In this paper, we propose the notions of the max-plus algebra of the interval tensors, which can be used for the extension of interval linear systems to interval multi-linear systems in the max-plus algebra. Some properties and basic results of interval multi-linear systems in max-plus algebra are derived. An algorithm is developed for computing a solution of the multi-linear systems in the max-plus algebra. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the interval multi-linear systems for weak solvability over max-plus algebra are obtained as well. Also, some examples are given for illustrating the obtained results. Moreover, we briefly sketch how our results can be used in the max-plus algebraic system theory for synchronized discrete event systems.

In the present paper, fuzzy order relations on a real vector space are characterized by fuzzy cones. It is well-known that there is one-to-one correspondence between order relations, that a real vector space with the order relation is an ordered vector space, and pointed convex cones. We show that there is one-to-one correspondence between fuzzy order relations with some properties, which are fuzzification of the order relations, and fuzzy pointed convex cones, which are fuzzification of the pointed convex cones.

The cyclicity index of a matrix is the cyclicity index of its critical subgraph, namely, the sub-graph of the adjacency graph which consists of all cycles of the maximal average weight. The cyclicity index of a graph is the least common multiple of the cyclicity indices of all its maximal strongly connected subgraphs, and the cyclicity index of a strongly connected graph is the least common divisor of the lengths of its (directed) cycles. In this paper we obtain the characterization of linear, possibly non-surjective, transformations of tropical matrices preserving the cyclicity index. It appears that non-bijective maps with these properties exist and all maps are exhausted by transposition, renumbering of vertices, Hadamard multiplication with a matrix of a certain special structure, and certain diagonal transformation. Moreover, only diagonal transformation can be non-bijective.
