RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI KEHADIRAN TERINTEGRASI BERBASIS WEB 设计基于WEB的集成集成登录信息系统

Attendance is an important factor for an institution, especially in the field of education, in order to achieve goals related to student discipline.There are many ways to improve the attendance information system to make it better, one of which is by using computer technology through a website-based integrated attendance system. At the MSI Imadun Ghoffar Batam school, currently they still use the manual method in the attendance system, namely by recording student attendance using a book. This method is less efficient because if the attendance book is lost or exposed to water, it will inconvenience the school and harm students. In addition, the risk of errors and loss of attendance data is also greater.Based on the problems above, we have created an attendance system at MSI Imadun Ghoffar that is integrated web-based. This system is used by parents and homeroom teachers respectively. The research method used in data collection is research and library methods. Software development uses the waterfall method. By using an integrated web-based attendance system, the attendance process, data search, and attendance recap calculations are made easier and also minimize loss and errors in recording attendance data.

PENGUKURAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT HT MANUFACTURING PT HT制造员工绩效评估

This research focuses on measuring the performance of employees at PT HT Manufacturing, a company producing fishing bait and equipment. The study aims to assess employee performance in the Painting department and identify potential areas for improvement. The current performance measurement system is found to be subjective, emphasizing financial targets only. The theoretical framework discusses the concept of performance, performance measurement, human resources management, and the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC). The HRSC is an important tool for measuring and managing the strategic contributions of human resources to achieve the company's objectives. The research methodology used is a survey, employing questionnaires and interviews to collect data from 24 employees in the Painting department. Data validity and reliability are tested using statistical analyses like correlation and Cronbach's alpha. The findings reveal that most indicators used to measure employee performance are valid and reliable. However, one indicator related to measuring performance between employees and their superiors is found to be invalid. The research concludes that the company's performance measurement needs improvement, and employee training plays a crucial role in enhancing job satisfaction and overall performance.Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the performance measurement process at PT HT Manufacturing and offers recommendations for enhancing employee performance and job satisfaction through effective training programs.

Medicine is a necessity for someone who is sold to people with disease. Therefore, every pharmacy or hospital must have a data processing system so that each transaction data can be used to make reports. From this report a useful result will be created to determine which drugs are most frequently purchased and sold so as to be able to determine the amount of stock at the pharmacy. But at the present time drug sales transaction data continues to increase every day so that it has accumulated because the system used is a system for storing or archiving bookkeeping without utilizing the transaction data, besides that the problem that often arises is the lack of maximum customer service at pharmacies because the drugs or needs that consumers are looking for are still not available. The a priori algorithm functions as a candidate for possible item combinations, then tests whether the combination meets the minimum support and minimum confidence parameters which are the threshold values ​​given by the user, so that it finds patterns in the form of products that will often be purchased together or products that tend to appear together in a transaction.

Employees work standing and chairs without backrests with repetitive leg and hand movements during work with a normal 8-hour period. Production machines and seats are designed without taking into account the anthropometry of workers, anthropometry is needed in the design of tools and work equipment. The purpose of anthropometry in designing tools and equipment is to make harmony between humans and work systems, so that labor can work comfortably. So that workers must adjust themselves at work conditions like this force workers to always be in an unergonomic attitude and work position that lasts a long time. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work fatigue, determine the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders (Msds) and determine the effect of Work Fatigue on Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (Msds) in Female Workers. The method used is simple regression analysis, work fatigue is measured using the IFRC (international fatigue research committee of japan association of industrial health) method and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (Msds) are measured using the Nordic body map (NBM) method. The results showed there is an influence between job fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders (Msds) complaints in female workers at PT Amtek Plastic Batam.

The employee management information system at Nazra Swim School (NSS) was created with the aim of improving the performance and service of employees at Nazra Swim School (NSS). Nazra Swim School has a lot of data, one of which is employee data that needs to be stored and processed. Employee data processing is currently still done manually. To facilitate the processing of employee data, an information system is needed to process employee data so that the resulting information is more accurate, efficient and precise. This employee management information system is done using the waterfall method. This information system design includes document flowcharts, system flowcharts, data flow diagrams, context diagrams, database design, conceptual data model (CDM), physical data model (PDM) and user interface design. The employee management information system is designed using the programming language PHP, Notepad++ and MySQL database. implementation of a web-based employee management information system can help administration and employees in managing employee data automatically.

Ergonomics is the art, science, and application of technology used to balance the environments in which people work or rest with their physical and psychological capabilities and limitations so that the overall quality of life can be better. High demands on Material Handlers at PT XYZ are required to complete the delivery of goods on time, where in a survey conducted by Material Handler employees spend 65% of their time completing the delivery of goods. Work like this is associated with several ergonomic risks, especially the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. For precisely determining worker posture, REBA or Rapid Entire Body Assessment is a helpful technique. The highest number of respondents a total of 23 reported experiencing waist pain in the questionnaire's results for the 8 workers. with a 71.87%. Then the next largest number feels pain in the hip with a total of 22 or 68.75%. Furthermore, they felt pain in the upper right arm as much as 21 or 65.62%. It can be concluded that Material Handler activities can cause musculoskeletal disorder injuries.

PT Excelitas is a company located in the batamindo area that produces light detectors or often called sensors. However, even though the excelitas company has made efforts to run an adequate work area, there are still work areas that need to be improved, such as the epoxy mixing cabinet work area, which has no shelves to tidy up tools and machines and no safety cover on the machine so that operators who carry out the epoxy mixing process can be exposed to epoxy splashes, so that it can cause inconvenience to operators who carry out production activities in the area because they can be exposed to epoxy splashes during the epoxy mixing process. To determine the results of the redesign that will be applied, this study uses the NIDA method, namely Need, determining the needs of the epoxy mixing cabinet, idea, idea to solve the problem of the epoxy mixing cabinet, decision to make a decision on the design of the epoxy mixing cabinet, and action, namely making a prototype design of the epoxy mixing cabinet by redesigning the safety cover and storage rack of the epoxy mixing cabinet. With the redesign of the safety cover on the epoxy mixing machine, operators who operate epoxy mixing are no longer exposed to epoxy splashes that come out during the epoxy mixing process and storage shelves that function to store tools during the epoxy mixing process.
