Farmers in Papungan Village, Blitar Regency, are experiencing problems, namely the lack of subsidized fertilizer from the government to meet the demand for fertilizer for their agricultural land. To meet this shortage, farmers apply organic nutrient fertilizers as a substitute for non-subsidized and chemical fertilizers, but the process of making organic nutrient fertilizers requires a long fermentation process, which is 16-30 days. Therefore it is necessary to have an Anaerobic Bioreactor to help speed up the fermentation. This tool is quite expensive for farmers in Papungan village, so it is necessary to analyze the level of investment feasibility of the Anaerobic Bioreactor tool to find out whether it is worth buying or investing. From the calculation results obtained NPV (Net Present Value) of IDR 9,266,620, IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) of 40.1513% and BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) of 1.0289 so it can be concluded that the purchase of Anaerobic Bioreactors is feasible. Research on planning spare part inventory in the Car Body Repair Process at PT. T, which is a company in the automotive sector, uses the Min-Max method which aims to be able to better plan spare part inventory for customer satisfaction. This was motivated by the fact that the spare parts needed were not available, causing the car repair process to be delayed and cars having to stay overnight while waiting for the parts to be ordered and to arrive. From the results of data processing using the min-max method which has been carried out, it was concluded that the more often spare parts are used, the greater the minimum and maximum values when compared to spare parts that are rarely used. That there are 6 items out of 61 spare parts (0.1%) that are recommended not to have minimum stock or do not need stock because there has been no demand for parts for quite a long time. Meanwhile, for other items, it is recommended to stock at least 1 to meet existing demand. Apart from that, there are 5 items or 0.1% of spare parts with a maximum stock of only one because there is still demand, and 27 items out of 61 spare parts (44%) are recommended to have more than 10 maximum stocks.

With the development of the era of globalization and technological progress, the development of a manufacturer must also increase. One way to increase labour productivity is to calculate standard time. The standard time is the time required reasonably by a normal worker to complete a job that is carried out in the best work system. The research was carried out by direct observation in the field. Observation of the standard time that occurs through a certain time interval is useful for knowing the description of the use of queues. In this study, the population was operators working at PT Y at the time of the study, while the sample used was the total time of O-Ring installation. The analysis method used in this study uses the standard time analysis method using a stopwatch. Adjustments are made as a measuring effort to normalize the average price carried out by the operator. Adjustments are taken into account because operators in the work can do inappropriately, for example too fast as if in a hurry, encounter some difficulties, and other things. Time data collection was carried out 30 times by breaking down the work into three motion elements. The results of the standard time measurement for each motion element are motion element A of 65.125 seconds, motion element B of 463.84 seconds and motion element C of 59.66 seconds. In this research, the concept of designing a tool for automatically pulling cassava using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is intended to design a cassava pulling tool by considering the needs and customer wants of cassava farmers as tool users. The aim of the research is to redesign the initial concept which is a continuation of previous research that carried out, because design activities or product design are important and absolute things to do before the production process and with QFD can be designed and developed the new products that are able to integrate quality into designs that meet consumer wants and needs which are translated into technical requirements. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it is known that consumers wants for cassava pulling tools can be described in the customer requirements attribute, where the cassava pulling tool is made of light material, affordable price, can remove more than one stem, the tool is durable, safe to use and has additional functions besides pulling. And the technical characteristics (technical requirements) that influence the tool making process are the capability and strength of the driving machine, the quality of the driving machine, the quality of the light and non-corrosive frame, components for the driving system, the right finishing process. The conclusion from the HOQ analysis shows the greatest weight of importance with a value of 30% where the tool made can remove more than one cassava stem at once. This became the basic reference for developing a redesign of the automatic cassava pulling tool that was made. Keywords: Automatic, cassava pulling tool, design, the Quality Function Deployment

In the chicken sausage production process, some of waste was found, so a way is needed to improve productivity with the Lean Manufacturing approach, the Value Stream Mapping method. The purpose of this research is to identify waste and provide suggestions for improvements to the chicken sausage production process. From this research, it was identified that five workstations waste, in the Screening area, Preparation, Mixing & Stuffing, Link Cutting, and Multipack Packing. Congestion can take a lot of time for people. Congestion does not only occur on roads but also occurs in public facilities such as parking facilities. where one of the causes is the queue in and out of parking in the business area, which has an impact on discomfort. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the cash and non-cash payment service queuing system in terms of waiting time and service time. The stages of the research are observation, data collection on service time, data sampling, data processing and analysis using the discrete event simulation (DES) approach, validation, and suggestions for improvement. The results of the analysis show that the payment system with the cashless method is more effective than the cash payment method. Therefore, the cashless method can be used as a reference for parking service providers in the modern market to be implemented in a parking payment system, with an average service time of the Cashless method of 15.2365 seconds compared to an average service time of the cash method of 42.6812 seconds. seconds or an increase in server time from cash to cashless by 2.81% and a decrease in waiting time using cashless compared to cash by 9.31%.
