existence of capital participation from the village government and high natural resources, while the low quality of human resources and the lack of community involvement in achieving BUMDes goals, are obstacles for BUMDes.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Sema Karya Farmer Group in Corn Farming in the Kima Atas Village, Mapanget District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from May to July 2023. The data used in this study were Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data is data taken by researchers in the field from the management and members of the Sema Karya Farmer Group with a total of 14 respondents, while secondary data is data obtained from related institutions or agencies. The location of the research was carried out in Kelurahan Kima Atas in the Sema Karya Farmers Group. Data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The role of the Sema Karya Farming Group is less involved with the research results of 76.72%, this shows that the Sema Karya Farmer Group is still active although there are still indicators that need to be improved such as in evaluating farming activities so that they can obtain more information to support and expand knowledge about farming corn.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Dalam Usahatani Jagung di Kelurahan Kima Atas Kecamatan Mapanget Kota Manado. Penelitian Ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan di mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli tahun 2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Data Primer yaitu data yang diambil oleh peneliti di lapangan kepada pengurus dan anggota Kelompok Tani Sema Karya dengan total responden 14 orang, sedangkan Data Sekunder data yang diperoleh dari lembaga atau instansi terkait. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kima Atas pada Kelompok Tani Sema Karya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Skala Likert Sebagai alat ukur. Peran Kelompok Tani Sema Karya Kurang Berperan dengan hasil penelitian 76,72%, ini menunjukkan Kelompok Tani Sema Karya masih aktif walaupun masih ada indikator yang harus di tingkatkan lagi seperti dalam mengevaluasi kegiatan berusahatani agar dapat lebih banyak memperoleh informasi untuk menunjang dan memperluas pengetahuan tentang berusahatani jagung.

This study aims to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The method of data analysis is quantitative to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics. The results showed that the revenue of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik was IDR3,800,000, while the total costs incurred in lettuce farming in 1 month were IDR782,197, the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Regency was IDR3,017,803 for 1 month.

This study aims to analyze marketing channels, marketing agency functions, marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer’s share and marketing efficiency of sago baruk in Nahepese Village, Manganitu District, Sangihe Islands Regency. This research was conducted from February to April 2023, which is located in Nahepese Village. The sampling method used by farmer purposive sampling the number of respondents is 12 farmers, 3 collectors and 6 retailers. Methods of data collection carried out using primary and secondary data. The results showed that there were III (three) marketing channels. Marketing channel profit I is IDR120.000. The total margin for marketing channel II (a) is IDR30.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR8.000/bika and profit margin is IDR22.000/bika. The total margin for channel II (b) is IDR39.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR10.400/bika and profit margin is IDR28.600/bika. Channel III's total margin is IDR539.000/bika, marketing costs are IDR50.000/bika and profit margin is IDR514.000/bika. The efficiency value of marketing channel I is 0, marketing channel II (a) is 5.33%, marketing channel II (b) is 6.54% and marketing channel III is 8.41%. All of the marketing channels are efficient and marketing channel I is the most efficient.
