This research aims to determine the big role of the sub-district government in farmer groups in Kamasi sub-district, Central Tomohon sub-district. This research was carried out in November to January 2023 starting from preparation, data collection to preparing research results reports. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from the source through surveys and interviews using a list of questions with members of the Farmer's Group, while secondary data was obtained from the Kamasi Village office. Based on the research results, it shows that the government is very good towards farmer groups in collaborating to market agricultural products, assisting with facilities and infrastructure, conducting agricultural training and counseling and facilitating sources of capital for farmer groups to support the farmer group's needs. The Government's role is very good, although it is not optimal in its role in accessing capital sources for farming because there are no Cooperative and Bank financial institutions.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Manado standby 112 call center service program in Manado City. The research was conducted from March to April 2023 in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) room located on the 2nd floor of the Manado City Hall building. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive qualitative technique. The results of the study are that there are several things that can support emergency complaint services maximally. The first factor is good cooperation between OPDs, where all OPDs join in carrying out the emergency complaint service process in this program. Friendly, fast and responsive service is the second factor, because this program does require fast service in dealing with emergencies in the City of Manado.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence corn production in Tendeki Village, Matuari Subdistrict, Bitung City. The research was conducted in September 2022 with a predetermined research site in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. The data collection method is the survey method. Interview data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression methods so that the analysis used refers to the formulation of research objectives. By using the model of the Cobb-Douglass production function, R2 test, multicollinearity test, f test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer affect the amount of corn production in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. Partially, the factors of land area, urea fertilizer, and labor have a positive effect, and the number of seeds has a negative effect, while NPK fertilizer has no significant effect.

This study aims to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga District. This research was conducted from August to December 2022 in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to corn farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while Secondary data were obtained from simultaneous reports in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sampling method uses a total sampling method of 25 samples from the total population. The samples taken were corn farmer groups that produced in 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Descriptive analysis is to explain and describe the state of phenomena that occur in the research area and to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of corn farmers. Furthermore, descriptive analysis measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, then scored, namely Score 1: Disagree, Score 2: Disagree, Score 3: Agree, Score 4: Strongly Agree. The results showed that the role of the Kamba Ula Farmer Group was very instrumental, both its role as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation and a production unit played a role in this, so the level of farmer welfare increased because of the role of the farmer group had provided counseling and assistance.
